Amazing! Staff was very friendly. Large menu, great price, and generous with portion size. The place was super clean and you could see your food being made. I ordered a combination platter with two sides, crab rangoon and teriyaki beef. I got 6 beef sticks and 10 crab rangoon. I was able to get three meals out of my order! Perhaps the staff knew I would get 3 meals out of it...they did give me three fortune cookies. Best part is, it only rang me only $18. If you are in bangor, head over the bridge to get your Chinese. Rainbow is located in the Hannaford plaza.

Sorry but I could not eat the wonton soup . The egg roll pretty much all cabbage and the chicken lo Mein was eatable but the chicken had a rubbery texture. The fried rice was not too bad.

Foods good, huge portion sizes too. For $7.50 I can get enough food for three meals worth. No complaints from me. Cheap, tasty chinese. What's better then that? I recommend the c19 Sesame Chicken, very good.

The food at this place is soooo bad. Save your money elsewhere. Especially w the crab rangoon(stail,bland) beef teriyaki(spongy, wet,overpeppered) and chicken fingers(bread is not crispy,too greasy with a flat taste) just plain waist of my money. :-(

Bad treatment like in any Communist country, you may need to pay for using the bathroom because they didn't allow me to use it while I am paying for the order, AND I AM CLEAN MORE THEN THEIR ***** they need to know this is BAD, we are in AMERICA NOT IN CHINA

Large portions, very reasonable prices, prompt and courteous service. My favorite Chinese restaurant in the Bangor area. The lo mein is fresh and colorful not bland and grey like many other places. There is seating but beware: this is take out, there are no waitresses. Just the owners, and sometimes their children run the place. All are friendly and courteous.

Mediocre at best. Small portions, and OK taste. Definitely not the worst I've had; but have had much better for the same price. Ordered a small chicken lo mein. Had 3 pieces of chicken in it, and a container filled maybe 1/4 of the way. Would recommend going elsewhere if you're craving Chinese.

The best Chinese food I have ever had in this area. They have excellent non-MSG options, which puts it above many restaurants on that basis alone. The staff is always friendly and the food is always consistent and delicious. The portions are large as well. Highly recommended to anyone who wants delicious Chinese food!

I've been a resident of Bangor for four years. In those four years, I haven't found Chinese that truly satisfied me. Well, that all changed when I found this place. The food is actually seasoned and taste fresh. The prices per portion ratio is incredible. I've gone about ten times and haven't been unsatisfied once. Try this place if you are looking for good Chinese at a better price. I recommend the combinations.

The best Chinese food I've had anywhere in Maine. And cheap too! The quality is always consistently great. The owners operate the restaurant and they are always friendly. I've only ever had one instance in the time I've ordered there (I've been a frequent flyer for a year and a half) where the food wasn't correct, but it was a miniscule thing. It takes a bit of time for the food compared to other areas (25 mins compared to 15), but the wait is absolutely worth it. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant anywhere.

Food used to be excellent. Staff used to be smiles and friendly. Possibly have been doing it so long, There is no joy left. It shows in the food and the whole atmosphere. Had lunch and was charged dinner price instead. Low on meat and vegetables. Lots of rice. Restaurant is filthy. Altogether very sad.

Hands down the worst Chinese food I've had across the entire state. Got it hot and fresh but the food was DISGUSTING. I literally cant tell what half the stuff in the pupu platter was. Nasty. One star. Never going back and you shouldn't either.
