Been a little overdue....... Now that May Mee closed, needed to find a replacement for some decent Americanized Chinese Food... This staple can be so hit-n-miss depending on who is cooking, the location, and the local flavor.... Also, from the origins of the owners and how much of their native techniques they adapt in preparing these not-so-native dishes. Pricing is real good for what you get. Their combination plates are decent, with only one real caveat. May Mee offered a Main, an Appetizer or Soup, Fried/Steamed Rice, and and Egg Roll.... While Wok N Roll only offers Fried/White Rice with prearranged dishes. Yes, they allow substitutions, but it was easier to simply pick a dish, appetizer, and get an egg-roll every time. Boiled Dumplings are your standard variant. Crab Rangoon are Delicious!!! I like my chicken dishes like General Tso's or Orange crunchy and smothered in sauce..... They're one of the only places I've ordered from that makes it that way every time when asked.... Others are hit-n-miss. When I want it crunchy..... I want it crunchy!!! Fried rice is hit-n-miss but overall average. They can probably cut down on the amount of batter they put on the Chicken Fingers, but they aren't too bad. Sometimes this can cause them to be a little soggy on the inside, but never under-cooked (so far). The only real negative thing I have to say is the time it usually takes for delivery can vary greatly day-to-day, hour-by-hour.... I have NEVER been delivery anything but hot food, but I live pretty much exactly 1 mile form their restaurant. Chinese food takes minutes to prepare and cook. It should not take an hour or more to deliver to my house, epecially when May Mee did the same in like 15 minutes. This is more a gripe than a complaint, after-all, the food is worth the wait sometimes.... Plus, they may only have one driver, and if their busy, I can understand. Overall they are a decent replacement for May Mee, and we will definitely continue to give them our business.

I have eaten here many times over the years and can say their food is good. Tonight however I had the worst customer service from them that I won't return. I placed on order for delivery and was told 45 minutes. I provided my address and phone number. We live less than 3 miles away! After 1 1/2 hours I call very politely to see if the driver was maybe lost. I was placed on hold for a while and then told they were just going to start my food and get it delivered within 30 minutes. I asked if they would consider compensation for some of the cost since it would be at least 2 hours and was hung up on! Customers should not be treated so disrespectfully... we keep your business alive! We will not return!

The food is seriously the best in the area. We ordered it one night and before I could even say hello when the worker answered she scream "um HELLLOOOO" I responded with I apologize for taking 2 seconds to respond. Her reply was "well obviously I'm busy here". I said never mind, I'll take my business elsewhere. My boyfriends mom ordered delivery and was told 1 hour at 5p. As of 10p she went to bed without her food. Their delivery driver disappeared some how?

I used to work on the road and have eaten Chinese food all over the country and this place has def been one of the worst experiences.. The first time I ordered from here they were not only late with my food, they gave me the wrong order entirely and I had to call them back and wait another 40min for my food to be exchanged. Thinking that the first time was a fluke, I ordered here again the other night only to have it take well over an hour for my food (I was told a half hour) and then I was unpleasantly up the entire night with food poisoning

Love the General Tso's combo and the crab ragoons. Old fashioned American Chinese Food for a great price. Complimentary tea in the lobby. If take out, plan ahead in evening and weekend hours. They get busy and wait times can exceed 30 minutes.

Used to enjoy this place, until one day when we went to pick up food and had a run in with the delivery driver. Apparently he doesn’t like it when people park at the side of the building. He got out of his car and started running his mouth. When my boyfriend asked him if there was a problem, he started yelling at my boyfriend calling him names. He started to drive off and then stopped to only get out and continue yelling at my boyfriend and then walked closer to my boyfriend and spit at him! At this point I had no idea he was the delivery driver, until my boyfriend got back in the car and told me that’s who he thought it was as his car is always there. I went inside to pick up our food and asked the girl at the counter if there was a problem with me parking at the side of the building and she said no. I asked her if the guy who was just outside yelling at my boyfriend worked there and she said yes he’s the delivery driver! Then she proceeds to tell me that our food was on them. I told her that’s ridiculous how he just acted and she said she would handle it and we should just put it behind us!! Unbelievable!!! This was about a month ago. I’d like to know how she took care of it, cause the jerk still works there! I will never order from this place again and DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

I made my order at 6:16, they told me it would be there in 45 minutes to an hour... I got my food at 8 o'clock, the food was luke warm and not very good. Also the prices that are on their online menus are no the prices. You might think it's 25 dollars but it'll come and be 43 dollars. Don't beleive the hype.

Best chinese food in maine in my personal opinion. I also believe that tin tin buffet and panda express should come to this small restaurant and take notes on how this restaurant pushes out double their numbers at half their size. Whenever I want Chinese food, my first go to is wok n roll always. I wouldnt eat chinese food anywhere else, will remain a frequent customer.

I won't lie the food is good and can't be near for the price.... However I won't be returning. Lets set aside The cleaniness or lack thereof. The last time we ordered we got home to find we had nothing that we actually ordered. Being the food back and get screamed at by the man behind the counter telling us It was exactly what we ordered (it wasn't. At all.) after a back and forth they offered to redo our order. It was still wrong. More back and forth. We left with no food and $10 short of what we paid for the meals we ordered. Not how you run a business. At all.

I always recommend Wok N Roll as the best Chinese Take Out place in Biddeford. I am constantly hindered in ordering from there though as the phone line is always busy. If I could leave zero stars I would. Karina ( the manager) took my order at 6:50 pm informing us it would be 1 hour. 1 1-2 hours later I called or check the status and was told it was being packed for delivery right now. 2 hours later I called and asked to speak with the manager. I was asked what the problem was and Informed her that I had placed the order over an hour ago, called and was told it was being packaged for delivery. At first I was asked what my address was, before I could answer she said it was on its way. I then simply asked what the address was she was referring to and she said two different addresses that weren’t mine. When I informed her of that she said it was a busy Friday. I simply stated it would be helpful if the times customers are told were realalistic. Karina then stayed “do you want your food or not?” Then I was hung up on. I promptly called back and asked about the charge to my credit card to be told I was being refunded right now. Horrible customer service, rude “ manager”. If that truly is the manager anyone buying food should beware! I will be making sure I get a refund back to my card and will NEVER order food from this horrible establishment again.

Hands down the best Chinese food in the area.. there is usually a wait but it is worth it. The owner is freindly and very humble when I tell her how good her food is compared to the other Chinese restaurants in the area. I tell her she's putting other Chinese restaurants out of business. The only thing that they could improve on is the phone ordering. I usually have to keep hitting redial about 10 times before I get through. I can spin that into a positive thing though because this just supports my review on how good they are!

I heard some mixed reviews of this place so it took me a while to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised as it was very good. The service was great and the place was clean. I got a dinner combination with generals tso chicken which came with crab rangoons and chicken fingers (which I thought was an odd pairing but they were tasty). I found the prices to be right in line with other Chinese restaurants in the area but the quality of the food was better.
