Warm fresh donuts. This is a pretty new store so it's very clean well set up. When you walk in you can see them making the donuts right in front of you behind the glass of course. It's both interesting and good food.

Great job on the donuts , especially for a new store. They are still trying to work out some issues with you points from apps and such but that's to be expected. Everyone seemed to know what they should be doing and working well together. Store clean includi g bathroom. Impressed.

I mean really what can I say Krispy kreme is the best donut on the planet Duncan doesn't even have a chance these people are awesome and I don't know if anyone knows this in this state apparently not but when the white is on you get a free donut if you walk in because they're making AM hot and fresh I mean hello people the customer service is better the donuts are better I mean yeah Duncan may have a slight edge on coffee but other than that they don't hold barred and anything crispy cremes got going on you keep doing what you do I'm so happy you're here in my state I moved from Texas 2 years ago and was dying without you guys

As much as I'd like to give a full experience in detail, I come in at a time where there were not preparing off the line doughnuts. The donuts I did order were very fresh, however I had intended to introduce a doughnut off the line to my kid. In any gassed, the service was timely, and the doughnuts were very good.

When I asked, is that our order she said I dont know and turned around and walked away. We had to open the bag and look for ourselfs. Absolutely loved my first visit to a Krispy Kreme in Maine. The donuts were on point. Great friendly staff, we got free donuts for my two kids, free samples of there hot cocoa, the kids got paper hats and cloth keepsake bibs. Great place to go for a quick bite and coffee. It was even fun to watch them glaze the donuts coming off the assembly line. Can't wait to make the trip again. My only down fall is now I have to figure out how I like my Krispy Kreme Coffee.

I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts..... So my most recent visit was a let down. It was a disgusting visit. There was an employee moping the floor, who turned out to be the drive-through person. she had a long sleeve shirt on with the thumb holes in sleeves pull to her fingers with a thumb coming out the whole covering palms with fabric, which was filthy. Her hair went down to her waist in the back and a single ponytail at her hat and bangs dangling past her nose in her face. She proceeded to mop the floor then went to the window taking orders and money without washing her hands or anything. Her hair every time she went around the corner slang all over the place. After one customer she went retrieved the mop bucket and mop as well as the wet floor sign. put it around the corner from her station and went back to serving customers handling food yet again not washing hands. I did speak to the supervisor on shift who looked over and it the same time the young lady wipes her nose brushes her hair out of her face and starts taking care of more customers. It was utterly disgusting an abomination of of anything sanitary. Sadly it will be a long time before I visit Krispy Kremes again in Auburn Maine.
