China Doll is. one of the two main go-to restaurants for my wife and I. The other is Da Wabbit. China Doll has a varied menu with excellent selections. My favorite ic Crab-fingers Cantonese.. One must ask if it's.available because the chef only acquires them if they are very fresh. In 30+ years my wife & I have learned to ask for certain servers. Our favorites are Myle(pronounced My Lee) & Teresa.. A wonderful dining experience.

This place is great. We always have food to take home from the lunch specials because it's so much, and all the specials are $10 and under. The food is fresh and delicious. We drive 2 hours to get there, even if we have nothing else to do. And anytime we near we go eat there.

Food is typical Chinese fare, but delicious and plentiful! My favorite is the Buddist Delight, which is a vegetarian dish. Lunch specials come with shrimp fried rice and choice of egg roll or cho cho. NOTE FOR THOSE WITH NO TOLERANCE OF MSG: They do not offer the option of having your food prepared without MSG. When asked, they said that EVERY dish was prepared with the preservative.

The food was amazing, but the service sucks. My waitress was way too comfortable. She asked me a million personal question, insulted my food and my family. Then her and her other waitress friends started gossiping and completely forgot about me. I enjoyed the food, but will only go for take out from now on.

My all time favorite Chinese restaurant!!! I don't live in the area anymore but when I do rarely visit, a stop here is always a must. I've eaten here as a child and the food consistently taste the same. Portions are huge and fresh. Crab rangoons are the best around! The absolute only drawback is the wait to get seated or pick up food when ordering.... but totally worth the wait!

I will never come here again. They refuse to answer their phone and the neglect is purposeful. You need to learn to respect your patrons time. I called for 30 minutes with no one picking up the phone. I wanted to see if the lack of an answer was due to them being really busy or maybe I had the wrong number. Find out neither was true. I walked in the resturaunt. Only two three people in line to place an order. There were three women standing at hostess station and two working the bar area. I decided to call. I stood there two minutes observing the phone ring. No one picked it up although you could clearly hear and two women (not helping a customer) have a full conversation right by the phone and never pick it up. I walked out after being there 3 minutes, never even being greeted. I spend my money on good customer service. I will take my money elsewhere.

The china doll used to be one of the best Chinese restaurants on the Westbank for a good while here lately it's in the glass few weeks what's the quality of the food has gone down the size of their portions slim down apparently they're having problems with their staff are there cook are there trying to cut corners the quality of the food is just not there anymore it seems like there boneless chicken breast our being sliced thin and the batter fried to long or hot of oil and too dry and crunchy or RE FRYE it's just not the same good food that China Doll has had for years

Cocktails, drinks, and food are always served super fast and super hot. I almost never have a problem with service. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant to visit on the West Bank. Even in a lunch rush for work, they will still get you in and out not to mention just one lunch plate can serve 2 people depending on big of eater you are.

Food is goood Medium Portions but service is slow and inconsistent. Server ask for my License when I presented my Debit Card, while I was waiting on that orders other customers were not asked for their License when presenting their Debit Cards. That was offensive to me.

My only complaint about China Doll is that when ordering takeout, they need a better system of knowing who is in line & who has been helped. It gets rather crowded quickly & I've been looked over quite a few times because they didn't know who was next.

Best Chinese restaurant on the Westbank, you can tell because they stay busy. The cury beef and chicken are delicious and the fried rice is also delicious. Fair priced drinks and the service is excellent. If want take out call in advance or you will be waiting awhile for your food, but it's worth it. The only bad thing is sometimes people will beg for money outside the restaurant while you're on your way in. Sometimes cops will stand outside to keep beggers away.
