Totally overpriced! The ONLY good thing on the menu with any flavor is the catfish which is OVERseasoned. Everything else is bland. They even charge you to pay for this overpriced food with your debit card. They have the nerve to actually charge you MORE for paying with a debit card.

Sunday buffet had good southern food. Fried chicken pieces, strips and nuggets. Also, beef tips, rice, mashed potatoes, gravy, field peas, candied sweet potatoes, corn bread, bananapudding. Yum!

Waitresses kept talking and flirting with some older guys and got our order wrong and the food was not at all like the other reviews say it was not good most likely not coming back

Found myself in Mangham today for business. It was late for lunch, but the staff at Strong's still cooked up a fantastic meal when it was needed most! Definitely recommend the fried chicken. It was very crispy with just enough spice. Will come back again the next time I'm in town.

Have been a customer here for nearly 20 years... backing to when it was Sanders. The prices are high and service is poor these days. The waitress cared more about sitting in the corner with these boys rather than taking care of her custmers. Was here for over an hour and our family was the only dine in customers here. Not to mention one of these boys just helped himself to ice and he and another just went on into the kitchen. The other young waitress came to see if we needed anything- and her comment was "since apparantly the other one wasnt coming over here". Really sad that customers are treated this way.

The burgers are great but i decided to try there roast beef po Boy a big mistake first off it wasnt roast beef it was steak that was tuff as shoe leather and full of grissle and way over cooked

Convenient southern style cooking located near my home for nights when I don't feel like cooking, though price is a bit high for this particular style of dishes and buffet leaves you lacking if you have a shellfish allergy.

Delicious. The buffed had fried chicken and a taco casserole plus all your regular veggies. The gravy was bland but the ranch dressing was good enough to get a second salad. By the way the burgers are done well also.

Not bad food, but alot of times the same ol thing, but the prices are way to expensive for a small town resturaunt. If you go, order the fried chicken. It isn't what Shaggs used to be, but it isn't bad.

The food is delicious, fresh & hot out of the kitchen. The best southern food ever! You're served an abundance of awesome food. Beautiful & very clean restaurant. Friendly service, the owner is so sweet & attentive to your food needs & comfort. I highly recommend Strong's Southern Family Restuarant to everyone. Stop in while you're in the area, Mangham, LA.
