This is a great place to see all of your favorite football games. The food is pretty good but I felt the food and drinks were a little more than I like to spend to watch football. We spent as much for 2 people, (3 beers each plus an appetizer each), as a nice dinner out.

There were five of us including a two year old. They immediately included her colors and made sure she was comfortable. The rest of us had beautiful drinks and our waitress was excellent! We got a fair amount of food including appetizer, entrees and desserts. Wonderful experience overall!

Ate here with coworkers. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was served within a short time from ordering, it was lunch time as I'm sure it is busier at dinner peak times. My Voodoo shrimp with corn grits was good. My coworker had catfish with crawfish etouffe that looked delicious. The restuarant was clean and easy to get to.

My wife and I went on a Friday night and it was PACKED. Regardless, we had our seat in less than 5 minutes. I ordered the stuffed burger, and it was fantastic. Looking forward to many more trips here! Easily one of the best spots in the hub!

This was the worst meal ever. I had shrimp on salad. Could not eat shrimp. Still tasting the bad bleach taste and smell. My husband got catfish with crayefish on top. A bucket of salt on it. We are looking for a place to eat. Left note on receipt. Won't be back .

Man, the food here is delicious. But the game was even better as a Saints of whooped up on an opponent. The only reason why I walk into this place is because Drew Brees is one of the owners. And I mean. As in the word. So if you want to get some some good food, great atmosphere, and watch the game this is the place.

This place was recommended to us by a local. They have a large beer selection on tap. Overall it seemed to me as pretty standard sports bar. They do not have a outdoor patio. Please see pictures posted for hours of operation and menu. Like most other sports bars you should bring your own friends since I did not see many strangers talking to each other. This is more of a restaurant style sports bar. Average 4 stars since there was no complaints but nothing original .

Service was very so with no real crowd. One of our kids accidentally spilled their drink and we asked for a towel or more napkins and it took a while to receive something to clean up the mess. I had the chicken plate the chicken was amazing but the sides were not to great. The other meals were not good according to the rest of my family. I would not recommend.

The name says it all Walk On, great staff horrible food. My Blackened Catfish as over cooked and luke warm , but that may not have been a bad thing, due to the fact my Alligator bites were too hard to chew. The taste was bland on everything, except the sweet tea

Soo I’m here again after a horrible visit back in September 2018 where I was seated and left for 27 mins without a waitress. And when I finally got one she was rude, had no knowledge of the menu or substitutions. To make it sting she stayed on her phone while “assisting” me. That was then, this is now. I figured it’s better now. I walk in to three girls at the host station on their phones. I’m not greeted. Just shown to a seat. My wait is about 4 mins before a waitress comes to me. Which is fine. This place has beautiful wait staff and bar tenders. Their attitudes were awesome. The restaraunt was clean and top notch. Bathrooms were spacious. They have TVs everywhere. I couldnt even count the amount of TVs. But like i said, the staff here was the greatest i have seen anywhere.

I tried Walk-On's before and was not impressed. It has been a couple of years though and all I've heard is try Walk-On's they're good. Even my daughter told me I needed to try it again. So I did. Walked in and was told it would be a 25 minute wait so we waited, 6 minutes later our table was ready. Okay. Sat down, got drinks, ordered an appetizer. All good. Appetizer came out right on time. It was so-so. I think it was angels on horseback. They were too crispy on the outside,the shrimp were tough and the bacon was soggy. We ordered our dinner. Still seemed to be doing good. Then we waited and waited and finally our food came. We weren't in a hurry so the wait didnt bother us. It wasn't terribly long just a bit. Then our dinner arrived. When the server put my plate on the table he says the onion strings will be just a while longer but I'll bring them out when they are ready. Well that's not good since it's not a side dish it's part of my dish, a topping. My husband began eating without me which was okay it was a laid back evening we were talking and enjoying our night out. After a while I felt I should at least take a few bites while it was hot. The server finally checks on us and my husband politely says that I'm still waiting on my onion strings. The server goes back and returns about 8 minutes later with a plate of 3 onion rings. Good thing because the onion rings (all 3 of them) were the only good part of my experience there. I put some ketchup on the plate and enjoyed some nice crispy almost warm onion rings for dinner that evening.

Haven't been to the restaurant. Just had y'all delivered. Now let's start from the top. Ordered a medium burger. Taking in the delivery it was still beyond well, like serious crust a quarter of an inch thick. This patty was well done when it hit the box. No bueno. This was for my wife. I ordered the ribeye sandwich, with no mods. They was no lettuce of tomato as I read in the description. I could not tell if there was any Mayo. The waffle fries appetizer was pretty good.

So my wife and I got Walk Ons for lunch today. Now we ordered it from Waitr cause I am not able to leave my house. With that being said we understood that the foods freshness would not be the best and we were okay with that. However this was horrible. My wife's food was horrible, it was extremely bland and the fries were cold. Now with my food it tasted like it was cook yesterday and just stuck in the microwave. My bread was stale, my gumbo was definitely cooked if not yesterday then the day before that cause it had an awful smell and taste. Least to say my wife and I will never eat their food again we have felt horrible since we ate it.

A group of a thirsty men and I came here to sit at a tap table. A tap table is a table with kegs of beer that run right to the table. This results in cheap beer without waiting a healthy amount of time before pounding another back. Anyway, me and some other guys came to drink. We asked if a tap table was available, and the lady made a frustrated noise as an infant does when they have to use the restroom. I think she knew, based on our beer themed shirts and lack of style that we were there for tap tables. She informed us there was a wait of 10 minutes, we waited. We were eventually seated and in no rush, and crammed in to the square booth that required us to touch knee's together, similar to a sauna. The waitress arrived and informed us the tap table was broken, and we had to order beer like peasants. Food was good and beer was cold. 5/5.

Walk ons by far has the best cheeseburger sliders I have ever had. Personally I don't love the sport bar environment or that if a game is on they turn it up super loud and allow people to scream and bang on tables but I deal with all of that for the amazing food. That says a lot.

You'd better be a sports fan if you eat here. The LSU baseball game was on and so loud it was hard to hear anything else. The staff suggested we sit in the open air area which was slightly better, and the duck gumbo was as delicious as always.

Awesome food and a great atmosphere! The server we had was TOP KNOTCH for sure. Never an empty drink and checked in multiple times to make sure we had all we needed. I'm originally from Louisiana and frequented Walk-ons when I lived there. They never dissapoint. Portions are HUGE so bring your appetite, prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get.....trust me!

Walk On is a great restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing and the service is exquisite. The food is wonderful but if you don’t like spicy food, ask questions about the dishes. Most everything has some type of heat to it. The only thing that didn’t set with me was that if u have seven or more people, u are required to pay an 18% gratuity tip. I always tip when I go out to eat, specially if the service was pleasant, but forcing customers to pay what they want you to pay just don’t seem okay to me. Overall, wonderful place and great food.

The place is set as a sports bar dream come true. The food is great and the drinks are cold. I recommend Walk-on's to everyone but ask to be in the main room. We sat in a small room and it gets a little noisy with all the children in there. Not unbearable by any means just felt a little seperated from the main dining area. Food took forever and gumbo and chili were cold. Waitress never did get us spoons after asking 3 times I had to go to the kitchen to get my own from what I assume was a manager. Rice was in the gumbo already, not served on the side. Rice was the minute rice parboiled variety and still wasn’t cooked right. Rice was crunchy. The appetizer came long after the meal. Real poboy bread was not used and fried shrimp were very salty. I lived in Louisiana for 20 years and my wife is Cajun. I’ve had microwave gumbo out of the freezer section at the grocery that was better. Restaurant is very loud and buried in the back end of a poorly lit steep sloping parking lot that is confusing to navigate. If I had to say one positive thing is the waitresses were attractive. Don’t bring your man here if you don’t want him looking because that and booze must be the only thing carrying this place.

Service and food was absolutely wonderful. We had an issue of not getting our appetizer, but as soon as the server alerted the manager he came over to our table apologized, and offered us all a free desert to make up for it. When I ask for the menu to double-check what I ordered the waitress told me all of my items was there is if my eyes was deceiving me. The manager was very arrogant and had a smirk on his face and simply brought me a bowl of onions. I have visited WALK ONs several times in the past. Best way to explain it is a restaurant similar to Buffalo Wild Wings but turned up several notches with a Cajun spin on it. The food is amazing and packed with flavor. You can find a picture of their full menu on Waitr. They also have a vast beer selection when some tables having their own taps that you can activate with a RFID card and select the amount you want. Highly recommend give it a try. Great bar food and atmosphere at a great price!

Absolutely terrible. Waited 30 minutes for food to come out then watched our food get delivered to the wrong table and get returned to the kitchen. Waited another 10 minutes for them to bring it out cold and bland. Queso was hard and inedible so we asked for it to be reheated. Never came back out. Fancy new building doesn’t make up for the mediocre service. We will not be back.

Our first visit to walkon didn’t start out good at all, it took 10 minutes or so to even be greeted by our very unfriendly, lack of personality, non suggestive supposed server! My wife ordered a sprite, I asked the server what drafts do you have, she put her finger on the draft menu and with a dry tone said here are our choices! After that my wife saw the look on my face, I said let’s get our drinks and roll out Navy style! Very soon after our drink order was placed another server brought our drink and asked if she could suggest a meal, we ordered the Cajun queso, and we were still on the fence about leaving for fear of seeing the first server. We had our appetizer delivered it was tasty and after this server dropped off our food with a smile and more suggestions we decided to stay. Now is the point that Haley came in and told us that she was going to take our table and be our server we talked for a few minutes had some laughs ordered our mains! Next came Chris the manager as we had explained to Haley how unhappy we were with the lack of friendly service, he told us he was working on the issue made some light talk and apologized for the ball being dropped on his watch and made sure we had been taken care of properly. At the end we ate our fill had a few more laughs with Haley and Chris got a few surprises a couple of to go bags and some more jokes. One of my coaches said to me son your game started out ruff but you finished strong because you didn’t give up, I am glad I didn’t give up on this restaurant as they finished big in the 4th quarter and have us for customers Thanks Haley and Chris you guys ROCK!

These cats really catered to our large party. When our entrees were served it felt like the entire staff was committed to getting our food out and ensuring its perfection. When I think of a buffalo chicken wrap I don’t think of chicken in a wrap with the buffalo sauce & some cheese then pressed. I think of a wrap not hot, with lettuce, tomato, cheese & then you add your grilled or breaded chicken that has been tossed in buffalo sauce. Was not impressed with this wrap!

Take out area is setup in rear of restaurant at kitchen. This is a separate area with designated parking for take out for better flow. It is always busy at take out and in main dining. Several Waitrs are waiting, so it's obviously popular for anyone not trekking out themselves. I always get the veggie burger and it's hands down the best, with a brioche bun, nice greens mix and sauce. I crave this dish. I get different sandwiches for my husband and he's always pleased as well. Staff is helpful and friendly. There is a bar, games, glassed in garage windowed outside area. Great for large parties or singles. This is the best restaurant to come to Denham.

Went there for a post wedding rehearsal dinner. Our reservation was for 8pm. But it was much later before they set up the tables and buffet for our group. I'm not sure what caused the delay. But the food and service was good. I didn't care for the cheer leader style uniforms on the female waitresses; I felt they were bordering cheeky. We had a good time, nonetheless.

I called about 3 weeks ago to make a reservation for about 30 people for my daughters sweet 16 dinner. I spoke to the manager Matt, very nice! He got me scheduled and said to call back the day before to confirm and to give a final headcount. I called back Friday evening (about 26 hrs prior) with a head count and to confirm and the other manager I spoke to said everything was good. Saturday evening we get there 15 minutes early and they tell me since I didn't confirm that morning they just assumed I wasn't coming! So of course the patio was full of people. They were trying to do what they could to move tables but after an hour waiting we finally found somewhere else that would seat us all immediately. Although everyone was very nice, I am not giving them a very good review for our first visit. I have never reserved at a restaraunt and after confirming the night before, still having to confirm again the morning of. They could have told me when I called that I would need to confirm again. No one mentioned anything other than I was good! We would still love to go try out their food since we have never had the chance to but as far as booking a party there, I will never again. Very dissappointed and all of our friends and family were too!

We went during happy hour. The appetizers were delicious. We enjoyed boudin balls, queso dip and the shrimp. Hot, fresh and tasty! The server, Skylar, recommended several drinks and they were all delicious. My friend and I split the California Club wrap. The wrap was huge! It came with a large serving of hot Waffle fries. I have dined here several times and really loved the food every time. Our last visit, for my belated birthday and early Valentine's luncheon, took a bit longer than usual to receive our food. The restaurant was not very busy, so I was surprised. The employees are always friendly. The place is very clean. The best "bar food" around Shreveport /Bossier. We order chichen dishes and most of what they offer fried (cheese logs, etc). I am not personally a fan of the beef seasoning or the fact they make the staff wear cheerleader uniforms ( I feel creepy... Like I'm there because they do this...). If you want decent service, go somewhere else. I sat at the bar, after making eye contact with the bar tender, for nearly 10 mins while she Chatted with the only 2 other people at the bar, ignoring me completely. Around the 8-10 minute mark of sitting and not being acknowledged, another customer came in and sat down at the bar and was served prior to me ... wow. On another occasion, I had ordered a “To-Go” order and when I arrived, I asked where I could pick it up. They Pointed me to the rear of the restaurant, where I went, and I observed a to go box ready and just sitting on the counter but I was unsure if that was my water. I waited there for about 15 minutes before any one waitress actually acknowledge me and asked what I was therefore… Even though more than five waitresses had looked at me directly and made eye contact… After Another 5 to 10 minutes, I made sure to get someone’s attention to ask if my order was ready, since it was 20 minutes overdue…. At that point, a waitress check the tag on the box I have been staring at for 20 minutes, and it turned out to be my order, sitting and getting cold the entire time. This place is GARBAGE with customer service

When you walk in the atmosphere is exactly what a sports bar should be. The food has good variety and the ser ice is fast most of the time. Sometimes it can get a bit too loud but not always. For a chain type restaurant it has some good local dishes. If your looking for some good cold beer and tasty food I would say this is a go to.

I flagged to get her attention to ask for utensils and instead she sat down with some other people completely ignoring the fact that I waved at her . I always enjoy going to the restaurant and eating out but today I ordered via Waiter. I always get bayou pasta for myself with rest of family entrees. The order is delivered in a timely manner and as I opening boxes I notice I don't have the garlic bread offered with pasta entree. The funny thing there is a sticker saying "Order double checked for accuracy by Kelly". So I call and ask, not that I don't know since I always get same thing for $16.99 entree, what comes with the bayou pasta. The young lady repeated garlic bread. So I do go on by letting her know it says it was double checked by Kelly. I said how could this be if bread is missing. I ask so do you think we should triple check going forward? She laughs and proceeds to tell bread is free. I said really, for $16.99 your giving me free bread. She laughs again. I guess customers are a joke when walk-ons has there money. Don't worry I want to see how funny it is when I come to restaurant and explain that double checking isn't enough for the incompetent nature of how this was handled. I'm not going to blame the Manager but feel they need to know a high level culture needs to be put into place instead settling for whatever walks through the door for a job.

This place is hit or miss, especially with service. I have came here multiple times and it never seems to improve. The food can be good when it is actually served. A group of 4 waited +40 minutes for our waitress to return a second time to take our food order. Service was terrible. Not sure what is going on with employees anymore. But I assure you the service reflects management in this case. Seems most everyone place more emphasis on their visiting with one another than caring for their customers. They hung out in another room where we couldn't see them. Had it not been for the one young lady dutifully serving her tables, we would not have been able to get our drinks refilled. The food wasn't near as good as it was just 6 days before. Flavor was lacking and it actually tasted like it had been microwaved. Such a disappointment.

Such a great staff! This was our first time visiting the restaurant and we had some delicious food. My plate didn’t come out how I ordered it so they took the plate back and it took a little while to recook the shrimp and pasta. However I loved that the staff did everything they could to ensure we were happy with our visit. Terrible! They lost 2 customers tonight. And we eat out there twice a month. I waited just over 15 minutes for my food, just to receive cold fries nestled under the seafood on both plates I ordered (Louisiana platter & Shrimp Platter). The message was relayed to the manager about the cold fries, but for some reason they only decided to replace one order of fries. Disappointed in the process and not wanting to have the rest of our food get cold before getting home, I just left upset. And to think, I chose Walk-ons in Shreveport versus Copeland's because they are open later. Never assume because a restaurant is open later that the food will be much fresher and better tasting food. I was further disappointed that I had to listen to the kitchen crew play & sang a Tupac song with all of its profanity. Not a professional place.

I ordered the shrimp po-boy and the gator as appetizer; the shrimp and gator were too salty and gator over cooked. Po-boy was not made with real french po-boy bread. Additionally, food was over priced for what you get. Can not recommend this place. Also, all the vehicles in the parking lot are not the customers, they belong to the employees because they have a lot in there working with a lot of empty tables.

Yaya shrimp appetizers, Mardi gras Mahi mahi fresh with grits and shrimp etoufee on top. This is a big order. But what brought me back was the first time there was more shrimp sauce that I thought it was shrimp and grits which is what I wanted. I like Mahi Mahi grilled but flavor in the delicate fish is overpowered by the sauce. But DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT A PIECE OF THEIR bread pudding. It is made from donuts!!!yummy. Went on Friday at 5pm. Sat immediately. Ordered happy hour specials $5 each cheese fries and sliders plate for appetizers. Both were fresh and tasty. For entrees we had voodoo shrimp (bacon wrapped shrimp with grits), bacon cheeseburger, cajun ribeye, and kids chicken bites meal. Everyone enjoyed their meals except for the ribeye. It had alot of fat and gristle. Service was excellent from the hostess, waitress, and food servers. For family of 4 it was $85 before tip. Menu offers a nice variety of food and drinks to choose from so I would recommend you try this restaurant.

Pretty disappointing. The restaurant is pretty and the bar has a great beer selection but the service was subpar. I don’t know if our waitress was too busy or just didn’t care about us because she only stopped by a couple times. She forgot to put our food in so all her other tables ate before we did (and we arrived first). My order was also incorrect for a couple reasons and she never even stopped to check on us after someone else ran out the food. I tried several times to get the attention of the manager so I wouldn’t have to leave a review but he also ignored us. I work in food service and one of the cardinal rules is if a table isn’t eating their food CHECK ON THEM because something is up. I understand they are newly opened but these are basic service requirements.

Hawaiian Ohana

We had a party of 9 and didn't have to wait that long for a table. Maybe because it was a Wednesday night around 8pm or so. This was the 1st time eating here as it was highly suggested by the Shreveport locals. Everyone's food was amazingly delicious. I wanted to taste gator as I didn't get a chance in Florida. Their gator nuggets was spot on. Tasted like chicken nuggets. There was a little spice to it but if you love spicey, you would be disappointed in this. I personally do not like spicey so this was fixed to perfection for me. I can't remember all the dishes everyone ordered, but there wasn't any complaints by anyone at the end of our gathering. Mahalo from this island girl. We'll definitely let everyone know about Walk Ons.

Service was ok, the food was not with the exception of the fried pickles. The pickles came with a minute amount of ranch, my chicken avocado sandwich was burnt and my spouse’s grilled cheese wasn’t melted at all and he said all of his food was overly salted. As soon as the game started, we could no longer hear each other because the volume was pretty loud.

Walk ons is a great restaurant and I've eaten at a few locations. Unfortunately this one was out of almost every food choice I picked even chicken tenders. Hopefully they get on top of food inventory here.

Went twice. Food was good, but the managers are worthless. Other customers screaming at each other over a game and nobody does anything. Multiple customers got up to leave at the same time we did. Understand its a sports place, but theres no need for two tables 3 feet apart to scream and yell at each other as the manager watches and laughs. Wont go back

The skirts are certainly not knee length, which will appeal to some but may not be preferable to some families. This was the only controversial part of the service staff's attire. The food was good, definitely get the queso with the fries.

My husband and I went to Walk Ons. The service was good but the food was way too salty and they had a seasoning on shrimp fish and pasta that was so strong we couldn’t taste the food. The spinach artichoke dip was way too salty. A customer can always add salt but can’t take it off. I could only take a few bites of crawfish pasta and fried shrimp because it was too salty. Everything started out good, but the server was the beginning of the End. She rarely checked on us, wasn't visible a most of the time, with two fairly empty glasses of the table- why bring one refill- didn't ask if I nor my son wanted refills- just dropped off the one glass and walked off. She didn't bother to ask about desserts, just sad customer service. Now the food, LA combo pretty good flavors, most places are scared to season their catfish, but them. However to only give four shrimp to the catfish curls ratio is laughable. I will never understand why over cooking salmon is so common in Hattiesburg. A dry salmon with a watered down Cola. With that said my son's cheese quesadilla was pretty good.

So their food is wonderful. We had a party of 10 and we all enjoyed our food. Downside, I called last week to reserve a table for our get together and was told they didn't take reservations. When we arrive our 40 minute wait was 1 hour and 10 minutes. Another party waiting with us had, get this, reservations. I guess they change the policy for the holiday, but I called a week in advance. It always takes a long time to get your food no matter how many people are in your group. The food and friendly service keeps us coming back.

I went here with my friend to get take out for a group. The staff we encountered were so friendly. I thought the prices seemed a bit high but the turkey sandwiches I got were huge and so delicious, and they're well worth the price. And their freshly made mozzarella logs are giant and really have a nice herb flavor and crispiness. Yum!

Love Walk-On's folks !!! This is without a doubt the best sports bar and grill in America. There are several but the on we most frequently go to in at Juban Crossing in Denham Springs Louisiana. Fabulous food drinks and atmosphere. If you're a local or just passing through, please do yourself a favor and stop. Oh yeah, Who Dat --- Go Saints!

Yaaaaaaassssss!!! Outstanding food, delicious gator appetizer!!! I ordered the stuffed shrimp,(cream cheese, jalapeno & wrapped in bacon) was absolutely amazing shrimp cooked perfectly, and the bacon wasn't to done or to under done! Now those hush puppies!!! 100% worth every dime we spent alone!!! They are so amazing we even got some to go!!! I highly recommend this sports bar to anyone who is a food lover!!! 9/10
