Went there today 3/24/18 with my sister and my 2 nephews. There was a little line no worries, it was 9:30am. We waited maybe 20 minuets. We got seated, waitress but the menus on the table and walked off for a good 10 minuets. Came back asked if we wanted drinks, we got our drinks after about 10 minutes. Well as we were ordering our food my sister accidentally knocked over one of the boys chocolate milks. My sister and I started to clean it up as the waitress just stood there for a few moments before yelling to someone we needed a towel. She just tosses on the table and lets us continue cleaning up the mess on the floor and table. The waitress asked if we would like another chocolate milk we said yes please thank you. We ordered our food. Another 10-20 minutes go by still no chocolate milk yet. After 30-40 minutes we finally got our food along with the other chocolate milk. Our food was so cold we had to gag it down. The waitress never came back to ask how our food was, on top of that she had another waitress just drop/throw our check in the table and walked away. I also saw while I was there an elderly couple (one had a walker) came in and was waiting 10-15 minutes to be seated. There was plenty of empty tables at this time, the waitresses saw them and just kept on chatting away. Ugh I have never had a problem with this place before, I honestly don’t think I will ever go back.

Will not return! The way one of the waitresses (and I'm told is one of the sisters?) treated our server was demeaning and belittling. A gentleman at the table next to us stopped our server to ask him a question and as he politely answered she yelled at him to get back to work. Then a few minutes later while he was at the counter WORKING, she continued yelling at him from across the restaurant with absolutely no respect. I was mortified. We all felt so uncomfortable. I could only imagine how he felt. He was doing a great job. She, on the other hand, will be taken care of by karma, I'm sure. And the food was not that great anyway. Don't waste your time here.

Delicious! I had the fajita omelet, my husband had the breakfast sandwich, and we shared the biscuits and gravy. I also got the peach Bellini and he got the raspberry pineapple mimosa. There were lots of fun drinks to choose from and these two were delicious! The food portions were huge and I took half my omelet home for breakfast the next day. The person who sat us and brought us waters was not super friendly but our server was! A great place to have brunch and we would definitely go back!

A friend recommended this place for breakfast, so this was our first visit to Three Sisters. I think we came at a bad time (11am), as the head waitress seemed very distracted and 2 of the wait staff were taking a break to eat at a table nearby. It wasn't very busy, and the service was pretty good, but I thought they could've been a little more attentive. The food was delicious, and the prices were average. On our way to the car, we noticed a gentleman in a wheelchair, working in the garden out front. After striking up a conversation with us, Roger told us he and his wife and daughter owned the restaurant, and used to own the Lily Moon in Pepperell Square. He was such a nice, pleasant, friendly man that I left with nothing but positive thoughts about Three Sisters. I encourage you to stop by for breakfast!

We walk in to this diner and the sign reads “wait to be seated”. Not one of the staff who walked by acknowledged us waiting to be seated even though they made eye contact with us. After standing there for a few minutes we finally get seated. The waitress was rude from the time we were seated to the end of our meal. We witnessed a couple who was waiting to be seated walk in and just ask if they could sit at the empty clean table and they were rudely told that it’s a wait to be seated place. When they sat down they advised the waitress they knew what they wanted to order and she replied “I don’t want to rush you and there are already orders ahead of you” as she walked away. These patrons were smart to just get up and leave before their meal was ordered and served with more rudeness! These “THREE SISTERS” clearly don’t appreciate their customers enough to provide excellent customer service! They may consider changing their name to “THREE WITCHES”.

We come here about once a month for breakfast. Very good food, havent ordered anything yet that we did not enjoy. The only issue we have is the service: the teenagers/college kids that work as servers lack energy and attentiveness. Overall, we love coming here and are willing to put up with a longer wait for the great food.

Three Sisters is a nice breakfast spot, though I avoid it in the summer because they're really popular and the tourists have found them and sometimes (but not always) the wait gets long. It's worth the wait, I'm just too impatient for my own good. :)
