The worst experience Ever!! I'm not big on leaving comments, but I couldn't wait to share this. We were seated in the very back section next to an extended table of the loudest and most disrespectful group of people ever!!!! This was my first and very last time I will ever visit here. You would expect for such a nice place to have a better experience but that was not the case. It got to a point where I honestly could not even enjoy or more or less even eat my food!!! We could not even hear or even carry a conversation at our own table. I was at the point where I was going to shout from my table to keep it down but decided to go about it the right way and speak to a manager. So I did and the manager finally decided to speak to the large group of extremely loud/drunk table. Once they paid their bill and left the "mangers" never came back to check with our table or ask if there was anything they could do for us. Instead I asked our waitress if we could speak to one and then the "assistant manager" comes and asked how everything went. So instead of even allowing us to say anything she kept rambling on about how they were drunk, understand that where we are at, etc...I could not even get a word in. She continued to ramble on making excuses for the group. So then she said you want me to take your item of the bill?? As if to just "shut me up". Come to find out they were told more than once to quiet down. Honestly, I mean at what point.... SMH. Never again under that "management" for sure.

Worst Asian food I've ever eaten...truly I cannot think of worse. We sent both of our dishes back, which has never happened in my life. At least they took them off the ticket with no problem.

My hairs and I ate there last night for dinner. We had heard really nice things about the food. The food was ok, we ordered what we knew we might like and tried one new thing. It wasn't good. We left kind of disappointed and did go to the modern pantry a little later to eat. The server was very direct and couldn't wait to bud our table. Overall not a good experience

Ordered the shrimp fried rice, beef fried rice, beef broccoli, Asia deluxe lo mein, seaweed salad, crunchy roll and shaggy dog roll. Everything was extremely delicious. The shrimp and beef fried rice is something really special. High quality asian food.

So after arriving at L'Auberge late we decided to go down and get something to eat. Some lady spilled water all over me and my phone and they even billed us for the broken glass which we didn't even break. The food was alright but the next day I had to go to the ER because of glass that had cut my esophagus. I'm extremely frustrated with the service and they quality of the waiters and waitresses.

We were there on Saturday August 5th. Our waiter was Li, she was exceptional. She gave us personal attention, attended to our needs without us asking and more. She was phenomenal. It was like we were having a private dinner with a personal waitress.

I ordered the pepper steak. It was ok. But, while chewing my second bite, I had to spit it out because of the hair wrapped around it. I showed it to the waiter, who quickly removed my plate and said he would tell someone. No one came to apologize, and I was not even offered a menu or alternative. I actually had to leave the restaurant and go to the pantry across the hall to get something to eat. I will never go there again. I can't believe a member of management didn't come speak with me.

Wait can be long. The waiter that brings the food to the table has nothing to do with what you need (like extra glass, sause, plates etc) they will ignore you. You will have to find the waiter who took your order and they are taking order from other tables so you have to wait until they finish. Frustrating.

Love the sushi, love the drinks. If theres no seating you can reserve and theyll text and call you when your table is ready while you go walk around the casino. Always friendly and attentive service. Purple rain drink tasteslike candy. Cucumber lime cocktail tugged at my little mexican heart.

Bad food, bad service (especially the Vietnamese servers). We had Korean bbq ribs which had like 10% meat on it and was chewy. I think the cow wasn’t slaughtered but died of old age. We had salted shrimp which originally is supposed to be prawns. Needless to say the shrimps were tiny. All in all, pricey and not worth a dime

Well, I have to say I struggle writing out this review. First of all I do love the decor of this Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese Asian restaurant. They have a hit of a lot of varieties of Asian cuisine. But most of them just ok. I have to say this is the most convenient restaurant to eat at and they open really late. The beef satay is always super duper good. I order that every single time that I was there. It is tender, very flavorful and even after you take the left over home and reheat, it is still very good. The Pho is not bad either and the Thai style flat noodle is also always very consistently good. They use fresh market vegetable for their vegetarian dishes and they usually also very good. These are the things that I order all the time and very consistently good. Now talking about the sushi, I have to say this is where the 3 star coming from. I ate the sushi there 3 times and 3 times are definitely the charm. None of any time they are that great. And this one time I got sick over the sashimi, there is also one time I got a bad sushi roll, I told the manager about it and I think they gave me a business card with word saying " one free sushi roll" on it for the next claim. Hmmm, not very impressive and I lost that business card too. There is good and not very impressive things about this place. I suggest when you order try to follow these tips and don't try to be over adventurous. But most of the Chinese food here are pretty good. Good luck.

This is my third, and will be my final visit to this eatery inside the Lauberge Casino hotel and resort, I normally travel to the casino twice a month from Houston and have eaten at this establishment on two other occasions, this time the food was below par, I ordered the house special lo mein which included the noodles, beef, chicken and shrimp, also with mixed vegetables, I asked them to add snap peas to my dish, when I received my food I searched through the noodles to do a protein/meat count as I only saw small portions of meat, there was one yes one thinly sliced sliver of chicken, as I continued my search I found three and a half pieces/cubes of marinated beef which was no more than about half ounce of beef, frantically searching for my shrimp there was none, there were two snap peas and ever those were not prepared properly having still a piece of the stem and the little string you have to pull off before serving. there was two small barely visible pieces of carrot and get this three small broccoli stems no heads on broccoli, and just a few slithers of onions, I called over the server to inquire about the missing shrimp and he took my fork and told me the two shrimp are usually under the noodles and proceeded to look through my noodles finding no shrimp, he told me only two shrimp came in the order and said he'd tell them to cook me some right away and right away they did, the server brought me the two shrimp plus one extra for the mix-up, as I bit into one I felt the warm outer layer and the Uncooked still cold on the inside, I took a couple of more bites of the noodles and pushed my plate away lost my appetite and didn't eat another bite, I didn't even eat the other items i ordered, we were also told that the sushi bar was closed but a couple that came in ten minutes after us were able to get their sushi order, also not once did the server refill my iced tea, they need to train their servers and kitchen staff better customer service and portion control to put out a quality product and generate repeat business

It's our first time in L'auberge and so we decided to try out this place. Their pho is pretty good. It has a good ration of soup to noodles and meat, broth is good, brisket is tender, thr only thing we didnt like are the beef meatballs. But other than that, its a good place to eat when in the hotel rather than going out. But of coursw, expect that the meals are a bit pricey than the usual pho spot you get outside.
