Worst Chinese restaurant, order a lunch special and request light salt and no msg, but i got doubled salt and msg added in my order, I couldn't eat it at all,and also they didn't give me any fork or napkins.

Place use to be great until new owner/management took over a while back. Every single time I order the woman can barely understand me and all the substitutions that I pay for are not done. So i pay extra to throw food away. Finally got fed up on the last wrong order and called to ask for a credit on my next visit. The woman said “oh ok thanks for calling” and quickly hung up on me without taking my information. Let’s face it, if you can’t take a simple Chinese order over the phone then you shouldn’t be in business! Will be going elsewhere from now on.

I ordered food for delivery and they never showed up so I called back to find out what happened/how much longer they would be and the lady was rude and said they were busy and hung up on me. It has now been an hour and a half and they still haven't shown up. It's safe to say they aren't coming. Terrible service

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Half the time I order from here I get home and we are either missing food or it's wrong. Tonight takes the cake though. We found HAIR IN OUR FOOD!!! There were multiple strands of hair in the vegetable lo mein and a CLUMP of hair in the crab rangoons! A clump!!!!!! It was so disgusting I nearly threw up. Needless to say, we threw out ALL the food we bought- 40.00$ worth. I called the restaurant and spoke to the owner about what happened and she refuses to refund my money, screaming "that would never happen." Screaming at me! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You don't yell at your customers who just found YOUR HAIR in their food! We will NEVER eat from this restaurant again and neither will any of our friends or family.

Last week the Cashew Chicken in the D14 Combination Plate was amazing so I couldn't wait to order it again tonight! Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The Cashew Chicken had an odd unpleasant taste to it. Everything else was good (Fried Rice, Crab Rangoons, Chicken Fingers) but I had decided to order again tonight specifically for the Cashew Chicken.

We ordered food from Wing Lee in Scarborough at 7:45. They told us it would be 50 minutes. When they weren't here at 8:50, I called and they said he left 20 minutes ago (the place is 7 minutes away). He is still not here. I called back and they turned off their phones because they closed at 9. Still no food. Super irritated. No return call, no explanation and they charged our credit card for the food which we never received.

Love love love wing lee in scarborough! Local owners, reasonably priced, great portions, flavor, and taste! I order from wing lee about 1x month to 1x every 2 months? for the past two years! I have never had a problen with them and the customer service has always been great! I call in for take out more often then delivery. Delivery for them can take a bit of time, so if your willing to wait thats great, but as I only live about 10 mins away, and on a good night their food is ready in about 15 minutes, take out is the way to go :) Mai and the rest of the staff are always pleasant, smiling, & happy to see me! My mom who lives in Rockport loves Wing lee and always asks to order when she comes down to visit! I Would recommend again and again and again!!

Favorite Chinese Restaurant in Southern Maine. It's the kind of Chinese fast food that I grew up on in New Jersey and New York. I like the Chinese fast food niche because of the convienence and Wing Lee is great. They have an extensive menu and to their credit different styles advertised on the menu, are actually cooked using different methods and have different flavors. I like the spring rolls, vegetable mei fun, and steamed vegetables. My family like the Terriaki chicken, egg rolls, sesame chicken, and crab ragoon. Try it!

Been eating from this place for quite some time now. Was very good in the beginning, but the last few months their quality of service has suffered. Many times the order has been incorrect, they won't own up to it, nor do they apologize for their mistakes or make it up to you in your future order. Doesn't make sense their prices are higher than others so you think that they'd be better!!!

Our office routinely used to order from here, Not anymore, We waited over 2 hours for food, that only showed up after we cancelled it. Couldn't get anyone to tell us where our food was, so we could come get it, I got hung up on, when we called to check on delivery. What a horrid way to treat an office full of loyal customers.

Ordered here because of a review about general sows chicken. I've had general sows chicken all over the country and this is very close to the top of the list in the goodness. Crab ragoons, chicken fingers and the spring roll 1/2' long, never seen one this big. From the time I dialed the number to when it was delivered to my truck sitting alongside of Cabela's less than 30 minutes. They get five stars in my book

I'm from Pennsylvania I'm on vacation at pine point anyways. Me and my family were hungry so we googled places that deliver where we are and this came up so we called and it was the hardest call of my life the lady couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her after 25 mins we finally got done with the order. The food came quickly probably faster then it took to order it we all got General Tso's chicken it was so sweet like the sweetest chicken ever it was just ok but I recommend spend your money else where! Help me help you I wanna become your number one Google tour guide please like and look at my other reviews thanks!
