Used to love this neighborhood bar mainly for their delicious food and awesome bartenders. Would on average go to sidelines 2-3 times a week for a good meal and great conversation with Parker. Unfortunately after not being there for a month or so tonight my girlfriend and I decided we were long over due and went for steak night. After getting there we immediately felt unwelcomed and in a place that felt almost not familiar. The lady bartending was very pushy demanding we put a card down before receiving a drink or food order. We asked if Parker was working in hopes to catch up and chat after not being there for over a month and the woman said he had been fired. She then asked what we wanted and ordered some drinks. My girlfriend ordered a double and was served less than 1 full count. We were also then charged extra for a splash of cranberry and a extra ranch for our chicken tenders not to mention ignoring our friends request for no lobster in the soup to find out there was still seafood in the soup and completely disregarded our friends complaint. Luckily she just preferred not to have the seafood as opposed to someone who may have a seafood allergy. I hate to leave a negative review to this place as it has been one of our favorite, if not our favorite late night place for good food, a drink, and good company but after tonight we no longer feel like this is a second home. We felt like starngers/outsiders that were almost unwelcomed. Good service is KEY for a establishment like this and unfortunately tonight we have learned that this place is just not that anymore. PLEASE BRING BACK PARKER!! HE KNEW HOW TO MAKE THIS PLACE MORE THAN JUST SOME CORNER BAR!! Parker was personable, fun, attentive, and wanted to make sure your visit was more than worth it. Im not trying to put down the new bartender but unfortunately she falls very short when it comes to customer service and personability with regulars and almost comes off as she owns the place. The only reason I've gone this far is because this place was fun, worth it, and homey. Now it's like any other bar/fast food establishment, no connection at all. Unfortunately we probably won't be going back as often as we once did.

very rude，the lady with blue hair ,she was very rude and have nasty attitude towards customer and I got very bad customer service experience from this bar,burger was burned and little burger is like $7.50. I'm really miss Parker.

I just had the most embarrassing and humiliating experience at a bar that I've ever had before in my life and on top of that it was Christmas Eve I had a customer who was too drunk to handle themselves and kept approaching myself and my date and we tried to deflect him several times while the bartender ignore the harassment until it got to the point where I was telling him to leave or I was going to have to do something about it the bartender proceeded to try to get the men to leave and someone had to punch him they came up to me and said look what you did you got blood all over my shirt and they continue to blame me for the altercation even though I was only trying to eat my food on Christmas Eve none of this was my fault as it is never a woman's fault when a man is harassing her however when you have small-minded people working at your establishment they will continue to think small-minded things I have never felt so humiliated by not only the staff and the patrons at this establishment for all making me feel like this was my fault over and over again until I was finally harassed enough to leave I am not drunk nor am I intoxicated this is unfuckingthinkable real and this place should be shut down

The Boiled shrimp are the best in town. And I've tried all places serving boiled shrimp in town. Quick service, nice people, great atmosphere. Loved it. I will be back. Wish we had this type place in Dallas.

I will never return to this place. The bartender is nutz! From the time I walked in, she had the most unwelcoming attitude and had the nerve to demand a tip. She screamed at me in front customers and then proceeded to come outside to continue her rant. She threw my change on the counter and refused to serve me further. How can a "server refuse service"? She has blue or green hair and . She should be fired due to the way she treated me and I couldn't believe that a stranger/customer could possibly make someone so upset. She should understand that nasty attitude will NEVER earn a tip from me. Her manager should send her to continuing education courses on service etiquette. Of course my group left after such treatment and I wish I could take back the tip I did leave her that she overlooked and went crazy behind. She needs Christ or a therapist in her life. I'm never returning to such a prejudice atmosphere. She judged me before I ordered and for the record " African Americans "tip too!

Yesterday me and my coworkers planned a small celebration here after work. We chose to support this place of business and I regret that decision. The bartender was very rude. I’m still in shock. She yelled at us and demanded a tip (in which we did tip her) and proceeded to say that she worked for tips. We were there for less than 30 minutes. In my experience, I’d prefer to tip at the end once I close out my tab for the night. A TIP is a courtesy ma’am. When you chose to work in the service industry you have to understand that. It’s very classless to walk around demanding tips from customers. If tips are so important upfront then maybe you should apply to work at “The Showcase or Passions”. You can earn tips before providing service there. You may have chosen the wrong line of service. It’s a BAR. You’re demanding tips as if you work at a 5 Star restaurant. If never felt so embarrassed. The bartender cost your company money. We invited over 20 professionals who all showed up and we had to advise them that we were going to another bar. Everyone came out to enjoy good drinks, crawfish, and good company but the bartender ruined that for us and also damaged your company’s reputation. I hope that it was worth it.

Sidelines is known for great wings. I often order the grilled chicken dinner and it’s always great. And they have the best fried chicken fingers in Pensacola. Always very friendly service. Locals and visitors love this restaurant and you can easily walk to the beach. Has both indoor and outdoor seating.
