My wife who works with people with disabilities and special needs from the ARC of Frederick county came home and shared her experience at this establishment about two waitresses that served them very poorly. They treated them with disrespect as if they did not belong there and they have been patrons of this establishment for so many years... They were rude, told one of them to take her water bottle out to her car when these people didn't even drive there...they took the transit....They were so rude to them it was making other customers feeling uncomfortable.... well, they will never go back there because of these two unfriendly and abusive waitresses...

Good food, good staff. I ordered the Reuben sandwich and it was great. I also had the bacon potato soup, very good and Fried cheese cake for dessert. Free poker on Monday and Thursday night too.

I was there Monday night. Place has a great atmosphere and the food was absolutely delicious. I ended up getting the Reuben and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Great place to go after work shoot a game of pool and eat some great food!

As soon as my group walked in and sat at the bar the bartender refused to take my passport ID or my friend's passport ID without even looking at them, we have never been refused service before with this ID. It was clear she had an attitude and my friend suggested we get a table instead and she proceeded to scream at my friend. Immediately walked out. Do not come here.

Jess provided us with superior service during our Lunch visit. Definitely ask fo her when you stop in. They have a large selection of beers and FREE pool during lunch. They slso have free wifi.

I went in on a Monday afternoon, so it was pretty slow. However, the rockfish sandwich I had was pretty great and came out quickly. The fries are homemade-style, skin-on which is my favorite. The atmosphere is 100% sports/billiards bar and grill.

Just visited this establishment and was asked for ID.. I provided my NY Drivers License and was asked for additional ID "because she has never seen a ID that was bendable like our NY Drivers Licenses." How do you run a business and not know what the state IDs look like especially a bar. If I could give this bar zero stars I would.

Wings are good. Free use of the pool tables as long as drinks are ordered. Staff is friendly and polite. Enough drink options to make anyone happy. Food quality is on par with prices.

This place blew my mind!!! Not only free pool when you buy food/cocktails, the food and drinks were amazing!! I’ve been back a lot, been in during the week to find a shrimp deal that was outta this world. I suggest trying this place out it’s a must go!!!!!

Nice place for free pool while drinking or eat something. Many different types of beers are available. I actually miss a foosball table :) Very friendly staff and very familiar with everyone. :) Will come back! ✌️

My friend and I entered Belles' for lunch. Found a table open, busy time of day. Bar seats filled, several free pool tables busy, and all booths. Ordered rockfish. It was wonderful. Service was very good. Would definitely return. Maybe Tuesday for all you can eat shrimp.

I will never go back. Stopped by to grab lunch and catch some of the World Cup action. I asked if they could please play the game and it was as if I was asking for a huge favor, on top of that the channel wasn't available. Ordered my food, just minding my own business and I hear one of the regulars freely use the N word with the r at the end of it in a casual conversation with the bartender like as if that is a normal word to use in there. Very disappointing.

i read these and was a little in shock then i saw how old these reviews are.... maybe things were different then but i go there every Saturday for trivia and the service is great, i dont have to pay for pool and the specials are very worth it as is the food.

Loved the darts and pool tables. Good beer selection. I think this place would be a GREAT place to hang out on Sundays, IF they had an NFL package. One game choice is not enough to get a crowd here. Unfortunate. We'll be back, but not to watch football.

They have happy hour specials on Monday and Friday. If you go on the other five days of the week... Nuttin. They have craft beer... But sometimes, you just want to know how much you are paying for a beer... And they have a list, but no prices next to it. I got a whisky sour... But it was in a child size. Stiff enough Seriously... Do I look like I want to remember the horrible things I do on a daily basis? The food I had was decent.... Nachos fries $ hush puppies. I'd come back here... The servers were nice... I think I just want a few more options that I love... Not just like.

Free pool and great fries, but more often than not, their service has left a bad taste in my mouth. They once turned me and my brother away because he was wearing a sleeveless shirt; and every time we've been, we've had to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to at least acknowledge our existence so we could get a pool balls and a table. However, they are attentive enough once they do start serving you. I'll come back and will definitely edit this review if my experience changes 12/23 Updating to say that Julie is a total sweetheart and I'm changing the review from 2 to 4
