Recently stopped here before we went to an event at Little Cesar's arena. First off the location is perfect for a quick bite to eat or drink before heading to LCA. We we're presently suprised about the quality of food and reasonable prices helped to make the experience really good! If you're on the fence about stopping here... just do it, worth it!

Went there before a game Red Wings game. Cheeseburger was delicious, and the fries were excellent. Service was on point also for being as busy as they were. Best part was that it is way cheaper than arena food, and you are only about 250 yds from the entrance. Definitely will be back!

We heard that this was a super popular spot, but it was kinda ordinary. The local beers on tap were okay, and the burger was nothing special. Fun atmosphere and great staff, but there are better places to go in Detroit, especially if only there for one night.

This place was great for a pistons game because you can park there if you eat there. The service and food were great. The only thing was if was freezing inside. It made it hard to enjoy the food we got. Cant wait to go back in the spring and try it out again.

The service we received was lackluster. My sandwich had soggy lettuce on it and was supposed to have avocado but only had one small piece on half. My margarita was watery and had an odd taste, the water tasted odd as well. Two stars instead of one because the fries were good and my husband enjoyed his burger.

Came from Ontario for the Raptors v Pistons game, came here before the game. Really glad we did, the place was packed and the atmosphere was great. The food here is incredible, with great portions, and despite being very busy came out quick. Sit at the bar and get a drink from Rob, the best bartender I've seen in a while. Thanks for a great experience, see you again soon.

The place was up to date. The bar food was cooked nicely, I had the chicken fritters and egg rolls. The drinks were not as strong as I would have liked but the price on well drinks were 3 $ so....I will go back.

Should be renamed Gold Mine.. went before a concert everything is good, Location, food, drink, LOCATION. but this place is crowded!! With that said, get there early, get a table, eat and drink before your event, then easy walk to the arena.

The host up front was very nice and directed us to the bar on the second floor since the main floor was full. When we walked up it was almost empty. The bartender did not introduce herself, just asked me and my boyfriend what we would like to drink. I ordered a Long Island and him a Moscow mule. Our bill was $16. For $8 a drink, I wouldn’t expect our drinks to be served in PLASTIC disposable cups. That is absurd. The bartender never came back. We noticed it was shift change so the night time server cashed us out. We asked for a basketball game to be put on tv, we were there for over 15 minutes and it never was turned on “because they couldn’t find TNT” It was a poor experience

Great place to go! They have a lot of menu items and the place is pretty big so lots of room to be seated. There is a second floor which is great for warm weather. The washrooms are pretty terrible though. Avoid going if you can. They were not clean and there was no hot water. Also, stalls didn't have toilet paper

Went to Harry's between my grandson's hockey game and the Red Wing game Nov 26. The food was great, beer cold and the service was awesome. We sat upstairs on the enclosed balcony, nice and warm.

We stopped in at this place before the Post Malone concert to grab a bite to eat and a drink and I couldn't be more satisfied especially with how busy they were. We were able to get a seat right at the bar and immediately the bartender had our order, about 10 minutes later we ordered some food it came out hot, fresh, and very fast. Oh and delicious! We were literally in and out within 30 mins!

Very close to Little Caesar's Arena. Good place to get a beer or cocktail before a game, half the price as inside the venue. Fancy bar food, not cheap but not too expensive either. Best reason to visit is it's location.

We stopped in here before our concert. I have to say very nice location compared to the new arena. The food was hot and delicious when it came out. I should add that it wasn't very busy. The only complaint I had was how our waitress didn't check on us and we waited 15 minutes before she picked our cards to pay.

Ok place. Food way overpriced. Spinach artichoke dip $9 was more cheese dip than anything else. Smallest chicken wings ever and the rub comes in a little container on the plate not on the wings??? 5 pieces $7.50. Service was good..Rob is a nice guy.

Come on...what is not to like about Harry's? The menu is great for a bar. May I suggest the Calamari, well I will because it is wonderful. Traditional burgers and sandwiches available as well as entrees such as Mac and Cheese and Battered Fish. All the drinks one could want as well. Service is very attentive even when busy before or after events at LCA. Reasonably priced across the board also.

Good place to go before an event at LCA, but it's nothing special really. My order was made wrong, but they were too busy to bother correcting it. Took over an hour to get food. Drinks are reasonably priced but again, takes too long to get them. Not enough servers working, even on the busiest of nights.

Excellent food beer was cold on a 90+ day just before sundown. The deck and dinning room were very warm. Service was slow to start 3 events going on in there area but after service started it went smooth and very efficient. I would deffanatly come back to this place.

The wife and I had a couple burgers. They were a good size with a decent amount of fries on the side. The place was packed but this was before a wings game. I imagine that it can be hard to find a spot to sit in larger groups. Apparently they have seating upstairs, don't know how much though.

Great bar with a really good menu. Parking is free as long as you go inside for a drink! If there's a sporting event get there early as parking fills quickly. This is my go to pre game bar downtown.

I go to this place often. The food is great. They have so many good specials (and they are things not on the normal menu) that it's fun to show up and see what they've got. One time it was a chorizo burger that was amazing. The only downside is that one of the bartenders seems to think that it's a night club instead of the sports bar/restaurant that it is and he cranks the music up so loud that you can't have a conversation without yelling.

Hockey Town had a 20 minute wait before the Piston's game so we searched for other close bars for a little pre-gaming. I'm glad Hockey Town was so busy, because it gave my group the chance to find this awesome place. They were hoppin' to before the game, but staff helped us quickly to get a table and start taking orders. They had a huge list of specials going on on the blackboard - in big readable font, which seems rare. We asked the waitress to surprise us with whatever she recommended for a round of shots and she brought something called a green tea shot. And it was a great recommendation. We had just eaten before, so we didn't get food here. That just gives me a better excuse to stop by before the next game. I may even try to convince the crazy lady to come out with me. Because it all looked really good at neighboring tables.

I've been going to Harry's for about a decade now. Their drink prices are pretty good. The food prices are pretty good. Their food has changed over the years. They're still classic bar food stand-by's. However they have rounded off the edges and most of the food is very flavorful. The location is great for downtown events. They have on-site parking that is free. Also have a shuttle during Comerica/Ford Field events.

Fast friendly service at a reasonable price considering the location next to the LCA. They have been there for years though and when visiting you get the feeling that not much has changed. Most of the patreons are long time customers. But with the location and service many new faces too Definitely with a stop weather game day or not
