This resturant is a part of the Westin Harberview Portland, as a regular customer of the hotel, I have eaten here several time for breakfast and dinner. Their food is great and their staff is super friendly. I have been able to chat to few of their staff and they seems pretty happy and treated well which shows by how they treat their customers. My breakfast has been frequently served by Natalie who was very tentative. She was a super star at what she does that it's hard to believe she was the newest waitress at the C2 at the time. I have not been able to fault any of the other waitresses either. Few Tips on the dishes I liked: Breakfast: Smoked salmon egg pendict French Toast with fresh fruit Their croissant is fresh and to die for White Egg omelette when I need extra protein. Dinner: Their New York steak was what I was stuck on. Just order it a bit less cooked than you usually do. I usually go for medium well but I found asking for medium in here got it closer to how I like it. Their dessert are good as well. It's definitely worth giving it a try!

The location is a bit odd because it's in a corner of the hotel but the food was great! I had the shrimp tacos and mai tai. The sauce on the tacos was great! (I'm from san Diego so I know tacos).

Great food! We tried a variety of food over our two dinners and everything was fantastic! Very friendly service. I forgot a jacket and the server remembered me and made sure I got it back. Excellent atmosphere. Try the sit by the window. It makes for a great romantic dinner and fun people watching.

We went here for a special Easter brunch. They had a buffet with a made-to-order omelet station and a good selection of deserts. However, the service was horrible for a restaurant of this caliber. Their Easter brunch was pricey and we made a reservation, got their early, and spent extra on drinks. I expected much, much, much better service! Our waiter didn’t introduce himself, was always missing, didn’t take our plates, and took forever to refill our drinks. Also, as a side note, there were tons of screaming kids running around and the dining area here is very small. If you are looking for an intimate occasion, here is not the place.

The worst service ever. I had to cancel the order after 30 minute wait I geve them one star because the program did not allow to nat give any. They don't deserve nat even one. Look for a different place. Really bad place to go.

Incredibly slow service beyond belief. Not even busy. Took them 15 minutes to figure out they did not have the wine i ordered. Another 10 the get another. Diner came out with potates that were slightly softer than rocks. Odered salmon med-rare that came out well done. Dining room was very cold. Wish i had gone somewhere else.

Food was tasty with a nice atmosphere in this small restaurant. I'm local to Portland and don't normally sample restaurants in our hotels, but I was pleased with the service here. The menu is fairly small and what I saw on the web should only be used as an example; the actual menu being served was different.

Went for breakfast. Was seated and no one bothered to wait on me for st least 10 minutes. Pretty pathetic given they just opened. Coffee came with no creamer that I asked for. Food was good, but overall experience was lacking.

High upscaled restaurant in the hotel, wine was served, quiet and cozy place to have dinner and drink, historical place to stay and enjoy the contemporary style settings, good and kind staffs to provide services, tasty steak with good sides, entrance from hotel and street, half underground location
