We came during Essence festival and everyone had the same idea to come and try the world famous We Dat's. They had ran out of many of their signature ideas which was a bit disappointing. But the flavor of the food and customer service will have me come back at a less busier time. Try the banana pudding I almost called back to the restaurant to thank the cashier for suggesting it.

I've been trying to get here for a few years, finally got a chance. Everything is hot and cooked to order. Tried the lemon pepper wings and fries...shrimp were amazing, lemon pepper a smidge too salty, its probably the seasonings. But service was cool. I'd try them again when I'm on Canal.
