Stopped there after a 4 1/2 hr drive and ordered about a half hour to closing. Ordered a 16" BBQ Chicken Pizza and Cheese sticks. Way to much food! That was my only complaint, should've ordered a smaller size! The pizza was great and the employees were friendly. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area. Will be trying it again when I'm in the area again!

So, we decided to get Riverfront pizza. We have not been in many years. I went online to look for their menu. They had chownow. So I placed the order online and paid for it to be picked up at 6pm. So we left 30 minutes before 6:00. When we arrived at Riverfront Pizza at 5:58, they asked us how can we help you. I said I am here to pick up an order I placed online. She said what’s the name. I told her and she said she didn’t see the order. I showed here the order. Oh, you ordered it on chownow? Our printer is broken. Needless to say children have no business running a business. No I’m sorry no nothing. I know now why it’s been years since I’ve been here. Poor service. Poor as the neighborhood.

Worse customer service for pickup ever. Just tried to call in an order and to pickup. I'm driving from Lakeside Park and get to 5th St exit and still on hold. So I went to Frisch's across the street and while in line finally awnser so I asked to speak to the Mgr. I told him my story and also added that I've tried to do the same thing on my way to work and he says sorry about that. What really, I'll guess I will head back to Larosa's .

Absolutely terrible...I ordered a carry-out was told 20 to 25 minutes. I showed up in 30 minutes ,ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes for my food only to find out after all this time waiting they told me they didn't have two of my three appetizers , this is 25 minutes after paying.Another ten minutes goes by because nobody knew how to perform a refund on my appetizers,all the while I'm standing there with my food as it gets cold.l asked her to cut a triangle cut, the lady told the cook to cut a triangle cut in front of me three times and he still cut it square cut .Fried mushrooms were terrible they were full of water and tasted like tobacco, from Restaurant Depot no doubt. Pizza was terrible crust way too thick and undercooked,pre-made then frozen I'm guessing by the taste, plenty of cheese but hardly any other toppings. I can't get a refund because she didn't give me a receipt and I paid cash. First time I was there I got a steak hoagie and was eating it in the dining room ,they had forgotten to put tomatoes on it which I asked for so I took it up to the register to the lady who handles the cash and told her the problem she reaches over and pinches my steak hoagie patty and liftd it up with bare, cash handling hands to look under it to make sure I wasn't lying about the tomatoes.I will never come back to this place again it's freaking disgusting I've been here before and I wasn't happy the last time either, place is filthy,floor and bathrooms are nasty,the waitstaff upfront does not care about you or your food, the guys cooking are slow and totally lost at what they're doing. I would give it zero stars if I could...spend a couple more dollars and go to Goodfellas

When we walked in there were people behind the counter. They made eye contact with me holding our daughter. They didn't speak to either my boyfriend or myself. We decided we should seat ourselves. We sat down, still with no greeting. Sat there for about 10 minutes and still nobody said anything to us. No drink orders, no menus, no acknowledgements to us what so ever. A gentleman walks in after us and he is greeted with a hello and then asked if he had a call in. Meanwhile we still have NOT been greeted or acknowledged! I sat there in the booth searching for another pizza place to go to. A woman walks in that was outside smoking and walks past us into the back, I guess to the kitchen didn't say a word to us. I find a pizza place called The Gruff that is less than 5 mins away and suggest it to my boyfriend. We sit there discussing it for a little bit, still with no acknowledgements from ANY of the staff. We get up, pick up diaper bag, purse and daughter, start to walk out the door and FINALLY someone says something to us about the fact that there isn't any table service and you place an order at the counter. Could NOBODY have told us that as we stood at the door deciding if it was sit yourself deal or a wait to be seated deal? When we sat down after not making an order, could NOBODY have told us this? No, they wait until we leave to say something to us. Too little, too late! We had a wonderful experience at The Gruff and would recommend that to anyone with or without kids!

Nice local bar and grill. Food was very tasty and the garlic bread was worth the trip alone. Lots of locals hang out here. The waitress new all the regulars and greeted everyone. Service was good and hot food was served hot. I would recommend a trip here if your in the neighborhood. Next time here I'm going to try their pizza. Today I had the small spaghetti with meatballs $6.99.

The food is good most of the time but the last two orders I've made from here have had two major issues: Cheese fries so burnt you could use them as a hammer. A pizza cut so poorly that I'm questioning if somebody here has an old grudge against me (seriously, whoever made it put zero effort into making the slices even somewhat even and didn't bother cutting halfway through the dough so it just fell part until I decided to recut it myself). I like this place though and I want to eat here. I just hope they can correct whatever is going.

Looking for good grub without the typical chain style food, stop by here and check it out. A mom and pop shop and fairly priced while catching some games on the tube at the same time. My opinion you'd like it, all you have to do is stop by and take a chance.

I called my order in for a pickup and they told me that approximately 20 minutes it would be ready. I waited for 20 minutes and went to pick up my pizza and spaghetti with meatballs. It had just come out of the oven fresh and made to my order. Everything was correct and it tasted delicious. I would suggest trying this restaurant at any time. They also have a Sports Bar attached to the regular pizza parlor. I give it a 5-star rating.

We went here with a group of about 6. The food took a little to make for us but overall was really great. The roast beef sandwich is really something special. My husband enjoyed a hoagie and the cheese fries and salads were ok. They don't have table service and getting to the counter to get refills while they were busy was fairly challenging. Overall, was pretty good food and good value.

Beer is Cold. Food is mediocre. Def dine in. Delivery may or may not make it. She is on the way with Your food. Is the standard answer when Ya call to find out where it is. If it does show up it will be cold and at that point if Ya paid with a card. Your kinda stuck with it. If Your here on a trip. Give Goodfellas a ring. You will be happy all the way around. Life is too short to eat bad pizza. Had My fingers crossed this joint would be a place I could recommend. In 10 yrs time it has gone down hill. Like I said. The Beer is Cold enjoy the bar. Best pizza and hoagies anywhere in the tri-state. We have been going there for over 20 years. They have great fish hoagies. Their salads are very good. I have never gotten anything I dont like. The workers have been there a long time so there is not a lot of turnover. Great place to visit if you have not been there!

The staff are very friendly and kind, the pizza and wings were amazing. You cannot find a better deal on beer either. $2 for a can of Coors or Miller Lite, or $6 for a pitcher. Plus they have a few quarter games like pinball and Pacman.

Although the food was good, there needs to be some organization on where you order and where you pick up food - same area and very crowded and unorganized. We witnessed the delivery driver having to use a table in which a customer was seated, in order to fulfill his order.

Good pizza. I love the Jalepeno poppers. You cant find those anywhere these days and they are one of my favorites. Typically not too busy for dine in when I've been there. It is a pretty fast serving process since you place your order before you sit down. I believe this is a family owned restaurant as well & I love to support local!

I love this place warts and all. It's Covington. The pizza is good. The rye garlic bread is the bomb and the taco salad is a surprising hit. You're certain to see some interesting people and don't listen to Luke on this one. Riverfront is the best.
