The place is nice. Its always nice to gave a different dining experience. Reminds me of Saddle Ranch in Hollywood minus the bull adding an outside venue. The food is good. The Au Gratin potatoes seems to be a favorite. I ordered them. My husband who doesn't eat anything spicy loves them. I found mine to be spicy (like cayenne pepper) but flavorful. He said his wasn't at all. (Maybe it spilled in mine).. The server was nice and they all helped each other.

Hands down the premier spit for barbeque in Bossier. Everything from the Au Gratin potatoes to the BBQ nachos were delicious. I highly recommend this place for dinner and drinks.

I took a few of my customers out to a business dinner at the beginning of June. Food was excellent service was adequate. Just got stated on my expense report and found that the waitress added a one and changed a 3 on the total on my ticket to give herself a 65% tip. Will not be going back.

Turkey baked potato. Was gonna leave the review at that but decided I might as well add some context. Its a classic steak house. Rocking country music. Servers in logo shirts and short shorts. Nice tables and COMFORTABLE chairs which can be rare. We had appetizers and I ordered the loaded baked potato with turkey meat and it was so filling.

I was really disappointed considering I've heard a lot about this place and how good it was. Had the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and baked beans. The coleslaw was horrible it was bitter and really limp and the beans tasted like water down ranch style beans straight out of a can. I had them bring me potato salad to replace the coleslaw and I wasn't impressed with that either. The sandwich was okay but honestly Dicky's taste better. On the upside the service was good, the waitress was attentive, she kept our glasses filled and the Tea was great.. all said and done I don't think I'll be going back for the price I can go somewhere else and get better food.

Been here many times, the food is usually really good. Last night two out of 6 of us had our food (one steak, one snapper) grossly over cooked. Always check to see if they have a concert at the Stage before going to just eat. If there's a concert it will he pavked and take FOREVER!!!

My second experience going there. It's just not very good. Brisket very dry. Didn't have any bark on it whatsoever this time. Sausage is just plain Jane not even smoked. Potato salad taste like it came out of a bucket. No way it's made in house. The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant is nice. The quality of food is just not up to par at all.

It's good food if I was in town again (cuz I'm a truck driver) I would eat here but I went and sat at the bar. When I came in I was nicely met and brought to a table and asked if there where seating at the bar and she showed me to the bar where she said it's open seating up to this point it was great then when I sit down at the bar I just get stares from the bartenders and then get asked what I want to drink and then when I ask for a menu it is given (I feel like when I came it I was interrupting them) then as I was looking at the menu I asked a couple questions about the food and settled on the brisket plate with green beans and broccoli it was vary good the brisket was just...ok... kinda bland then as I was sitting here the bartenders went off to a table and seemed to stay there and flirted for a while and them 10mins later I ordered my food the best part of my meal was the BlackBerry cobbler it was vary good... So to rap it up the food was good desert was great and the service was ok at best if I rate it on food it would be 4 stars but the service is a big thing for me

My husband and I came in as part of a company annual banquet. It was really crowded in their meeting room. My company has over 200 employees that showed up though. The barbeque we ate was Fan Tastic! Brisket, turkey, and ribs. And the appetizers were awesome too. Fried pickles, okra, onions, bell peppers, cheese, etc. Mmmm mmm. The wait staff was on top of it too. With a party that size I was impressed. This is a good place to throw a company picnic [IF your company has 150 or less employees.] My hubby and I will be back (just the two of us).

To packed, not enough servers, way to crowded for a parking space, if the fire marshal came and took a count I truly believe there would have been a fine given, for a party of 20 you a new server who's experience is 0. Food was cold and coming out at all different times, if it even came out at all. At checkout time, we realy had to go to the cashier and tell her our order.

Our dinner was with a group of 10 people. As such a large group some difficulties are to be expected. However, what transpired with our group was totally unacceptable. Half of our groups food was presented 25 minutes after the other. Unfortunately, my food was in the second half. When my food arrived it was cold. My oldest daughter (20) had a very late lunch and was not very hungry. As a result she only wanted something small and ordered from the child's menu. This apparently is not permitted at this restaurant. This resulted in her not ordering or eating anything. Lost revenue for the restaurant. Maybe a smaller group will have a better experience. This was my first experience with this restaurant and they did not make a favorable impression. Slow to be seated and slow to recieving order

The restaurant claims to have some pretty awesome food, so my wife and I decided to go for the first time. The look of the place, the decor, and cleanliness are definitely not in question. But, after we were seated and ordered, that's when the so-so experience started. There were two tables around us that were seated after us but were served before us. Our appetizer looked like it came from Sonic and for $10 was definitely not worth it. My wife had a side salad coming before the meal but it was not served till after the appetizer. The food itself was definitely not what it was hyped up to be. The food had obviously been sitting in the kitchen and had been cooling. I had brisket that was supposed to have been smoked for 18 hours(?) but had the consistency of coming out of a microwave. The onion rings were luke warm, and the baked potatoes had been sitting with the rest of the food so long that the cheese itself was no longer melted but had began to become cooled and hardened on top. So to summarize, we've had worse but have definitely had much better. Perhaps the wait staff, kitchen staff and or cook were collectively having a so-so day. We may come back one more time to see if that's the case.

Got the wing app for $11(before tax). When they came out i got 6 very small wings( not the whole wing just the little drum sticks and other part of the wing) and their spicy ranch. Thats $1.83 a wing! Only reason it has two stars is cause the ranch was really good. 2nd time there and 2nd time let down.

The best barbecue! We were out on vacation checking Google for a good place in town, this was a little further out, but the drive was so worth it. We'll have to come back next time to listen in on the live music they have outside..We would have enjoyed that.

The ribs had a good smoke flavor. The glaze was a little sweet for my tastes, but the flavor of the meat came through. The smaller of the four ribs was dried out. Baked potato was good, lots of cheese, sour cream, etc, and was very hot. Server was pleasant, competent and accommodating.

Honestly, not worth the money. The food was good but at the price they are charging I expect way more. With a family of 5 eating a steak and a potato meal, a brisket potato meal, a turkey sandwich meat. Nachos, armadillo eggs and 5 sodas we paid $150, which included a $23 required tip for a $5 tips worth of service( because we met another family to eat). I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

Country chic atmosphere and cute attentive wait staff with a decent country playlist pull the dining space together. The food was quickly on the table and plates picked up as they were cleared. On a Monday night, the room contained a wide spectrum of folks from business men in suits to families with spoon clanging kids, to wildly gesturing field tech men, and happy birthday singing high-school kids. It's comfortable for those who like a little noise, with side rooms that I guess may be more quiet. The Meat-centric menu is good for those who like traditional southern meat (with disregard to where the source of their cut). Appetizers are all fried but for the nachos that are doused in meat. Ethical gluten free omnivore options fall to salad and plain baked potatoes alone. The salad was fresher than I expected and the tomatoes had taste, a nice surprise. I can't imagine the parking situation when there is a concert going on as well. Impressive for a restaurant to be crowded on a Monday night. Thanks for dinner.

If I was just rating them on the food it would probably be 5-stars. But the last couple of times the service has really been subpar. We just had a going away luncheon there today, with about 40 people, and it was just unenjoyable. The waitress would not take our order until everyone arrived which meant those of us that showed up early had to wait almost 25 minutes before we could even order. Plus for our large group they only had one waitress for the entire party. The food was good as always but because we only had the one waitress no one ever came around to re-fill drinks. So my tea, which costs $2.75, was never refilled even once. So once again...the food is good but the servce sucked.

I travel regularly so finding decent food can be tricky. I read some of the scathing reviews but tried them anyway because it was getting late. I ordered the brisket and baked potato which was about the only gluten free items they have but I'm pleased to say that the food was excellent. The brisket was cooked perfectly and was moist with a nice amount of smoke to it. The service I received was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

The food has always been great, but today we ordered Grilled Chicken Salad for lunch and the chicken was tough and rubbery. It was about 11:30 and they opened at 11. At $13 we should have sent it back. I brought it home for the dogs and will not order it again.

This is the second time I've eaten here. I forgot I told myself not to order the baked beans once before and sure enough (avoid the baked beans) tastes like wolf chili from a can but sweeter. The sausage from a 3 meat plate is nothing podnuhs can't do better on. The brisket is pretty good (get the sauce on the side if sweets not your thing). Two anemic ribs round out an overall mediocre plate. Atmosphere is nice though, I probably won't return for a third go myself .

I just want to mention that this place has the BEST ranch dressing I have tried in a long time. I purchase it by the pint. It has a little kick to it, but it pairs well with anything. The potatoes au gratin are really good here as well - very spicy and cheesy. The barbeque I had was okay. I definitely prefer either s bit more flavor or more sauce. Overall, a good restaurant.

This was literally one of the worst BBQ places I've ever visited. It took a very long time for a waitress to even approach our table. She served drinks to 2 tables seated after ours before bringing us the drinks we ordered. They weren't even complicated or bar drinks - it was waters and teas. The food was only okay. I've never been served a completely dry pulled pork before. But okay, I can sauce it myself. Except there was only one sauce option and it was ridiculously sweet. Most BBQ places offer at least a couple of sauce versions, especially when they serve dry food. The last and final straw - as the waitress approached with a water pitcher, I reached for my glass to bring it closer to the edge of the table - this lady brushed my hand away, reached OVER my plate of food, and grabbed the glass. NOPE. ALL THE NOPE. Rule #1 of serving is not to reach over people's food!! Needless to say, we definitely won't ever go back.
