Had dinner here last night and it was one of the worst meals that I have ever paid for. The food was bland and lukewarm (Microwaved?). The fried Chimichangas were soggy and tasteless. Both of my kids refused to eat the tacos off the kids meals, and after one bite, I completely understood why. What was served could barely be called beef. I've had been quality tacos at a school cafeteria. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a place to eat dinner. You'll thank me later.

I had the fish tacos the night I went, and it's made with tilapia according to that night's waiter. It was way too strong of a fishy taste for me to stomach though. The salsa and chips were good.

This place serves a mix of authentic Mexican food and American style Mexican food. All of which is good. The staff are always friendly and I have never had a bad experience there. The food is delicious. I recommend the enchiladas super rancheros!

Dont get the fajitas. They are extremely bland. The meat is chewy hard chunks instead of actual fajita meat. The peppers were just warmed, not sauteed. No flavor. Tasted like it came out of a microwave. Not authentic Mexican in any way shape or form.

Our waitress started off giving drinks to the incorrect people including alcoholic beverages. When asking for a spoon to feed a 6 month old she forgot and after 8 minuets I had to walk up to another waiter to get a spoon who returned quickly. Our waitress told us she ran into a wall and apparently lost her brain. The service is adequate if high school students were working the restaurant. 2 people ordered chicken quesadillas and one was shredded chicken and one was chicken chunks. None of the cheese on the quesadilla with chunks was melted. Had to get up to ask for service over 3 times and was told that getting sour cream and guacamole from the kitchen was really hard!? The restaurant only has the one napkin that holds your fork and knife and no other way to clean yourself until you go into the restroom witch is a disaster! I get better service at the shrine circus!

There were 7 of us...steak was to be med rare...was well done. Vegetables were raw. Fajitas are supposed to be sauted and hot...they were cold with raw vegetables. Tacos were basically tastless. Sangrea wine should have fruit in it like apple, oranges or cherries...not just a slice of lemon. We wont be back!!!

This is some of the worse Mexican food I've ever had. Absolutely bland and flavorless. You know how dirty snow gets by the end of winter? If you took that snow and rolled it into a burrito it would still taste better then Cancuns! I wont be going back.. If you are in the area go to Buen Appetito for really good Mexican food! You will not be disappointed there.

Outside dining was great. Food was awesome, large portions, flavorful, fresh tasting. Complimentary chips and salsa. Margarita was bland though, and the waitress seemed overwhelmed. Looking forward to going again and trying something else from the menu.

Our last experience at Cancun was pretty good so we decided to go to dinner for my birthday. The first disappointment was no Blue Moon on draft anymore. No biggy a bottle is fine but I had to ask for a glass. My husbands margarita was watered down and flavorless. Kinda pricey for a glass of water with salt. Then came the food. I ordered beef chimichangas, crispy fried. I got soggy Luke warm ones swimming in goo. The tiny smear of guacamole wasn’t the real deal, pasty and flavorless. The pico tasted like it was more than a few days old and runny refried “beans” saturated everything. I’ll leave my husbands dinner to your imagination. It wasn’t better than mine btw. There were large poorly patched sections of drywall all over the place, an entire sink was ripped out of the wall in the bathroom. I felt like I was eating on the bad side of town when I know the place is surrounded by great places to eat. Why I opted to eat there defies explanation but that’s a mistake I won’t repeat. I am now suffering stomach pain and cramps for the rest of my birthday.

This place is by far my restraint in the Waterville area. they serve amazing dishes and although the food is sometimes expensive, it is worth the price. They have a large variety of dishes to chose from. also, you are served free chips and salsa with your meal, and I beleive the salsa is made right there; It has a genuine Mexican taste to it. Tip: if you want a delicious burrito chose the California Burrito.

Food is mediocre at best. I enjoy the decor and service is always pretty good. Wear a long sleeve because it's always chilly. We usually make it for happy hour. Went on a Friday night and 4 margaritas were almost $50. That's way too much for a cheap margarita mix.

Me and my mom go here about twice a year for each of our birthdays, and we've never had a bad experience. We went to a certain other Mexican restaurant for her birthday this year, and it was atrocious. If you want real authentic mexican food with good flavour and a nice atmosphere, definitely check out this place!

Have been there 4 times and twice the food was awful. My wife couldnt eat her meal, and mine was disgusting as well. The waitress said she would help with the bill, but still charged for all of it. Nachos were chips with unseasoned beef and some sort of thickened milk poured all over . Fajita was floating in the same white stuff. I have given 4 attempts to like. Not impressed

Service was good, but Food was mediocre and bland. Nothing was spiced- the taco tasted like plain beef without taco seasoning. And everything was watery- the salsa, the sauces, the meat and the beans were all runny, more like soup than sauce. Nice music, but restrooms didn’t smell very clean.

The best Mexican restaurant that I've found in the area. While the interior might be a little lacking - the large chain restaurants do look nicer; this is more of a family-owned place - the prices are good, and I have the feeling that whoever cooks the food has actually been to Mexico. The food is well flavored, service is pretty quick, and I've never been disappointed with the serving sizes. I usually go with a combo dinner with means two large plates of really good food for a very good price.

Ive been hear,4 or 5 times, i give up. I really want to get a great meal there. Ive had 1 good meal there, and at least 2 inedible meals. Waitress always asks why we didnt eat our meals, and we explained why, why apologized as she handed us our bill for food we couldnt eat. Went with a group of 14 people. 6 people wouldnt eat their meal as it was nasty.

We go all the time. This is authentic Mexican food not Tex Mex. Simple clean ingredients for as basic or complicated as you want. Best atmosphere with the music and simple decor in a nice big place. Great for two or for a crowd. Best margaritas. Best salsa. Best prices. Best people.

So I ordered from door dash. They were great. Letting me know Cancun's only had the bartender on and my order was running slow. I ordered the California Buritto. With Pico we gio on the side. When yo get it in the restaurant it's as big as a plate. Last time I had it I ate it three times. Also it did not come with the beans and rice. Called Dan. Dan preceded totellme it's not as big cause they fold the edges down. Now I know my burritos having lived in southern California for 17 years. My burrito barley went from side to side in the to go box. And the edges were spilling out cause there was no "extra". Plus had Pico in it and three pieces of steak. I had it delivered cause my disability won't let me drive today, All Dan said was I have to bring it in in order to get it replaced. Then hung up on me before I even got to say" hay where are my rice and beans"? Seems like they really don't care how us locals feel cause they have Colby kids. This never would have been ok if I had eaten in the restaurant. Aha.e on you. Reading directions like no Pico should have been easy. Not helping me cause I needed a driver to deliver no excuse.

Been here a lot in the past. Always had a good meal. Today, food and service ranks about the worst I've ever had. Waited forever to even get our order taken. Another half hour for food. Then got the wrong food. Was told that's what I ordered. Waited another 20 minutes for the right food. It wasn't cooked. Waitress avoided us for the rest of the visit. No drink refills, nothing. We won't be back. Ever.

I very much enjoyed the outdoor seating on the sidewalk. Although it was Breezy it was a very nice seating area. The waiter was nice, professional, and efficient but a little shy and reserved. The nachos we ordered tasted good but were very soggy on the bottom. For a Mexican restaurant I would have expected just a little bit better, so I give four stars instead of five. The large size draft beer I ordered, I thought was a great value.

I have no idea what other customers are talking about. Or how this place is still open. If you are dining at a Mexican restaurant that can't even make a decent Margarita? Then you can believe they cannot make much else good. This place was a pure waste of my time and money. I mean its Mexican food. Beans, rice, torillas, meat. How can you honestly mess that up with meidocre dishes you can make better at home? There is nothing made in this restaurant that I cannot out cook you on. So, there is no reason to Buy your food when mine is better. And to the reviewer who said they were from Texas and that this was great ? You need to get out more buddy. Very disappointed
