Without question, American Asian is a terrible restaurant with careless chefs and brain numbing negligence. We specifically asked if they had used anything related to nuts, to which they assured us they didn’t, but ultimately did. This resulted in my friend having an allergic reaction that required a hospital visit, which should be enough to shut this POS place down. Overall 0/10 care for safety, terrible food, workers that can’t even speak properly, the list goes on

Every time I go to pick up food it look ap empty. I don't know why? This place is amazing. I always get Orange chicken, shrimp egg foo young or beef and broccoli. Since my mom is a type 1 diabetic she loves the lettuce wraps and the avocado salad. We usually eat here 2-3 times a month. Love this place.

This place is great. Everytime I grab lunch somewhere else, I regret not going here. Their Thai dishes are fantastic! Green Curry, Panang, and the drunken noodles are my favorites. If you have not been there yet, go check it out, it's a real gem.

I have eaten here several times before and their food is pretty good. But yesterday was just outrageous we sat for 26 minutes before the server came back to take our drink order. When my mother said she was ready to place her whole order he told her, " yeah well you have to wait because everyone in here is waiting for ME!" with a big smile on his face. So we said we were leaving he smiled and said okay bye. I couldn't believe how smug he was.

I go to UMBC and live in the area, this is the only nearby Chinese food I'll let my friends order. None of that Golden Gate "food" down the road. American Asian delivers to campus dorms and apartments without directions which is awesome. When you eat in-house they give you a free dessert (round sugared donuts), and they throw some in there when you get delivery sometimes too. Great quality and service. Their sushi has greatly improved over the past few years. I swear by their Thai Panang Curry (chicken).

American Asian is consistently good. The restaurant is very clean, service is friendly, and food is fast! They are happy to make adjustments to your order if needed. For example, we add extra broccoli to our General Tso, and we ask for steamed tofu rather than fried. We typically carry out, and they're always ready with our order in 20 minutes or less. We've tried lots of dishes, but our favorites are the Mango Shrimp and General Tso's Chicken Noodle Bowl. They also offer Thai and Japanese dishes. Their Drunken Noodles, curry, and Tom Yum soup are very good. Nothing fancy, but the perfect American-style Asian food.

We eat here at least 4 times a month, but sometimes 3 times a week! The staff is very friendly & make you feel so welcome. The delivery is fast & we love the delivery man! The food is always good. I'm picky when it comes to Shrimp Fried Rice & they get it perfect. They have variety in sushi. Big fan of this place. We spent a long time trying to find the perfect Chinese food & we Did! The restaurant is clean. Never wait long for carry out or dine in. Delivery is fast too. Never delivered cold. Definitely recommend. You will find people who give recommendations just to ruin people & personally witnessed a couple who complained because they couldn't understand someone & said they were going to give a bad review & lie & say their soup tasted like dirty sink water. That is a lie! I eat their soup all the time. You can't give a bad review because someone doesn't speak like you. I travel & have seen people of all nationalities & we are all different. Please don't give bad reviews just because of something petty. Give honest reviews.

A basic store front in a strip mall American Asian does not look too impressive but serves up some of the best sushi in the area. They pay attention to the quality and preparation of their sushi rice that makes all the difference. In addition their green curry and pad tai dishes are delicious. American Asian also delivers, a rarity among baltimore area asian restaurants.

Used to go here for sushi, but the last time I tried to order from there a woman who BARELY spoke ANY English, she tried to take my order and then tried to charge me for things I did not want. It was very hard to communicate with her, I ended up canceling my order. If your going to have someone take orders make sure they can at least comprehend what you are saying.

Came in at about 9 on a Saturday night. They seemed to be having some sort of family event and the staff was too busy watching the kids running around to be bothered to check on me. I was asked to place my order as I was ordering my drink. Ordered 'drunken noodles' which was literally just flat rice noodles in soy sauce, and was way too salty to finish. The waitress also brought my check about 20 minutes in, which I guess was a pretty clear signal that it was time to leave. Amid the running, screaming children, the over salted 'thai' dish, and the garbage service, I can't see anyone giving this place 3+ stars. This was also one of three times in my life that I haven't left a tip. Also, if you're having a family event at 9pm, why not just wait until close so you can have privacy and not have to rush customers out of the store?

Their sesame and general tso tofu are my favorite tofu I've found. I think they might fry them because they're much more dense and have almost crunchy shells compared to standard tofu, which I was a big fan of. The food was almost always ready within 15 minutes for pickup, which was very fast and consistent. Delivery times could take much longer however because they only had one guy delivering, so if you can I'd recommend picking up. At the time of this review they also allowed for swapping the side of white rice to fried rice for free, which was very nice.

Sure they're fried rice is good, and the rest of their food may possibly also be good, but I ordered chow mein and instead got something that was not at all what I had gotten from other restaurants as chow mein. It did not taste good, it did not look good, and was not worth the $11 meal I paid for. Make sure you ask them what their food looks like before they give you something that is not at all what it should be.

They have really good lunch and dinner specials. I'm a big fan of their Curry dishes and tempura. They are super fast and reasonably priced. I have tried eating in and the wait time for food was awful. I don't know how they are so fast with carry out and slow with in house service, but it had been my experience. That said, we eat here pretty often.
