Got there at 6:00pm for a table for 12. Restaurant was basically empty. They told us it would be ready in 30 minutes. Well 6:45 we we're still waiting, them telling us, we are getting it ready. By this time, there are no tables left, they kept sitting people since 6:00pm. We asked to speak to the manager. He basically said I'm sorry, we have no tables left. The hostesses didn't realize y'all were waiting for a table! WTH!!!! By this time it was 7:15. So we left!!! Never again!

Seriously the worst service in Lauberge! We have been here several times and they would take 10-15 to even ask us for our drinks. It all starts with management and this place has no obvious leadership or teaches their staff skills/courtesies. Why are there two people at the front standing around doing nothing. You're better off going going to the Pj's coffee next door and getting a sandwich! No wait and they have better service Hopefully Lauberge gets their act together with this restaurant!

I am so embarrassed! I invited some of my friends from California for Mardi Gras this year. Well while in town on Sunday before Mardi Gras I suggested we go to the sports bar. Everything was horrible we ordered the blackend gator that was over seasoned with blackend season which made it super salty. I then ordered a bowl of gumbo because it was one of the best a few months ago when I had it! Well it was like plain dark roux over rice. Nothing about this gumbo said Louisiana. There was no okra, the chicken was tough and the sausage didn't taste good! In the words of Simon Cowell absolutely dreadful!" Last but not least we ordered the ribs and seafood platter. The ribs were so tough it was ridiculous and on my platter the shrimp was not fully cooked and the catfish didn't taste like fresh louisiana catfish, but that pre-breaded Mississippi catfish out the box! I don't think I'm coming back after this! My friends were like I thought Louisiana food was supposed to be so great! Thank goodness were going to New Orleans and I can make it up to them with some of the restaurants that truly have authentic Louisiana foods!

came to the bar here for appetizers & drinks. sat 12 minutes before someone asked us if we had been helped (3 bartenders walked past us continuously and served patrons directly on either side of us). the only reason we were helped was because there was a bartender behind the bar that we personally knew that noticed us. it’s not even busy tonight... not the first time this has happened.

Everytime I visit this place there is a problem. 1. The oder takes wayyyy too long to come out. 2. The order is allowed to sit and get cold...still taking wayyy too long to come out. 3. The waitr driver tells you they are waiting wayyyyy too long for the order to come out. 4. The order is on time, but the food appears to be from earlier in the day.

Worst experience of my life , I order shrimp and grits , the grits came out cold and lumpy , I then was told they would be remade , they came back 30 minutes later Luke warm, by this time my shrimp had become cold , I expressed my concern to my waiter who then just said they would take it off the ticket I asked for the manager , the manager came out and I told her what happened and asked about the kitchen staff tonight , and she says "sorry I'm not going to comp all your food " I'm like what I never asked you to comp anything ! I just wanted to order something new and have her make sure it came out correctly. I said okay , and tried to ask for a menu again but she walked off and she nor my waitress never came back, not even to bring my ticket so I just sat there , it ruined my fiancée birthday because I just sat there until close waiting for someone to acknowledge me , while he went to the casino alone . This place used to be a great place but this manager (curly haired woman) is apart of the downfall . I've worked in restaurant buisness for over 6 years and last night I was treated like my money didn't matter , and more importantly my time . I left that restaurant very hungry and very hurt at how I had been treated . OH I ALMOST FORGOT WHEN I ASKED THE MANAGER WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO EAT , SHE TOLD ME PJS COFFEE HAD GOOD SANDWHICHES! Just to give you a dash of what I dealt with. Asked for the GM's number never got it.

This place has turned into a train wreck. We used to enjoy it. No hostess at hostess stand. No servers after 15 min waiting to order and unbused tables everywhere. Place was dirty and unkept. Was too scared to order food. Very disappointing

Scott was an absolute delight! He was quick, courteous, and accurate. This was our first time at a casino and he explained how to use our new member food credits. 2/3 of the entrees were pretty good and we would enjoy them again. We would definitely come see Scott again, especially since the other bar tender ignored us and was VERY rude to a couple of other, much older guests at the bar. The hostess was also helpful and so nice. She even gave us silverware, which the rude bar tender did not. I missed her name, unfortunately. Thanks again!!!

I have been here twice in the last 3 months and I was surprised how good our food was. The first time I ordered to go. The wings were amazing and the salad. My husband had the phillysteak and fries (which did not get soggy on walk back to the room) and it was great. They boxed it well and gave all utensils and sides. Last night we had the artisan pizza which was about 14 in. It was so good the meat lovers, I had to contain myself not to eat the entire pizza. I thought the pizza was a little pricy but it was excellent in flavor. My husband once again order the Philly and had to take half to go. This time we dined an had a great waitress Shaumia I think was her name. She did take awhile to get to us after we alerted seated but once she placed our order things just flowed out. I have been to many casinos and by far this was the best here in a casino in Louisiana for sports bar and grill style fun. I love the larger portion because you can box the other have and save for later. The staff were friendly. Only improvement is the wait time once guest sit at the table we actually thought about leaving. We are going to eat there this morning and I will tell you all what that experience was like. And hopefully HIT in the casino if not at least had a good breakfast. Thanks.

The Stadium is great for what it is. Above average food, great service, and a great Sports Bar atmosphere. There of plenty of big screens all around and if an LSU game is on, it's always on the biggest. The prices are on the higher side but it's to be expected given the venue.

The casino is rather proud of the food in this place. The last time I went, the service was terrible. I sat for 10 minutes and was not greeted at lunch during the middle of the week. The casino is not busy at lunch in the middle of the week. Ended up walking out and hitting the buffet. Do not underrate the buffet at this casino. The quality of the food is amazing. P.S. That was the 2nd or 3rd opportunity I allowed this facility to earn my loyal customer support.

Omg where do I start. We had a party of 5. The waitress was so so slow and she didn't really care to serve us. I ordered they full rack of ribs and they was not done and was so tuff that I couldn't even cut into them. We all ordered drinks and appetizers before or entrees. When I say it was 30mins after our drinks that we got our appetizers. Then another hour before our cold food came. When I asked for management about my rib it took another 20mins before he came. Everyone had then ate their cold food before I even got mine. 2 of the 5 we had left because they was taking to long with my replacement food. Then to seal the deal the replacement food was luke warm. I love to go out to eat and try different places, but this place I will never ever return to. Thank you for the worst dining experience of my life.

We ( about 30 people) went there to eat after a wedding the night before we met there around 11,00 and only one waiter take care us, took him about 20 minutesto get the drinks order, by the time he brings the drinks and get the food orders one hour pasted already, no mention the time to get the food on the table. We have to get plates for the starters he only brought the nachos plate.

Late nite food is crappy, water logged burgers, not freshly cooked, and if you complain, prepare to eat a patty deep fried in grease, and they'll say it's freshly cooked, beef not supposed to be that greasy

BUYER BEWARE, I ordered a to go burger , for lack of better words, I got F'n ripped off. Burger size and quality was beyond what you could call VALUE" - to cost. Incredibly poor quality food, and some of the worst service I've ever received. My wife's burger tasted like ground tuna, and my food was ice cold. When I told the waitress about the issue she immediately became hostile as if we were trying to scam her. I asked for a manager, but he was just as unhelpful and nearly as rude as the waitress. We will just start saving our casino trips for the occasional trip to Biloxi. L'auberge has been a gigantic disappointment for Baton Rouge.
