Its.... ok. Some of the beer was flat, if you're having a bad day and want to make it worse, order the meatloaf. The draw here I believe is the servers being pretty and wearing small kilts. Well, the were wearing kilts! The whole place seems like it was once a decent sports bar/Hootersesq place. Now it seems like a hang out for 40+ year olds that are looking to hook up with anything ... while their wives are at home with the kids. Could be much better than it is... it just.... isn't.

Atmosphere and food were great. The girls were very fun and helpful. Never missed a beat. The kitchen was a bit slow, not horrible but they could pick it up a little comlnsidering we were the only party there ordering food.

Waitstaff was friendly...that is the only thing this place has going for it. We had a group of five and not one person enjoyed their food. Prices were a little high and menu was meh. I can't see this place lasting long if it depended on food alone.

Came to this tilted kilt while visiting from Miami.. Hartlie was our bartender, she had a great personality, and smile. Also, the service and food were out of this world. Will definitely be back again next time I'm in Maine!

I was pretty irritated with the lack of customer service. If you're working for tips you shouldn't spend the whole time socializing with your friends sitting at the bar. I was very clear when I ordered my side salad that I only wanted it if it came out before my meal. It did but only by 2 minutes and it was served on a warm dish. The restaurant was not busy enough to be running out of dishes. Unacceptable. My husband and I sat at the bar. The male bartender was awesome. He was very attentive and moved around the bar keeping it clean and taking care of customers. The female only moved away from her friend when she spotted the owner/manager come out of the kitchen. I really wanted to hand the gentleman a cash tip and tell him to keep it he was the only one who earned it but I know they were splitting tips. She deserved nothing

Crowded, but not unexpected for a popular place. The setup was good, plenty of screens to view. I certainly understand that pretty girls in skimpy outfits are what management is going for, but the level of inexperience was irritating. Food was good, everyone was very nice, but I'm sure there are pretty girls who have server experience. There didn't appear to be anyone supervising.

This location in particular is not run well. Many taps are often unused because they ran out of beer, food has been subpar since they opened and the TV's are damaged at the bar ( burned out backlight) or they haven't even bothered to take them off demo mode so you are constantly starring at a banner bouncing on the screen while watching the game. Only reason I frequent this location is because I hate fighting crowds at Buffalo wild wings to watch the game. At least this place is a ghost town and has one tv that works

The first couple times we went the group loved it and had the best time. Drinks came out quick, food was amazing, the girls were friendly and respectful but the past two times weve gone there have been kids and babies and today we waited 15 minutes To be served AND it took even longer to get are first order of drinks...we barley saw our waitress and on top of that they sat a family of 4 with two younge kids right next to us ( mind you were a group of 21 year olds trying to get lit) i dont know if well be back any time soon.

Me and my boyfriend went to eat there we go there for the atmosphere in the girls in the kilts. The girls were not in uniform that night and we didn't know why looked up a review that they have changed their uniforms and they do not wear the kilt anymore because they want to be more family friendly. We don't really come there for the food it's not the greatest we come there for the atmosphere that's why it's called the tilted kilt just like Hooters is called Hooters don't know why they are changing their uniform to shorts when it's called The tilted kilt. This is not a family friendly restaurant that's why people go there it's for the atmosphere in adults atmosphere don't know why they're changing the uniforms doesn't make sense why it's called the tilted kilt if you have to change your uniforms and you have to change the name of the restaurant all together.if this is the case we will not be back we go there for the atmosphere and they changed the whole meaning behind it. Don't understand what's going on.

The bar service and food from the kitchen to the bar service sucked. It was a monday night and not busy. It took the bartender 10 minutes to address us for drinks and an hour after we ordered nachos when the food finally arrived. The nachos looked like a 13 year old kid threw cheese on chips with some veggies, put it in a microwave, took it out and then waited 5 minutes for the cheese to dry before serving it to us. I'm not kidding. The nachos sucked. We sent them back and asked for the manager, but they were busy out back. and never came to see us. I left after a couple beers and stopped at a gas station on the way back home for their convenience sandwiches in a box. I feel that Irving puts more effort into the food they serve rather than the Tilted Kilt.

Well my experience at this place was absolutely awful. Waitress didnt check on us at all and her butt was hanging out of her skirt. We waited an hour and didn't even get our food yet and the waitress never acknowledged us I would not recommend this place as the service is dreadful.

Well, our server was friendly, and the drinks were good. We waited over a half hour for appetizers, but it WAS lunchtime on a Saturday which was also St. Patrick's day, so that's understandable and they were delicious. We got the garlic parm boneless wings and Rueben tator tots. Tasty! Buuut our server forgot to put in out entrees. Oopsie. Might be helped if she WROTE STUFF DOWN, but it is what it is. We will go back, give em a second chance. The food was worth it, and our server was very sweet and apologetic. :)

My bartender Danni was fantastic - too bad it was her last night. The walk to the bathroom smelled of urine long before reaching the bathroom door. The bathroom was dirty and smelled of poo. There was bloody snot wiped on the wall, unknown filth on the urinal and damage to the ceiling including a missing ceiling tile.

Our waitress was very personable but considering it was a Friday night and the place was dead except for our party of 20 and another party of 15 it took almost three hours to get all of our food. I live 26 miles away. On the recommendation of a few people I decided to check this place out. The website is very specific and even specific to the day of the week said that they were open until midnight. I walked in at 10:23 the place was empty chairs up bartender breaking down. I was told they were closed but I could get one drink if I wanted. Wasn't interested in getting one drink. Went there for the eats in the experience and this is what I wasted my time and effort on. When I went to their website again and clicked on the email the general manager link it opened PayPal and tried to have me send him money. This place needs to close down because it's definitely not a legitimate business. ***incidentally it's two weeks later and I've never heard back from corporate or the general manager. I would not waste a cent on this business ever

I ordered the spin dip for my appetizer and it was good. Then I ordered the salmon entree which is supposed to be a grilled salmon fillet with sauteed veggies and mashed potatoes. I asked for the salmon to be cooked medium well because I don't like dry, over-done salmon. What I received was a pink hockey puck that tasted like sea water perched on a bed of olive rice. Olive. Rice. Rice with chopped and halved green olives in it. First of all, that's not what I ordered. Second of all, why would anyone serve that to anyone ever? The waitress was very nice but service was incredibly slow. Everyone in my party had good appetizers and awful entrees so my advice would be if you go here, stick to appetizers and drinks.

When we arrived there were 9 people in the restaurant, and we accounted for 6 of them. We placed an order for 2 burgers, a steak salad and a couple kids chicken finger meals, and it took 40 minutes to get the food, which when we got it was cold and the steak was not only cooked into oblivion, it was the smallest portion of steak I’ve ever seen on a plate. At least the French fries were piping hot. Very disappointed.

The servers here are the draw - no, not like that, stop that. The kitchen can't get anything right except for chicken. Get chicken wings or tenders or whatever and a nice drink and watch some sports. If you want a meal, try one of the nearby restaurants instead.

This place was awful. We have gone in quite a few times and our experience has been worse and worse. I work in a restaurant and try to give a chance. This last time the it was dead on a Saturday night will Lots of sports on. They were out of two different liqueurs, then the appetizer took forever and the server ask us to put our food order in so they could start it while we continue to wait for an appetizer. We saw in the meantime six guys come in and order beers and never got them. The group next to us came over and stared telling us how long they waited too. Lastly I asked to speak to a manager and no one came over to us and we left. I do not see this place lasting too much longer in Portland. Totally disappointed

Took over an hour to receive our food after we ordered (which was mostly sandwiches and wraps) and 2 out of our group of 6 didn't get their food until the rest of us were done eating. Food was okay just very slow and not great service. Waitress never came by to check on how food was or ask if we wanted refills or anything.

First experience was horrible and wasn't going to give a second try. However we were in the area and decided to stop for a quick drink. This girl was 100 times nicer than the last ladies that waited on us, actually treated us like humans and made us some really good drinks. Next time will have to give the food another try as well. My favorite pub, the food and service are outstanding. I asked if I could hire a band for my birthday last year. The price was great and the band they chose was excellent with a big following. I have no close friends or family here and they made up the difference eloquently. I always have a good time there. They work hard to make sure you are happy and satisfied. The management and staff are like family and friends. I’m looking forward to my next birthday party. Don’t cheat yourself out of the experience you won’t be disappointed.

Wasn't busy. If there was a way to give no stars absolutely would have. Stood at the door 5 minutes, our order took an hour to get. Waitress ALEX was standing there talking for more then 10 mins while there were people standing waiting at the door. Food was over cooked. Asked for our bill, Alex dropped them off and left, gone again for 10 minutes. Gave her our form of payment, she said be right back. She walked over towards the registers, left our bill with our credit cards beside it. Walked over to another table and continues to talk to some Military gentlemen while we waited.... our credit cards mind you are still left unattended. Now more then 5 minutes later I look at my friends, and walk over to the table says gabbing to and ask can ANYONE just cash us out? Finally she rang us up! Unbelievably frustrated!

1st and last time I'd ever go there... Girls were arguing right in front of us, people behind the bar that definitly did not belong... No food available at 8pm on a friday.. Cook staff, dishwasher all at the bar... We had a 60$ drink tab left 100$ and was still rushed out because no one wants to work, well I dont want to spend my money there.... Very poor staff and I would have to say for 8 pm on a Friday 5 whole customers in this establishment speaks for it self....

Awful service all around. Waited 2 hrs for a table when there was plenty of open tables then the worse was waiting 2 + hours for our food! Everyone was full of excuses! Kitchen was backed up, kitchen too small for crowd. Most of food entries were not available. Poor management from ordering food, to kitchen staff. If you want to go to a bar to drink and look at half dressed girls, this place is for you. If you want to go to eat, go next door to Olive Garden or Bugaboos! This building will be empty again in 6 months!

Service is terrible. My friend ordered a 16 oz beer off the menu which was given in a 12 oz can, then when he asked about it server apologized about the typo but did not offer to give another beer or cut the price. His girlfriend ordered wine and only got it halfway through her meal. My meal was brought out and half my fries were dropped on the floor next to me because the server said the plate was too hot. No extra fries were given and the fries on the floor were never picked up. This was our second time there and service was just as poor the first time. The wait to be seated is understandable but it also takes forever for all other aspects such as waiting for drinks, waiting to put in appetizer order, and waiting to put in entree order. Food was good but I will not be going again and neither will my friends.

From exteria looked like a "99" type restaurant. Upon entering looked nice but shocked by waitresses attire. Menu options looked good. However, Food took over 45 minutes for burgers, fries & blackened fish tacos. Burgers were burnt and dried out fish wasn't blackened and salty as hell. Manager comped meal and was friendly enough but not really "manager" material, no name tag and casually dressed. Bar is a great space and should be booming but service was extremely slow....poor immitation of a Hooters.

We visited the Tilted Kilt as a group of ten, but made sure to go during a very slow dining time. Despite the rest of the establishment being a ghost town, the service was brutally slow. Over 30 minutes to receive our appetizer order, then waiting another 20-30 minutes after finishing the appetizers to collect orders for the main meal. The food itself was decent enough, but not worth the long wait whatsoever. I don't foresee myself coming here again.

Horrible experience!!! Sat for 20 minutes and no one came to our table. The place was pretty empty with only a handful of customers. Helped the table near us twice, but ignored us. The other employees working were to busy being social to do anything. One man walked in and was waited on immediately. We left and will never return!!!
