(This is not a paying review)I was happened to see previous review what other talks about the owner not being nice to the employee?food not hot ? Chase ppl away? which that is so untrue! Well, As far as I know this poor girl sandy Col with me when I coming to eat she was soo sad.I ask her what’s wrong? She told me she is tired and stressed.and have to put up with problem. Especially she treats ppl with her real heart.That is totally wrong! I think Ppl should admit there own problems before putting words out there. I personally Love love this restaurant!! My whole family eat there.Ppl are very very nice and very helpful!I feel sooo welcoming every time I go there. I Been going there for years.I often seen sandy struggles and trying to make the restaurant better and brighter. She told me in tears she says every positive review keep her going ,move on make hers days.all the work she put in is worth it.she also told me every negative review disappointed and discouraged her and soo sad.she say she will be very happy to resolve any issue and satisfy what customers needs at the scene. It will makes thing soo much easier.I feel soo bad for her.yeah,server and kitchen ppl might not understand what you saying but they Replace with a smile.I guess is the culture that they don’t speak English that is sad too.over all I wish ppl see this and keep seeing good things about this restaurant. We just had a wonderful birthday celebration at Hibachi Supreme Buffet. The buffet was excellent. They had a separate banquet room where 47 of us all gathered for my dad's 95th birthday celebration. The owner and waitstaff were very attentive to our needs. We were also able to bring in our birthday cake! I would definitely recommend having your gathering here for any kind of celebrations. An excellent selection of Chinese and American Cuisine buffet. Very good food and with a large selection to choose from with many of your traditional Chinese dishes. You will also receive the buffet for free on your birthday! I definitely enjoy going here. I would recommend Hibachi Supreme Buffet. You will enjoy it!

Cheap and just good enough to eat if you're starving. The dining hall is dimly lit making it hard to see where you're stepping sometimes. Food is not fresh, very bland tasting, not a very big variety, and more often than not, cold. The employees are scarce when you need them. Drink refills are quick though.

Now,they have air conditioner in use. Last time I was In there I don't know if their air conditioner is down or something. It was humid inside.this time Air conditioner is in use. I was so impressed. Oh, By the way.they now serving barbecue ribs at night time. Also,that chicken salad was so good too!it wasn't on the menu before.that must be new? Now,If anyone ask me where is a good place to eat I can tell them go to the buffet they have air conditioner in use, good food,leave with a happy tummy. Thank you!

Very good food and friendly people. Good variety. And they have pork fried rice and it is so good. Coconut chicken and shrimp. Very tasty. And they give you a free dinner ON your birthday. Worth the drive from Augusta to Waterville.

It was terrible! Food was cold and the place was dirty. The waitress was coughing and spitting out what she was coughing up right by our table. She didn't even cover her mouth. Disgusting! My wife and I love Chinese food but will never come back here again. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Best Chinese food in Waterville. Whether you are eating at the buffet or taking out an order. Unique experience on take out, order from a menu, with a large selection of options. Combo plates, soups, pupu platters and all sorts of seafood, chicken, beef and vegetables dishes. Staff is friendly and attentive. Owners Andy and Sandy take great care of everyone. Large choices at the all you can eat buffet. A great place to eat.

Absolutely disgusting. I was wiping the slime off my tongue with my sweatshirt. Not sure if I will through up or not. 1 partial plate was enough to make leave. A soda a Doritos from nearby gas station helping to remove take from mouth.

We just moved here from Tampa bay where there's lots of diverse/ethnic food. Of course, Chinese food is not ethnic or really diverse BUT we have experienced some really nice buffets back in Florida. This buffet is equally as good, fresh, clean, and yummy. They have a good selection of both "Chinese" and American foods that all have good flavor. As far as the comments regarding the staffs ability to speak English, I really don't find that helpful or relevant in rating food quality, cleanliness, or customer service. We'll be going back weekly. Also, we did try the Chinese place in Winslow when we first moved here and it was nothing short of horrific. So, definitely try this place instead!

The last two times we hate eaten here the most of the food has been cold, the regular Pepsi tasted like diet Pepsi ( the waitress did not offer to replace our drinks nor did anyone offer to cook a specific item for us). Yesterday I found a spiral piece of metal in the tapioca pudding and shared that with the waitress, ( nobody came to inquire of this finding). Today both my husband and I are ill with gastrointestinal issues. Yesterday will be the last time we dine at this establishment.

I have been to the restaurant a few times and have always had a great meal! It is true that most of the waitresses speak poor English. Since I'm not there to debate that is of no concern to me? They are extremely attentive and bring us anything we ask for? The price is right, the place is clean and the food is delicious. What more could we ask for. We love it and always stop here when we are passing through.

One of the worst buffets I have had the pleasure of attending. You have to be careful at most asian buffets, some are deceent or even good, but the one in waterville on KMD is possibly the worst. The most friendly workers anywhere, buffet is excellent and they are exceptionally friendly to kids. They always give mine baloons! Today he was down to his last baloon, and it had a hole in it and this man made herculean effort to fix it so he could give my 3 year old a balloon. These people are just my favorite people ♡♡♡♡

I was very disappointed on my last visit to this restaurant. I went there a little bit after the lunch hour and the food was cold. For lack of a better word the “host“ when receiving my bill and payment from me was busy watching television on his computer that was placed behind the counter. I had noticed that there were fewer choices in the buffet then I had seen in the past. I chuckled to myself as I saw one of items offered on the buffet was actually Fruit Loops cereal. After I was done with my meal, I had to wait 10 minutes for the waitress to hand me a bill. Unfortunately I won’t be back.

I’m only giving it one star because there’s nothing lower. It was, by far, the worst buffet I have ever been to in my entire life. I RARELY leave bad reviews but this was, well, really bad! Some of the food was cold, some was over cooked (like their peanut chicken... it was like rubber and I had to stop eating it), some was plain yucky, and they had a very minimal selection. My husband even refused to eat! And my daughters wished they hadn’t because a mile up the road, they had to use a restroom! My 12 year old actually asked at one point while we were there if food could kill her! NEVER AGAIN!

This is the absolute worst Chinese buffet I've ever had. Best thing is the green beans tasted fresh. Unfortunately not even remotely cooked or seasoned. Shrimp was tough. Everything was cold. The waitress gave us the bill before we were finished. I could have made better food at home and mcdonald's is better. Worst $23.50 ever for 2 people. Plus, the bench broke leaning twords the table. The bathroom was disgusting but don't worry, they hung a potpourri ball!

I don't get the negative comments! This is a great place to eat! It's the only Chinese restaurant my family and I go to. We will be visiting July 29th the day after my sons birthday to celebrate! The workers are always awesome every time including the guys that come from outback with the food. They always check on our table and refill drinks! They may have a hard time understanding people but that's expected they are from another country or language but they really try! Never had a problem with bad or cold food always good when we go! We really enjoy it and I'd recommend to anyone! Great prices too

In 42 years I've been to a lot of Chinese restaurants this one I rate as my favorite because the price is perfect and the food is always very good fresh and a huge variety. There is at least 80 different items on the buffet all for under $10 lunch or dinner and the staff is very friendly and nice I highly recommend Hibachi Supreme Buffet.
