Worst place I have eaten in a long time... The ice cream tasted like sour milk.. there was hair cooked into the fried Chicken that my daughter had.. pineapple was rotten.. jello smelled and tasted like alcohol.. told the server about the hair and she laughed.. I was sick before I even left the restaurant and so was the people I was there with.. the dishes still had food stuck on them even after they were washed

I love this place! A great choice of foods, including american. I can't get enough of their peanut chicken! The atmosphere is always relaxing and there is plenty of room. Booths and tables give you a variety for your needs. They also offer take-out at a decent price per pound. Stop in and fill up on all their delicious choices, especially their dinner buffet.

If I could rate this any lower I would. My friends and I went and had horrible customer service from the manger her self and got disrespected. Food was also cold we did not feel good and when we tried to explain that their was something wrong with the shrimp they weren’t understanding and we got disrespected because of our age. The food was bland not all the foods were labeled. Sea food not fresh not well cleaned. We found that the shrimp wasn’t cleaned well and we tried to discuss how we weren’t satisfied with the food or service we were disrespected and didn’t eat any dessert. Not a big verity. Also the ice cream machine was broken I believe it might have not been but there was no bowls next to it and the cons were thrown to the side in like a sink. Not worth the $13

Come in the restaurant with co-worker go to the sushi bar the avacodo was old and brown the sushi was messy only a few pieces on each plate. Go over to the buffet area to see they serve totinos pizza that I can make at home also did I mention it was super dryed out like it had been sitting there all day. All I can say for the rest of the food was cold, greasy and had been sitting there since 9 am. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone!! To top it off they made us pay for half the bill and only couple us took a bite off our plates.

i feel like this is one of the best buffets. of course i enjoy things like sushi, noodles, and chicken. this place doesn't have anything TOO fancy. but if you just wanna stop by a buffet and fill up for the day, but don't wanna spend a lot of money, i highly recommend giving this place a try.

This restaurant was disgusting, and way over priced for what it was worth. Everything was warm, not hot. It is an all you can eat, but here it is more like an all you can stomach to force down. It seemed like none of their food was fresh and had been sitting out for a long peeiod. Everything was greasy and not very good quality. Nothing stood out. They were literally serving totino's pizzas in their buffet which you can purchase at the dollar tree and yet even those weren't fresh. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like paying 11.99 for half warm dollar store food. When we showed up I was very hungry, but despite that fact I hardly ate enough to become full and left with a stomach ache that will probably become food poisoning because of how long their food was sitting out.

To enjoy this buffet, go in with the right expectations. Buffets in the greater Boston area are either cheap and lacking in a lot of areas, or very expensive and lacking in very little. If you want beautiful, clean, attentive, then go to an expensive buffet, if you want all that and you want cheap as well, then travel out to Natick or Saugus or beyond. Tin Tin has very fresh vegetables, most dishes are good to adequate, there are usually one or two that are a skip, just avoid those. Tin Tin is great if you're really hungry, don't want to spend a lot of money, and don't feel like trekking out far to grab some food.

The quality is not always consistent, when it's good it's great, when it's bad, well it's still atleast chinese food. The dishes are mostly american chinese, not authentic chinese dishes. The service is not too bad, and the decor is original. I go there from time to time, no complaints.

The workers here are incredibly kind and friendly, but the food just didn't match up. We went here twice, and both times we found the food lacking. The food did not seem to be getting replaced at a very regular rate. The result was a sparse, not very fresh seeming array of menu items. We gave it a second chance because sometimes smaller buffets can have off days, but now we won't be back.

Went there yesterday for lunch, got there 35 min. after they opened and everything was cold. My husband complained to the manager and he either didn't understand what he was saying or didn't care. He kept saying, no, no, no, everything 140 degrees. Well, I don't think they had their steam tables turned on, because everything was cold. We will never go there again.

Hi my name is Lusielys and my favorite restaurant is Tin Tin. First, they have jello, one of my favorites. In fact, they also have Chines rice. It's good. You can get your own food. They have ice cream too. First they have vanilla, my favorite. They have ice cream cake with vanilla ice cream. They also have regular cake. A type of cake they have is chocolate. They also have chairs that are so comfortable. You can get like three plates of food and it costs only $20. The cups are just the right size for any drink too. These are the reasons that I like Tin Tin.

I live going to this place! I usually go with my kids, my dad and my grandma. They've got a variety of food, we all like different stuff but we all find stuff to eat here. And, we've been there at closing time and they've even let us stay and eat almost an hour past closing time. The employees are very nice and they're always on top of making sure none of the food runs out...even after closing time, they made extra clams for my son cause he wanted more and they were out.

This buffet has four stars because it is a good place to get some Chinese/American food for a decent price. None of the items really stood out as good or bad. I enjoyed the prompt courteous service and would recommend this place for dining at because it is nicely decorated. When I arrived many of the items were nearly empty and after eating a full plate they were freshly prepared. This was a good place to try out.

Service is prompt, but not stellar. At my most recent visit, I had someone walk up to our hostess/server to show her a video on their phone in the middle of seating us and taking our drink order! In previous visits, I've had the same server walk up to our table with mouth full of food they're eating. There were maybe 4-5 tables occupied at the height of dinner time on a Friday. However, the food was cold and the selection was sparse. The fruit and desserts were delicious, though. I definitely appreciated that part of the meal. Definitely my last visit for awhile, we'll check up on them in the summer to see if anything gets better, mostly the service.

Bang for your buck. Not the best buffet in the area, for that check out Flaming grille in Revere (but pricier and in a different area), but one of my favorites. Stop in just about any time I'm nearby. Great price for quality for a buffet at around $12-13 for dinner and $8 for lunch. Best dishes imo are the fried shrimp and the steamed wontons.

NEXT DAY UPDATE - YUP STOMACH ISSUES HAD TO MISS WORK ..... DOUBT ITS THE FLU (COINCIDENTLY COULD BE) BUT JUST SAYIN, ONLY AFTER EATING HERE EVERYTHING IS TRYING TO COME UP / OUT ONE WAY OR ANOTHER! UGH! Food has definatley been sitting out for a while. Noodles were crispy (when they should have been soft) chicken was dried out. Only a small amount of food to select from - like only 3 shrimp, and 2 chicken on stick (which were dried out anyway) - ended up eating egg flower soup and fruit - kinda expensive for soup and oranges. I could see if it was end of the night but this was 5 pm on a monday ....... won't be going to again (hope i dont get sick from what i attempted to try before resulting to just soup and fruit) if you go here good luck!

The price was great for my budget. I found a large selection of food to choose from. The spicy beef, coconut chicken and octopus were such a yummy find. Everything I tried was savory, tangy, juicey and tender just the way I like it. The new things that weren't familiar to me was such a treat. Waitress didnt even speak enough English to answer what sodas they had. Against better judgment, and because of of the good reviews we stayed and ate. And regretted every bite, especially as we walked out to the truck. I'll try to do another review of we end up getting food poisoning. I'm pretty sure we will. Most of the food was undercooked. I ate here tonight around 8-9 pm which was a bad idea because the workers are no longer cooking food to be set out. The food was warm but by the time I gathered everything I wanted on my plate and walked back to my table it was cold. It’s my like 4th time going to this place (and I personally don’t like the atmosphere or the buffet itself, but my family insisted because it was late and it was the only restaurant close to our home). Anyways besides from that the food wasn’t the most appetizing like I looked at the selection of sushi and the ‘salmon’ on the sushi looked pale and flakey which was not a good sign of fresh. The fried stuff like shrimp and chicken were dry and looks like it’s been out for hours. And apart from the food the atmosphere and vibe of the place is horrendous. There were a pack of homeless about 4-5 eating and by the time they were finished they left without paying! I felt bad as I watched the waiter run after them but she didn’t catch them in time. They dined and dash. It’s sad to see a place grow so old and grimy maybe they should just shut down and relocate or be shut down for good because honestly the neighborhood there isn’t even good.

Found Tin Tin by accident driving up SE 182 and stopped for lunch Excellent staff - Jean and Yoyo are very nice and in addition worked hard to keep the lunch buffet going. Food was hot, it was fresh, items were refilled/replaced quickly; great variety; sushi was good; did not have any fish but standard Chinese specialties were terrific. I will go back. Personally, I think the obnoxious and provocative picture associated with this restaurant should BE REMOVED..... ANY restaurant - at some time or another - will get a stray insect ..... to have this restaurant represented by THAT picture is unconscionable. Please take it down. I was pleasantly surprised.... I have come to this restaurant off and on for over twenty years. I would go, they would be OK, I would go back a few months later. This was our pattern for a few years. Then they started slipping. My visits became less frequent. Sometimes they were OK, sometimes quite poor. They developed several maintenence and cleanliness issues. Eventually I stopped going all together. It had been over five years since my last visit when tonight, a random stranger in the supermarket recommended Tintin to me. I decided to give them a new try. The food was better then I had remembered it. It was not great but most of what I tried was good. The restaurant had benifited from a thorough cleaning and it looked like the ripped seats had been replaced. Both the Buffet area and the seating areas were far cleaner then I had seen them in a very long time. The run down, musty feel was gone. Waitstaff were friendly and attentive. Make no mistake, this is an inexpensive buffet restaurant not fine dining but at eleven dollars for Friday dinner it is well worth checking out.

Good buffet overall. The food is always tasty when I go. However the last time I went ( a couple of months ago) I was overcharged $20. What took place was, I used a H.R Block gift card/ debit card instead of my regular debit card. The cashier said she will cancel the transaction and put the money back to my card so that I can use my debit card instead. Unfortunately the money never went back to my card. I let them know and they said to talk to H R Block. Till this day, I was never reimbursed.I would say be conscientious of what form payment you are using. Other than that, if you just want to go for the food and don't care much whether the servers interact with you or be mindful and nice, I highly suggest this place.

I just left from this place and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service. No complaints about the food, since most Chinese-American is the same. More or less, my complaint is in regards to the service. The woman serving us seemed rude and as if she was waiting impatiently for us to finish. I stopped eating for a second to read a text on my phone only for her to stop by the table and start grabbing my plate away, still packed with food I intended to eat. I told her I was going to finish and she gave me a look and stormed off. About 5 minutes later in the dining experience, we had not asked for a check and received one with the same rushing waitress. We ignored it, as we had not indicated we were done dining, when minutes later she again came to the table demanding "her pay". The website advertised an all you can eat buffet, for $6.75 and we paid $7.95 to be rushed out the door with no regards to manners or politeness.

My family and I used to go here regularly because it was cheap and the price was pretty fair for the quality of food. The food isn't that great so we settled with the fact that "you get what you pay for". Within the last couple of months they have raised their prices significantly and it just isn't worth it anymore. Terrible customer service. They pretty much just sat somewhere out of sight until they decided to check on the very few guests that were in there. It took almost 30 minutes just to get a refill of water. Also the best of the food seriously was the pot stickers and the vanilla cream cake roll.

There are quite a few things wrong with this restaurant...The first thing I noticed when we were taken to our table was a foul odor coming from the drinks area which made eating hard. Another thing was that they only had one waitress attending all the table making it near impossible to receive a refill on our drinks. After going through this difficult experience eating, we discovered a cockroach in our food!! ( I have uploaded the pic of the roach so you can see) Now I'm no expert but I'm sure that if there is one cockroach there are plenty others to be back where that one came from. This place needs to be shut down until it get back up to code before someone gets seriously ill! Bottom line this was the worst experience we have ever gone through so if your looking to try new food or new restaurant SAVE your money, time, and health find yourself a different one.

Gave 0 to food cuz haven't had it. 0 for service bcuz I walk in and waiting for 15 minutes and haven't been seated yes there was 1 family infront of me paying but there were many employees working and they just ignore me so I left most def wont go back

I went there earlier for dinner: Today is Tuesday night and we were craving for some Chinese food. The food was not fresh and it was cold, who likes cold and old food? If you do this is the place. When I told management about it, the lady pulled out thermometer and kept saying the food was according to health department standards. Now, for the benefit of the doubt let's say the food was not cold and that it was my imagination; what's the explanation for the quality of food? I could tell food was not fresh because of it's taste. This is my experience, you go and see for yourself.

I used to go to this restaurant back in the year 2005, it was really good but now that I went to it today I must admit that I was very disappointed. Specially during the buffet at lunch the food was cold even the soup that they had was very cold or lukewarm. The variety of food was very small and I will admit that that disappointed me also.

Fun inexpensive buffet but don't expect miracles. After testing a number of Chinese all-you-can-eat buffets between North Shore & MetroWest I stumbled on this unassuming establishment. The pricing is 20-50% lower than most dedicated buffet restaurants. There are 5 stations, including 1 dessert table & 1 with salad fixings & fruit. Selections, however, seem to fit a theme. The usual lunch assortment includes 3 soups, 3 rice dishes, 3 noodle dishes, dumplings, a handful of other apps, about 14 entrees, mostly chicken, some shrimp/fish & 1 pork/shrimp meatballs, 1 quick-fried green beans. The shrimp in seafood dishes are cooked well but fake-crab is overcooked. Rice & noodles are usually overcooked & lacking flavor. Chicken always comes roasted, fried strips, fried wings, oyster-sauce fried wings, teriyaky, szechuan, General Gau's. 2-3 entrees vary. Shrimp are in chow mein, "seafood w/vegetables" & "scrambled egg". Soups are "meatless" (not vegan). Most sauces lack seasoning other than salt and/or sugar. The best dish by far is dumplings, as they're closer to wonton style, with thin dough wrapper, freshly made. An uncommon buffet dish is fried smelts, lightly battered, with head & egg sack intact. Other fish is usually swai & I found those dishes inedible. Desserts range from honeydew to canned pineapple to mini-cakes & cookies, nothing to write home about. But I can justify the price just with dumplings, soup & dessert UPDATE: After several nearly identical experience (including dinner), this week was a distinct bright spot. Rice & noodles are handled better, not overcooked, fried fish is no longer a hard dough nugget, and vegetables in most dishes are no longer limp. Hopefully a sign of permanent improvement. Great food for the value of the price. Maybe it has a little less choices then other Chinese Buffet - but for me the food taste better. So I dont need all the other dishes. Their fruit and dessert selection is a few as well. Again, for the price you pay, the food is good. Come give it a try if your around. May God bless you

It's exactly the Chinese buffet of my dreams. I went in on a Friday evening by myself because this is my life now. The food comes out regularly, there's tea and hot water, the selection is pretty large and you have most of your Chinese buffet staples. It's exactly what you should expect.

The first couple time I went there the food was warm & cold, said something to manager about it, couldn't find what was wrong with it. Then fixed it and found something more not Hot but warm. The manger is Nice but is the only one working there that speaks English. Sometime the Food is good and other time it's Bad. I like the Sushi Bar if they keep it stocked. Most of the food is good if it's Hot.

It's been a while since I've been here, since I've moved. It was pretty good. I went there while it was relatively busy, so the food was all nice and fresh. I really enjoyed the peanut chicken, it was excellent. Friendly staff, my waitress was very pleasant and quick to refill my drink and take my empty plates. As with any buffets, I believe timing is very important -- I guess I was lucky to make it for a lunch rush. Overall, I'll be back when I'm in the area again.

This restaurant had really good food but the service was really bad the waitress refused to refill my drink and kept staring at me the whole time I ate I thought really uncomfortable and the whole time I ate my meal they kept speaking in in another language making me feel uncomfortable actually felt like they were talking about me and I just feel as if it was very rude because when you're at work you shouldn't be speaking loudly with your coworkers in another language and in people's ears and approximately when I was leaving I did not want to leave a tip because I did not enjoy my meal and the manager of the restaurant literally told me that I didn't tip out loud and asked me why didn't tip and then called me a liar for no reason this is one of the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. And I will never go back and I definitely recommend that no one ever step foot in his building again if you'd like good food stay away because this place had OK food and for the price it was not worth it !!!

Food is not as shown as it looks on the pictures. Crowded when tour groups dinning in. Food cannot be refilled and waitress are very rude to every customers , even little kids. They just want to make you angry and leave. Bad that there is no zero star choice. Strongly not recommend. You can get much better experience in any other buffet with similar price.
