Food is delicious however, the lady with the glasses that takes your order at the front counter is rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t know how to communicate nicely and talks to you like you’re stupid. The last 3 times and she acts the same way. Not going back anymore!

The food is really good. Unfortunately the woman at the front with the glasses has plucked my last nerve with her rude a$$!!!!! I was a regular here (1-2 times a week). My fiance' called last night 30 minutes before they close to place a order while I was on the way to pick it up. (10 minutes away) I walked in to "we're closed" (no hello or anything) her arms were folded like she had a attitude as well. So I'm like well I called in a order already. She then grabs the food snatch my card and rushed me to sign. I felt that was a little much for someone that spends entirely too much money here. As I walked out my fiance' called asking where I was because that same lady had called him YELLING saying where are you we are about to close. When I walked out it was almost 11:20. Online it says they close at 11:30. Before I even got to my car they were cutting off the lights. I will definitely miss the food and convenience of this place but I will not be spending hard earned money where people are rude and nasty to you. My advice to them would be to lose the rude b!t&% at the front!!!!!!!!!!!!

Website says they deliver but they don't. They have an online delivery account, but, when I call they say they don't deliver and told me to call someone else. Yet, they didn't give me a number to someone who delivers. 1 Star for misleading customers. Fix your website if you rely on the internet for business.

Tried this place last week for the first time because I seen such great reviews. Food was delicious!! Went back a second time yesterday and had to make two runs for one order. I ordered general tsos chicken *spell check* just to get all the way to my destination to find out my rice wasn’t in the bag. I call to let them know and they made me drive all the way back for some white rice so by the time I got back my food was already cold. The guy offered me a free soda which was lame because I’m not a soda drinker. Ruined my experience for sure!

I have had general tsos chicken from many different southern pgc carry outs but theirs is by far the best! I got mine extra spicy and it was really tasty. There was more meat than breading which there neighboring carry out cannot do! Just the right amount of sauce, some places over do it! They're busy for a reason so it's worth the wait.

If you're looking for a good Chinese spot to eat this is a place that I highly recommend. I ordered from them at least once a month for the family and the staff I think knows me by now.
