Has great Texas rice and lunch fajitas. The fajitas are a very decent size for lunch. The chips and salsa were delicious and the price was fair with the portions given. Staff was very attentive and friendly.

Well worth the drive from Shreveport to small town Vivian, LA for this Mexican food. The food is always excellent! The salsa is great! Not hot! You can actually taste it!! I do prefer my chips a little thicker for dipping purposes, but they taste great as well! Tacos, Taco Salad, Fajitas, Nachos, Guacamole . . .the list goes on! Prices very affordable. I say give it a whirl! I think you'll like it!

Oh lord. The food today was amazing. Dropped the kids off at church for service. And called ahead so the food would be ready. Adult life you learn to enjoy any moment you can get. They had our food ready when we got there we got to sit down and start eating and i feel like they were super generous with the chicken and rice and cheese dip. Oh it was all just amazing tonight hands down satisfied. And will probably start going back every wednesday night. Thank yall so much. Was delicious.

I'd put Chavos in my top 3 Mexican restaurants of all times. I've eaten at many, so that counts as all times. While staying at beautiful Caddo Lake, we made 3 trips to Chavos. Each time the service was great. The food was super great. I would rate the salsa as all time best. Clean & friendly & not too far from Caddo Lake. You won't be disappointed.
