More of a tavern that Serves really good food. Next door they brew their own beer. Sorry but that's just too early for me.

I had a pulled pork sandwich and potato salad. Very good.

This place was incredible and one of the best places I’ve ate when on a BBQ mission while visiting for work. I’m always seeking out a good bbq joint if time allows when traveling for work and this place definitely hits the spot.

Preston Lane

Best pulled pork I've ever had, hands down. The sauces were a nice touch to add to the fries, but the sauce on the pulled pork was amazing on its own. For being inside of a brewery this is definitely a diamond in the rough.

LAHATTE LAW FIRM

Absolutely love this place, superb for good wet BBQ! Friendly people, but wish they had a parking lot.

One of the best meals I've ever had. Such a great surprise. Fantastic meats, sides that hold up to them in quality, and a slew of different barbecue sauces from around the country with a great handwritten sheet to describe the difference between them all. Incredible place overall.

I had this at the nola brewery tap room. The pulled pork sandwhich with slaw was insanely good. The slaw was almost better than the pork. Crispy cabbage and the perfect balance of vinegar and sweet and mustard. It is ridiculous that I keep thinking about how to make the slaw. The pork was perfect too, tender and delicious.

I was so excited to visit Nola for the foood, alone! This is the first restaurant we tried, during our visit, and we were extremely traumatized. My “grilled” chicken was just baked, my greens had way too much vinegar, and my Mac n cheese was extremely dry and flavorless. The food was utter garbage! The End~

My husband and I went to try the bbq yesterday for the 4th of July. We were both disappointed in the taste of the food and lack of beverage options. I was not impressed with the ribs. They were cold, overcooked, and burnt. The sides left alot to me desired as well. The baked beans with pulled pork taste more like chili and the potatoes salad taste unfamiliar. My husband said his greens tasted like vinegar seaweed, his chicken tasted disgusting, and his brisket was dry.

I hate to leave negative reviews because I believe folks are doing the best they can. So I offer this with the desire to share some honest and hopefully helpful feedback. Tonight my friend and I ordered the chicken nachos and they were so salty that we barely ate them. They also did not have much other flavor. The coleslaw also was tasteless and we didn't much. I've eaten McClure's BBQ before when it existed as a stand alone restaurant and had been very impressed. Tonight's experience was very disappointing.

Super delicious BBQ, like maybe the best I've ever had. The fact that it's housed in the same building as NOLA Brewing is just an added bonus. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are large. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Chopped brisket sandwich was excellent.

One of the best BBQ places in town. If you are a wet BBQ eater, you will need to eat in the restaurant. They have a variety of sauces for you to choose from ( too hard to choose if you take it to go ). Their sides are just as good as the meats. I am normally not a fan or greens, but the ones I got here I ate before anything else on the plate.

Desiree Dabney

Awful the food was disgusting

Holy Cow! We had a wedding welcome event at NOLA Brewing Co and McClure's catered for us (about 60 people). We got the "All Meats, All Sides" and the "Shrimp Boil" -- People RAVED about how good the food was. There wasn't a single thing that *wasn't* delicious. The only thing I'd do differently is order 3x the mac n' cheese, because people attacked that tray. I should also add that Neil was super easy to work with. We just explained our budget and what we wanted and he knew just what we needed. This was a GREAT experience.

The food was over hyped about. The pulled pork was dry and the ribs were mostly fat. There was no flavor in any of the meat. The sides are bland as well. As a person that loves BBQ I was looking forward to eating here and was let down. I will not be coming back.

Best pulled pork and BBQ sauce in the New Orleans area!!!!

Very good meats with a fine array of sauces. Ribs fell right off the bone, brisket was savory and delicious.

Thats What You Get

Food was cold and dry once served, I decided to bear it and eat it since I was there with friends I didn't want to upset. Later on that night when I got home I had to rush to the toiled and had EXPLOSIVE diarrhea from the food. My stomach hurt for days after... Ugh.

The bbq was at least edible, not great. Staff is full of very rude hipsters, no thanks.

Bertina Patelli

BBQ ribs well-seasoned, tender, delicious! Get the Kansas City BBQ sauce!! We split a $20 plate and got full. Relaxed, Very clean.

Really love the sauces here, my favorite is probably either the pulled pork or brisket. The staff is really cool, just glad to see this place is still around after all these years, nice having some genuine bbq in town. If your from out of town and want bbq, check this place out.

Fly, drive, walk, ride. Get to McClure's anyway you can! This was the single greatest barbecue experience that I have ever had. My family enjoyed the chicken, ribs, brisket, and sausage. Each meat was exceptionally paired with a sauce. And as for sides, do yourself a favor and pick the cornbread and the Mac n cheese.

Do yourself a favor and order the "all meats and all sides." You're welcome. Quickly became a favorite for BBQ in this city. Close second to my all time fav The Joint.

Customer Service Needs Serious Work, food is just ok, nothing to rave about

Michael Annucci

Super friendly staff and really flexible ordering. My favorite thing to get is the tray of everything. It really is a deal and let's you sample anything, and you can double up on a meat or side as a substitute for one you don't want. They're awesome!

Went in less than 2 hours after they opened and they were sold out of brisket, pork, and ribs. Sorry but I wasn't interested in going to a BBQ place for a burger.

Bruce Buchert

Pulled pork and ribs are smoky and good. Brisket is of the thick sliced variety, and it's tough and fatty. Sides are not window dressing here; the candied greens are like an out of body experience and the slaw is lovely. Sauces are lovingly presented and doted over, and a couple of them are seriously damn good...like you're tempted-to steal-them good. The portions seemed smallish to me, but my wife disagreed. Worth returning to for another go at all but the brisket.

Per Jonsson

The all meats all sides was very good!

This place is known for their great BBQ. A hidden gem of New Orleans. The locals come here for their off the menu fish on the half shell.

Brian Janis

Awesome BBQ. Friendly people NOLA Brewery, what more can you ask for?

Khary Justice

I really enjoyed them the first and macaroni and cheese because I was really good as well

Currently the best barbecue in New Orleans. High quality meats, and nice to get a variety of sauces and not just sweet, tomato based. Jambalaya made with smoked meat is a big plus.

honey Rayford

Oh so good love those baked beans the best i had so far

Jennifer Nichols

Everything was absolutely delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!! And everyone there was extremely friendly!!!!!!

Pulled pork is okay, sauces are pretty good. I always try brisket and am usually disappointed. Not disappointed here. It was pretty good. The place is in the brewery so when you only see the brewery, you know you're there. AND Best Collard Greens I've ever had. "Molasses stewed."

angie austin

Barbecue is fantastic. The sides are my favorites though. If you like collards, you will be addicted immediately. Love this place!

Yum!

This place was super awesome. The barbecue hmm if you are a barbecue lover. I would like to tell you the food was great, fall off the bone, tender, tasty, well seasoned and really smoked to perfection. And to add to the awesomeness the sauces were kick ass!

ordered the wings...... 3 were still almost raw...we are not the type to send food back or ask for a refund but we advised them that they were undercooked.....they stated they would make us some more, they brought us 3 wings, kinda cheesy...... makes me question if these wings were actually smoked before fried ????

Kermit Francis

Ed Bierman

As Homer says, "Pork......" so much goodness hear.. they have 6 sauces on the table to give you a taste of all styles of bbq

Kim Santistevan

First time here today. Visiting from Texas. And It was amazing. Got the chopped brisket sandwich! The Mac and cheese is out of this world crazy good! The Creole potato salad was good too. Loved the idea of their different bbq sauces. Kansas City is my favorite! The Texas sauce was right on point! You can taste that their food is all home cooked! Sad that I don't live here! Will have to stop by when I'm in town again!

Mark Seiler

McClures is inside NOLA Brewery. Brisket Philly is my favorite, althiugh you can't go wrong. Good value and great atmosphere in NOLA craft brewery. Kid friendly. Dogs are OK upstairs, inside and out on the patio.

Imogene Cargo

Great food!

Shawn Santon

Beer from the NOLA Brewery was wonderful but the ribs and sides.. not that great. Ribs were dry and so was the Mac& Cheese. Sauce helped make the ribs taste better
