We got our food ordered and I ordered tea well my daughter wanted tea and was told it had been dumped, they had to redo her food and stuck a bun in the microwave along with her meat and you know what happens to buns when heated in a microwave. Inedible that's what and although I wanted more tea too, no one asked before it was dumped.

Been there once and plan on going back. The food is super good and the staff is friendly and professional. The restaraunt was neat and clean. I really enjoyed the trivia contest. Next time I'm in Berea, I plan to visit Wings Etc again.

Both the traditional and boneless wings are great. I'm not big on chicken wings, but they have a great selection of delicious sauces. If you're like me and prefer something else, the"Big Nasty" is delicious and may be my new favorite burger in Madison County. The burgers they serve are char broiled and have a nice crispy, smoky edge that I love. Looking for an interesting new side? The green bean fries are worth a try. One downside for me: some of their sides taste pre-made. Their macaroni and coleslaw taste like what you get at the Kroger deli. Over all good food and good service. If you don't like wings, their burgers and bbq are delicious.

With their name you would think wings would be something they could cook well. Unfortunately the wings I had were over cooked, dry and chewy. Like they deep fryed it for too long. I will not be returning to eat at this restaurant.

My server was Tiffany we never received refills more then twice, the food took over 30 minutes to get to our table and was not hot only warm. My wings barely had any sauce as well as my boyfriends buffalo chicken wrap had no buffalo sauce. We've waited for everything, we're pretty disappointed.

After our first experience shortly after they opened wasn't satisfying at all because we waited extremely long for our food that then came out cold, we figured we would give it another try today! It was not busy but we never made it past the entrance! There was 1 server who was taking an order and that's it! We waited and waited to get seated but nobody showed up. Nobody even acknowledged us. so we left! I won't go back again!!!

Terrible food and terrible service. Wings where gross and dry. Tasted awful. We ordered 16 wings and ate 3 of them. Only Server kept walking by us for 20 minutes and never asked to refill our drinks. When we was ready to leave I literally had to go find him to pay. Will never go there again. First and last time. Should not have even paid.

We went for the first time and loved the decor. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. We never had an empty glass! The spinach and artichoke dip was creamy and delicious. The wings were fantastic! Crispy and flavorful! The French dip was also super tasty. Last, but definitely not least, we had the brownie bite sundae which was AMAZING! The brownie bites stayed warm even with the ice cream, and when you bite into them they are crispy on the outside and then taste like warm brownie batter on the inside. The description does not do it justice, you must try them!!!

Spunky with an attitude. The only game in town with a full bar and craft beers. The service is excellent and plenty of televisions for every sporting event. Oh, and they are UK fanatics. You best pretend to be a Wildcatter or you might get scratched. The food is good, and they have a variety to fit every taste. They make their own Bleu Cheese dressing. Excellent. I hit the Wild Turkey 101 and the Lime Pepper dry-rub wings.

I loved this place. Every time I came here the food was excellent, the service was polite, and the bill was cheap. The last time I came here however it was less than appropriate. Me and my friends order an appetizer, and each an entree. We all dined and had a good meal. We split the appetizer seven ways and each payed for our own meal. I ended up have to pay for an extra dollar fifty since the machine couldn’t split the appetizer seven ways. I was fine with it since that’s not too much money. When she comes back I put a ten and a five on my bill, my friend places twenty on his. The waitress looks to us and asks if we want change. We both said yes. She then sighs and says that we’re making her do too much work. She then walks away. About three minutes later she looks to me and yells, “sir you didn’t give me enough money, you only gave me a ten I need a little more than that.” I said I gave you fifteen. She said no you didn’t. One of my friends says she may have dropped it. She said she didn’t. I look on the ground and I see. a five sitting about ten feet in front of me close to her. I walked over and handed it to her. About ten minutes later she comes back and sets my change in front of me. I notice it’s a dollar short. I ask her about it and in a demeaning tone she explains that it’s not. I know she shorted me a dollar but I decided that it wasn’t worth my time so I left. This was the first time I haven’t tipped in the past three years.

Amazing food, great service, awesome staff. The owners/managers are the best people I know and always come out and chat with their customers just to see how things are doing. I love this restaurant. The food is a little pricey, however it's all either organic food or home made :) extremely tasty!! And has a bar as well!! I would give it a 10/10 if I had the option to do so.

Horrible service! The nachos were not good, could have made better ones at home. Waitress and some guy sat in the back and kissed on each other the whole time we ate. Then he blew his nose and laid his napkin on the table where his girlfriend was handling the silver ware! He even laid down in the booth and slept! I will not be going back!

This place had great food and service even through its growing pains a year or two ago. It has only gotten better. Meaty wings and great service is all you will receive here! I’m glad I waited to review, because what WAS a 4-star dining experience has now became a 5-star. STELLAR food and service mixed with a great DJ for what I have experienced on tue(family feud night) and thur(trivia night) warrants a 5-star rating. I’ve become a regular at this establishment and with the new management and taste experience my attendance will continue! Berea needed this and I’m glad she got it!

The wings had absolutely no flavor. They were fried and dumped in a pool of sauce. Flavors ordered: say it ain't tso, teriyaki, jerk BBQ and hit BBQ. Two orders were so bad that only one wing was eaten and no comp given. The only truly edible order was the caesar wrap but the tots were not salted and over cooked. The service was good and Denice was very polite but ultimately the wings were not satisfactory.

Not impressed. My first visit to a Wings Etc. and I do not believe I will be going back to this specific location. Staff was inattentive and audibly complained about being there. If the staff doesn't want to be there, why should I? They advertise that their wings are bigger than the competition. Not the case, just regular, ole, drummies. The lettuce on our salads was wilted and warm. Kitchen was slow, I had to inquire as to when my food would come out. Better luck next time.

Such a great place to eat!! I’ve been here a few times and have had a great experience each time. The wings are unbelievable and they have a ton of sauce choices. I had there French dip once and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend it!!

Overall I wasn't impressed. Portions were good, and food was served hot, but you could tell everything was previously frozen. Several things we ordered had a weird/funny taste and overall was not apitizing. Quite expensive for the quality of the food. Wait staff seemed fine and polite, but disorganized.

Joseph definitely has the IT factor when it comes to customer service and value! As soon as I sat down, he greeted me kindly and he made sure that all my food/drinks needs were met. I appreciate his hard work and enthusiasm for doing his job. The food was hot and fresh and the beverage was great. I definitely recommend Joseph EVERY time! *At first, I walked inside and wasn't greeted. I sat down at a table, on the right side, in the middle but for 10 minutes I was ignored by the 2 waitresses, not ever asked if I wanted any food or if I wanted a drink. So I moved to another table on the left side.

Service was very slow over thirty minutes to get our food despite only having three tables with customers in the whole restaurant. The appetizer we received was not the one we ordered. Can't speak for the other people's food, but my wings were very dry and tough and the tater tots which were recommended by the server were very chewy and not crisp at all. Very sad to see another restaurant in Berea go down hill so quickly.

Went in, sat down, and all of a sudden started listening to a waitress cuss out the cook using Gods name in vein along with plenty of other words not suitable for a workplace environment. I thought I was going to have to split up a fight. The soda I ordered was flat, the wings were harder than stale chips, they didn’t even put cheese on my nachos and although the waitress acted like she was trying to give me top notch service she was complaining to her coworkers which was very two faced. This place is by far the worst restaurant in town and that’s competing with Hep A McDonald’s by Sonics. If I want good wings in Berea I’m going to have to stick with the pizza places because I’m never going to that horrid place again.

Very over priced, and definitely not worth it! $23 for 2 chicken sandwiches and fries. The fries were over cooked, the chicken sandwich came with nothing on it when I specifically asked for buffalo sauce, and everything was dripping in oil. The bottom of the to-go container literally had a pool of grease in it. I would not go here again.

Came in Monday night and had one of the top 3 best servers I’ve EVER had (that’s a lot coming from me). I was greeted by Leanna, who also happened to be my server; almost immediately at the door, and that made me feel very welcome. Leanna was very friendly. Our food was put in and brought out in what felt like minutes!! She kept up with our drinks, got dishes we were done with out of our way, and kept a smile on my kiddos face. Every server in this world should have to spend 10 minutes with this girl, and I promise you they’d leave with new skills to become a better server. I am so glad me and my daughter decided to stop in! Leanna, the food, the music, and the atmosphere was all fantastic! I can’t wait to stop back in.

Everything was good, but the fries/tots had a a lot of salt. Only real complaint I have is the sound for the tv was set on football stadium loud. Edit... sorry I have to drop a star for the fries and tots must have been setting for awhile and reheated and the dry rub was all in the bottom of the wing basket and very little on the wings.

The service was hometown friendly like I had known the people for years. The Tuesday 69 cent wing deal was fun, the environment is similar to most sports bars but with funnier things to read, they have a juke box which was a plus and the tanker towers were VERY impressive. The sauce's for the wings did have distinctive flavor from one another, The fried dill spear appetizer WAS AMAZING. Oh and 3$ mug if strawberry margarita yeah that made me happy. 36$ for 3 people to pig out and laugh alot. It was a good time will be back.

The food is pretty good the problem we have is the Service! It took our server 20 minutes to get our drinks which were sodas easy Right. By the way there were only 2 tables with people at them. Our food takes about another 35 minutes to come out. They only bring my husband's food. So we're still waiting on mine and we wait Another 10 minutes No food shows up my husband goes to the kitchen to get my food for himself which was sitting in the window waiting on the server. He never came and apologized for the wait never refilled our drinks. We finally got our check and I ask him to fix the bill To reflect the poor service that we Received. He told me they were super busy and it wasn't his fault it was the big group of people that had just come in. Take responsibility for your inability to be a server. The manager did give us $2 off our next meal but we left it on the table for them to give to someone else. We will probably never be back.

Sometimes the food is good, have had a couple experiences where the wings tasted funny though. Everything else is pretty sorts bar average. Servers are a mix bag, a few are great, other times you'll wait forever to get any attention. Typical sports bar atmosphere with some fun drinking choices (huge beers). Trivia night is fun.

I truly wish I could rate this place higher, and as a general reccomendation I would fully suggest to get an order to go. The food was actually great, and even though the appetizer took a little bit to come out, our host was gracious enough to give us a coupon for a free appetizer on our next visit. However, the overall atmosphere was lacking and many of the employees gathered near the door constantly talking about personal life drama and making many negative comments about their customers. The most disgusting thing I had noticed was an employee in the "to-go" area with an unlit cigarette hanging from their mouth. This is absolutely disgusting and distasteful. Like I said though, I had the wings and while they did taste great I could not shake the other issues.

I really wanted to love this place, and maybe we just caught them on a bad night, but it was not good. We got 24 wings and mixed them up to try some different stuff. The wings were not tossed at all. The were just put in a bowl and the sauce poured over them. The entire underside was dry and the sauce was cold. Not the way you make wings. The BBQ boneless was OK, but not great. Again they just had cold BBQ poured over them, and they were so hard it was difficult to get a fork into them, but they were the best things we ordered and we ate them all. The wet BBQ traditional wings. They were fair, but once again, cold BBQ poured over an otherwise unseasoned wing, and when you flipped the wings over you got plain ol fried chicken. They were good size, and came hot. I would imagine if they were actually tossed in warm sauce they would be descent, but plain fired wings in a pool of cold BBQ sauce just wasn't what I like. We left 4 of 6 on the table. Dry BBQ traditional wings. You could see the seasoning, and everyone in a while taste it, and it was good. However it looked like they shook a shaker of seasoning on them rather then rubbed them. They just tasted like plain ol fried chicken, we left 4 of 6 on the table. Curly fries were OK, but it was all small bits, bottom of the bag I suppose, but still good. The beer cheese and pretzel bites were the star of the night, and were great. Wait staff was very nice. We also got a burger, and it was pretty good. Bottom line it was very basic and not great. We spent $55 and left most of the food on the table. This was 8pm on a Wednesday, maybe we will try it again on the weekend or something. If its better I'll update my review.

Went in for lunch at opening. When drinks were served Pepsi was watery and flat. It took 20 minutes to get appetizers, during which our waiter never appeared. When he finally came back for a refill I was served Mr. Pibb. When I asked for him to replace it for a refill of Pepsi, he told me it was Pepsi and didn't replace it. Food never came. When I asked another waitress after an hour and a half about our food, a manager came out. She assured us our food would be out in 10 minutes. She did offer to comp our meal. 20 minutes later food was still not out and manager came out and admitted our food still has not been cooked. We left! Will not be back.

Tried some take out from this place for the first time today. The wings were good and she shrimp was cooked well, but they forgot to sauce the shrimp like we ordered so it was very plain. Also, both the Mac n cheese and the coleslaw were terrible. We will probably try this place again once they get settled, but we will not order Mac n cheese or coleslaw ever again. On the plus side, the beer selection looks great and dining in looks like it will be fun. Hopefully they set up trivia nights and perhaps pay per view fight nights for the college crowd. I'll post again when I give them another shot!

We always enjoy coming here. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is depending on the waitress, 1 is very brash, not welcoming and too informative/chatty. Makes us uncomfortable. But the others are great!!

The wings here are juicy and crispy at the same time. They offer 22 different flavors of sauce.The burgers are huge and delicious. The staff was friendly and funny. The place is laid back and cool. The sports bar restaurant is way more than that, it is somewhere you can take your family or date. I will definitely be back!

This restaurant is a must go to in Berea. Great food. Great prices and great customer service. I love the pork nachos and the wings are to die for.

Went with 4 others on Friday night. It wasn't busy which I thought was odd, but good for us, that's what we thought anyways! Staff was super nice but service was extremely slow. Huge menu to choose from but it's called Wing so have to try those first. We did order fried mushrooms too and they were good but overpriced in my opinion. Traditional medium wings were over cooked with hardly any sauce, boneless medium wings had so much sauce they were soggy. Great atmosphere, lots of big tv's but wasn't impressed with prices or food.

Was passing through a few weeks back and I stopped here cuz I love wings and I like to check out different places. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, the staff was very outgoing and friendly had a enjoyable time there. Decorated really nice very comfortable. Exceptionally clean will definitely stop when I'm passing through again.

I really enjoyed this place. The service was friendly and prompt. The music was great for a 90’s kid like me. I had my own tv that they were happy to change the channel on. And the wings were legit. They came our hot, crispy, and generously sauced. Among the best I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back.
