ordered from our motel room and they said they could not deliver because they were too busy. Then they gave us the wrong order and the owners were very rude. Food was absolutely horrible and the carryout bag was leaking oil

Worse experience ever tonight. After paying $66 for food and a $14 tip to the delivery driver we received the wrong food. She said we ordered stuff we didn’t, refused to make it right. Absolutely horrible customer service. They mess up something every time and we never even say anything but this time was multiple and felt we deserved to get food we’d eat. That’s the last time I will give them any of my business and we ordered delivery quite often.

I have been coming to the Oriental Restaurant for many years and I enjoy it here. Mostly for take out but occasioanlly I do eat in for their dinner buffet special which isnt available for take out. Prices are very reasonable as well. Owners and staff are friendly although its not the prettiest inside the food is still very good and only a few chinese places in town.

The Oriental Resteraunt has been my favorite place to order take out or delivery from for twenty or more years. The food always hits the spot when I'm craving Chinese. I love the shrimp & lobster sauce, and their different combination plates, which offer chicken wings, beef teriyaki, crab rangoon and more. The egg rolls are so good! Can't reccomend the Oriental enough!

We went today at 12pm just leaving at 1:12 pm only people in the place. A and and they managed to mess up a whole meal . the lady asked us 5 times about what we ordered . it was all simple she wrote it down but incorrect. My self ordered the lunch special they always run. I'm vegetarian I said up front. I ordered vegetarian soup ... Spring rolls instead of the all meat app. And veggie woman... Guess what I got ....... Meat roll... All meat app. And the veggie lomain noodles wernt cooked . my husband ordered spare ribs . wernt cooked well and beef tariaki sticks (husband said those were good ) and my son was white rice and spring rolls. The spring rolls were gross my 5 year old wouldnt eat them and today we went to go celebrate his 5th birthday . and the duck sauce was a water sauce . she never came back to check on us. My husband was waiting for water Refill. As he was done his stuff before I even recived mine .. ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE WILL NEVER GO BACK . walls were gross and things had never been cleaned . it was cold to no heating . and worst part paid $40 to go to another place to celebrate with my son. They never apologized or tried to fix issue .

I have never had worse service in my life. I placed an order and gave them my name and number. The lady told me it would be 20 minutes. I show up 10 minutes later and lady asked me for my name and went out back presumably to check and see if my order was done (I was earlier than the 20 minutes so I didn't expect it to be done). I waited for about 5 minutes at the counter and the lady never came back so I sat down in the little waiting area and waited for another 30 minutes. Another guy came in and the lady came out and asked for his name. She went out back and came out about a minute later with his order, then she told me on her way around the counter that they never got my order. After she checked the other guy out and he left, she stood at the counter and ignored me standing in front of her. After a couple minutes of awkwardly standing there I said, I placed an order here and told her what the order was but that if they actually had not started the order yet that I didn't want to wait any longer for it. She then continued to ignore me, no other customers were in the waiting area or at the counter and they were not busy in the dining area either. I stood there for a few more minutes with no interaction from her and so I said ok nevermind to which she ignored and I walked away.

Excellent meal: beef teriyaki, chicken teriyaki, boneless ribs, chicken fingers, egg roll and fried rice - all tasty, good portions and inexpensive...fellow diner also had side of crab rangoon, which was/were good...my wife had orange chicken and it was excellent...all in all, best Asian restaurant in town, easily...

If this place was in Portland I would give it two stars but not being familiar with other options and Brunswick I'll give it 3 it's average Chinese we dined in and the table service was bad at best. I would not recommend dining in but if you've got a craving for Chinese takeout this place will do in a pinch

The food and portions were good. Best beef and broccoli I've ever had. The chicken fingers were delicious. The server wasn't very attentive and there was lipstick on my water cup. But the food and prices were good and a lot of people came in while we were eating to pick up food, so it is popular. This will be our new chinese food place.

The food is actually really good but the service is awful. The first time I went there I ordered about 20 minutes ahead of time and ended up waiting at least another 15 minutes upon arriving for takeout. The second time I went there I opted to dine in but after being unable to bring me the right drink order twice I opted to make it carryout instead. The food is delicious but the experience is too aggravating to bother with again so I won't be eating here anymore.

My family has been going to the Oriental Restaurant for over 20 years now. They have the best spring rolls, boneless ribs, and crab ragoons in town. This is a great family run business and a staple of Brunswick. I highly recommend the lunch specials and the 17A! They also have great hours, staying open late.

Always busy...that's a good thing! Delicious food! There can be a wait if you walk in and place an order To Go but it's worth the wait. The building could use an update. The staff are friendly. I have only eaten in-house once. There isn't much parking unless you feel like a quick walk which can be a good thing after eating a hearty meal of chicken fingers, beef terriyaki, fried rice or pupu platter. All of it is happiness on my plate!

Super quick service and delicous for it's style of Chinese. Their crab rangoons are amazing. You can try and compare to just about every restaurant in a 30 mile radius, but the Oriental's will still be better. They also have a nice "barbequey" dumpling sauce for they're fried dumplings which is a nice twist to the normal sauce you get everywhere else.

I've been coming for many years, always had a good experience. To be clear, don't expect a gourmet meal - this is your basic American Chinese food. But as far as that goes, its very good quality. Prices are very reasonable. Service is fast as well. I always recommend this over any other local places of the same cuisine.
