You know I was passing through and stopped here. I ordered a 10 inch breadsteak plate and it was super hard and tasteless. I was disappointed, then we ordered a pizza a large one and this was much better. Not a bad pizza. Service was fast timely and cost wasnt to bad. I just wish the breadsticks would have been better to give em a higher ranking. In the end it was okay.

Usually great experience here.. but not today. I handed the cashier my debit card, she swiped it and didn't hand it back. Just put on the counter in front of me. She did the same with the receipt for me to sign. She then bagged my order, Sat on the counter and just walked away. It was not busy I don't understand the service I received today. I will not be returning. But I will say the food is always excellent.

Arrived about 6pm & was immediately brought to a table. We asked for a booth (2 people). The girl seemed annoyed, but sat us at a booth & gave us menus. 5 minutes later 2 couples came in an were seated at the booth behind us & given menus. 5 minutes later a waitress came and took their drink order. 5 minutes later she brought their drinks. 5 minutes later she came and took their order............. and ............we ...............left!!!!!!!! Menus still sitting on the table and we never spoke to a waitress for 20 minutes. What a shame ............... lost customer forever because of bad untrained staff............many other great restaurants in the area that appreciate your patronage.

Excellent restaurant! Our navigation system had trouble finding it, so we had to call. We had to continue down Gause Boulevard West, past railroad tracks and past the hospital. It's in a little strip mall. Food excellent, service was excellent. Good quality, good portions! We ordered garlic bread and it came out as a little pizza... adorable! Highly recommend.

The Italian Pie has very tasty food for a very reasonable price! Last night we ordered pizza, and for kicks decided to put an order from The Italian Pie Side by side to an order from Pizza Hut with the exact same menu items, and to our surprise, the Italian Pie was 10% cheaper after it was all said and done, and the food was one hundred times better in every aspect, from fresh sourced shredded cheeses and Roma tomatoes to the fresh ground Italian sausage and pepperoni they put on our hearty meat combination pizza. It was nice to finally eat affordable pizza that tasted fresh! We loved the menu selection and the prices so much we decided to order from Italian Pie again today lol! We ordered their Club Focaccia, spiral pasta salad with pesto and sun-dried tomatoes and their cheese bread. The meal was fresh, handmade and delicious just like their pizzas! It was terrible, unfortunately. Our server wsaid she was new and did not do a bad job. She was very nice and tried her best. Our misfortune was the food. The pizza dough was raw and instead of fixing us a fresh p pizza they just stuck the sliced pizza back in the oven for a while. It was still raw, but we had already decided to chalk it up as a very bad experience and to never return. Also, heads up lasagne lovers. Theirs is made with tomato paste and it must have eroded the can because I could taste the metal. The acid was very strong and burned going down. The italian Salad was delicious, but bu not it did not save the day.

No two Italian Pie locations make the same spinach sandwich. This one is in the top 2...not too skimpy on the spinach or cheeses, a nice assortment of veggies, crunchy bread (on French bread here), warm throughout, and the takeout time wasn't bad.

Ordered a create your own pizza with 3 toppings, received a soggy undone pizza with 12 toppings. I called to inform the manager and was told naturally the pizza will be soggy with 12 greasey toppings, the pepperoni was not cooked as well. We also ordered buffalo wings that were bland without sauce . The manager said it was noth ing she can do. I wasted 30 dollars. What a Valentine's day !!!!

Well where to begin oh yes the food pretty okay for being a hole in the wall in little Slidell. Now let me get to the real review. The server we had names are not important mainly because she didn't give one and two handing the CHECK TO MY BOYFRIEND instead of laying it on the table?? Idk about you but im a successful woman and i don't need A MAN TO PAY FOR MY FOOD.... Managers please get your FOH in order!!!

Went here for 11am lunch break with my wife. Place was super clean and the staff was super friendly and attentive. The lunch specials are great having different assortments of salads,soups, sandwiches,calzones, pasta and pizza to be split so you can have both at once. Food was dilicious and inexpensive. Hope to go back soon for some yummy Italian food.
