Food from this Restaurant is one of the best in town, but think twice when you order from Waiter for home delivery. You don't always get all of your order. They always offer to supply food you don't have, but you have to go to the location to pick up. So what is the point of using Waiter.

Exceptional food with great prices ESPECIALLY for kids! Taco Salad was so full of flavor and perfect lunch size. And a bday slice of cheesecake for our 5 yo birthday girl. And our server Adam was so gracious and prompt!

This place is authentic Mexican with a Cajun infusion. It is my favorite places to go for lunch or dinner. The flan is the best in town. Be sure to say hi to Dicky, behind the bar.

Order food and used ZulaFood to deliver...first never use zulafood if you want your food delivered in a reasonable amount of time and second the half the food delivered was wrong and the chips and salsa given were cold and very small amount...granted I'm from Texas so I'm used to a certain caliber of Mexican but we were unimpressed with the delivery service and food delivered.

We just ate there - I'm not sure why it got such great reviews. I guess being from Phoenix has made us pretty particular and we are used to getting outstanding and authentic food. The Spanish rice (that didnt have a spanish rice flavor) had peas and carrots in it - weird - never seen that before. The creamy enchiladas had a strange flavor I can't put my finger on it. The chicken fajitas were so-so. We didn't care for the salsa but our white cheese dip was ok...but then again, you don't have to do much altering to what the cow already produced to make cheese dip. I wouldn't recommend eating there. Maybe i should have just tried the margaritas instead.

We are in Lafayette, LA on vacation, and we needed to find a place for dinner. We love good Mexican food, so we found Blue Agave in the phone book and decided to take a chance. Everything about our experience was positive! Our server, Matt, was top-notch...informative, attentive and friendly. The food was heavenly! We had amazing top-shelf margaritas, crawfish enchiladas, and cheese enchiladas, with a children's meal for our son. Everything was delicious, perfectly prepared and 100% fresh-tasting. When we told Matt we were too full for the dessert he recommended (Tres Leches Cake), he still brought out a sample so we could taste it...and it too was as delicious as everything else we had there. We will be coming back to Lafayette for future vacations, and will DEFINITELY be making Blue Agave a regular stop. Many thanks to our new friends there!

I have to say I was surprised. The food was great the employees were very nice and the atmosphere not bad. I'm usually very picky about my Mexican restaurants. PLATES: Chicken burrito with charro beans and rice with avacado and shrimp/spinich enchiladas.

Have not eaten here since the name changed from Blue Agave to Blue Apache. The food quality has deminished. Chips were stale. Cheese sauce is not the same. Seasoning is bland. Shrimp and spinach enchiladas tasted like spinach enchiladas. Pricing has increase, value has decrease. Almost $40 dollars for a ho-hum meal. Too many great restaurants I'm town to support this one. Beware!

Margarita Monday is well worth the price. However, every time we go here, we order the same margarita and it ALWAYS tastes different. I don't know if the different bartenders use different brands or what. The food is great!! But again, every time we've gone we've had our order messed up in some way. (Brought a taco when we ordered a tamale, those kinds of things) It's always GOOD, just not what we ordered.

Best food waitress did leave with my credit card she went outside opened her car door then came back into restaurant then ran my card to pay my bill. That I did not like at all. The best thing about your place is the deck. I love sitting outside and drinking cold beer and your beer is really cold! Your fajaitas are some of the best I've ever had, but your salsa SUCKS!! Its the worst I've ever had at a Mexican Restaurant. Its extremely thick with nothing in it that's crunchy or even says Mexican. Please change your recipe! It doesn't work at all!!!!!

Stopped by with my fiance and soon to be sister-in-law for dinner this past week. The service was phenomenal, however I found the food to be sub-par. I ordered the chipolte glazed pork chops along with an appetizer of queso. The queso was delicious, but the pork chops were not even close to being good. They were the thinnest cut pork chops possible and they were horribly over cooked. If it wasn't for the excellent service, I would have rated this restaurant as 1 star.

As always the table side guacamole was outstanding. Everyone should try the vaca rellena at least once because it is magnificent. The little corn cakes are wonderful as well. All in all I have never had a bad meal or dining experience at this restaurant.
