This place has improved dramatically. I went a few times a couple of years ago and wasn't impressed, but I gave them another try after a friend recommended it. The tortilla chips were crisp, and the salsa and queso were flavorful. I had the combo enchiladas and everything tasted fresh, distinct and well - seasoned. We're definitely coming back.

We stopped off for dinner after 9 on a rainy Wednesday. The bartender was a bit chilly with his attitude but quickly warmed up. Recommend the margaritas with real lime juice, absolutely delish. Ah, and the food was good as well.

This place has been a favorite for years! Food is great, and it's always fun to visit on taco Tuesdays. When our friends are in town, we always take them here for dinner. Just wish the restaurant was slightly bigger, and there was more parking available.

Ordered tacos, they were covered in a tangy sauce, I didn't like it, just wanted crunchy tacos, we left a 12 dollar tip on the table, and the guy at the counter wanted a tip, and wouldn't give me my change. I had to almost threaten the guy to get my money. Stay away horrible experience.

Service takes forever, asked for no beans and got a mountain of them inside my burrito. I don't recommend this restaurant anyone else unless you want to have horridMexican food and horrible service. Only thing decent was the ice cream :)

My wife and I frequent Casa Blanca at least once every couple of months. The food is always good and the atmosphere is always festive. Parking at this location is a bit of a challenge but that shouldn't take away from being one of the best places to enjoy some delicious meals as well as some nice drinks.

The place itself is so small. The food was alright & the service was horrible. The server didn’t even wait to take down our full over and we felt rushed. She didn’t even check back for drinks, we had to keep requesting them. Not happy.

Dec-2018: New Menu is good. Many good and healthy choices. Burrito Bowl was good. Tres Leches cake and Fried ice cream were awesome. Aug-2019: The food quality has come down. The fired ice cream wasn’t good this time. Could be the Friday evening rush but felt like the quality certainly came down.

They have great food at a decent price. Plus you can usually get a Groupon for 10 off 20 when you go. It's a very casual atmosphere. All the staff are very nice and the place was clean. The only thing is you'll want to get there a little bit early to beat the dinner rush. Because once that place is packed you'll have a hard time getting your waiters attention. I do believe they could use a few more hands on deck. But that is also because the spend time at each table making sure everything is going well. Definitely recommend.

Husband and I have been coming here for years. Used to not be all that good, but we love an occasional Mexican Dinner, and there aren't that many around MA to choose from, and this one is convenient. I will say that the food, service and ingredients seem to have improved much over time. Best guacamole around and food seems freshly prepared and the place is well kept. We highly recommend.

I got the casa combo with three options which is great because I love their food. The kids menu is perfect for kids and the wait staff is fantastic. My wife's fish tacos were perfectly seasoned. Best salsa that comes with each meal.

Since 2007 of coming to this restaurant with no complaint whatsoever. We'd visit the one in Andover and the other in Methuen. But today the service was aweful. We even had to ask for more chips and sauce; for soda, and stand up to go to the front and get the check to leave. For our surprise, the service at the front was worst. And to finish, a little kids apple juice was $3.00. She was like, "this is a restaurant", with an attitude. This insident was around 5:30 pm on Sunday, December 9th. Hopefully something will be done.

I’ve eaten at this location a couple of times and received average service and decent food. The restaurant has recently been doing delivery through uber eats. Unfortunately, they cant seem to include the dressing with my wife’s salad. The first time, we just called to give them a heads up. The second time, after arguing with whoever answered the phone that they, in fact, do delivery through uber eats, we were told there would be no manager in until Wednesday or Thursday. She was then told to come to the restaurant and they’ll happily give her dressing. Sure, we just paid someone to deliver our food, we’ll be right over! I called back and spoke with Carlos, who told me the manager, Danny, wouldn’t be in until 7pm today. I worked in a restaurant for years. It’s unheard of for no manager to be on duty during prime business hours. Carlos repeatedly suggested I take up the issue with uber eats, making more work for me and uber eats when we are the only ones who held up our parts of the bargain flawlessly. You could do worse than this place, but there’s better Mexican to be had in Lawrence, and with better service.

Tried to order from the online menu, Called the establishment and the person on the phone was extremely rude. When I asked to speak to the manager he stated he was the manager and stated that we could not go by the internet price because it is wrong. Asked to speak to the owner he stated that owner was not there. I asked to speak to someone else who can help me understand why I ordered the same exact thing last Friday May 4 and was being over charged this week by $20. He stated would you like to speak "to the chips and salsa waitress"? in a sarcastic way This conversation happened all in Spanish. This was a company lunch for 7 people. The amount of rudeness experienced was uncalled for.

Just had the Carne Cantima. It was the juiciest and tastiest steak I've had in a month. Last week had prime rib in a Salem restaurant ... not even close. Service was friendly and excellent. Will definitely return.

We've been eating here for years. Good size portions that don't always leave you room for dessert. My husband always gets the Mexicali Chimichanga and I always try something different off the menu and I've never been disappointed. Good margaritas! Endless chips and salsa. The staff is always friendly. They have valet parking at night. The only draw back is sometimes the music is a little loud.

Food isn't bad, but it's bland. There's just not much going on in terms of service or flavor here. I got the nachos, on the menu they were listed as having a chicken or steak option to add on. I ordered them with steak, and they came topped with a very finely ground beef in some sort of sauce. Reminded me of cat food, it wasn't overly appetizing. Tasted okay, but again, kinda bland. Management here needs to take a look at their menu and service, as nothing was wrong, but there's a lot of room for improvement.

having worked in a restaurant all of my life, i’ve seen some pretty bad things, but tonight definitely tops the list. me and my grandmother went in to have some nachos and a taco, my grandma order a margarita and was persuaded to buy the big one not being told the cost. then the waitress tried to get her to get a huge meal she didn’t even want and kept asking over and over again. then when we got our food it was the smallest portions i’ve ever seen and i’ve been to many different casa blancas many times. i personally prefer the Haverhill location myself... and don’t even get me started on the manager, when he was presented with an issue all he did was shake his head, mutter in spanish and then say “it had nothing to do with me” and walk away to leave the waitress to deal with it. i would not recommend this location to anyone and honestly i’d rather go to taco bell

Authentic!!! Family owned. Andover and North Andover locations. My friends and family who have lived on the border and traveled to Mexico agree: this is the real deal. Salsas, chips, guacamole, Margaritas, beer selection, and selection of Mexican entrees make this a great date choice. The Andover restaurant and bar is a bit more cozy for a date. The N Andover location has more seating, great for bigger parties that pull together tables. It also has a separate bar (vs the Andover location with a counter/ bar near the 1st floor dining. Check out the upstairs seating, too. Great for birthdays, too - they sing to the special person and put a big sombrero on their head. Fun place. Enjoy!

Woah woah woah, I thought that you could only get real authentic Mexican cuisine in Mexico or Spanish countries. Casa Blanca blows everything out of the Panama Canal. Parking is plenty however if it’s a super busy night you’ll need to find somewhere else to park. The restaurant atmosphere is nice, lots of friendly staff there (I didn’t have any communication issues). Our server was new (actually first night at his job) and he was amazing (thanks Eduardo)! They bring out warm chips and three dips (the green sauce is super good). Also just wanted to make a note on the napkins, best napkins I’ve seen / used at a restaurant. We ordered a three combo meal and a taco salad. Let me tell you that, my favorite taco salad has been in San Francisco for the last 7 years, and holy moly guacamole Casa Blanca exceeds my very high standards. That Taco salad is AMAZING. So much food. The Three combo meal was also amazing, in fact I took it home to eat later. Service is great (also depending on the server) you’ll have all your needs met. The food is 10/10. Nice selection of domestic and imported beers. Casa Blanca is my new favorite Mexican restaurant.

We had a great first visit. Our waitress, Dailey, was friendly and timely. She gave great recommendations, which we ordered. The appetizers and food came extremely fast. The drinks were even quicker. We got the churros for desert, fantastic. They were super hot and super fresh. I like the fact that they sat all the booths first as well. We will definitely be coming back.
