Excellent food and service. I had the egg white omelet, roasted potatoes, and turkey sausage. Delish! One friend had the waffles and raved over them. The other friend had a burger and loved it. The ladies to our right had buffalo chicken salads that looked amazing. Daily specials available. The manager checked on us and other patrons. If you go for lunch, get there before noon or after one. The place will be packed otherwise. Breakfast and lunch menus available. Great meet up spot between Lexington and Georgetown. Highly recommend.

I've only ever had breakfast foods here but they are great. It's definitely a solid, and maybe the best, breakfast/brunch option in Georgetown. Also, unrelated to the food, I love that the sign says "A restaurant". Makes me laugh every time.

Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, a lot of food for your dollar. Fried chicken was delicious, steamed broccoli cooked to perfection, mashed potatoes from scratch, but I didn't care for their gravy. My husband had the Josie burger (good size burger) & the fruit cup was very fresh with a lot of different fruits. We would stop again when we're passing through.

The food and service are excellent! Bram was our server and he was friendly, accommodating, and communicative. The bacon was cooked PERFECTLY. Also, there are fluffy gluten free pancakes (almond flour) and gluten free bread available. Loved the experience overall and will be back for breakfast tomorrow. Note that your GPS will probably give you confusing directions. It will either tell you to go a bit too far on the highway or instruct you to turn onto "Tips Lane". There is no Tips Lane, just a parking lot. Go through the parking lot and you'll see Josie's in the back.

Been going to Josie’s since it opened in Georgetown. Have been a loyal customer and always recommending the restaurant to others. Some weeks we have ate there up to 3 times in just one week. Can’t really complain about the food or atmosphere, but their customer relations are lacking. I work 2nd shift Monday-Friday and after all the money spent there, the manager (who should know us by now) would not honor a ‘Free appetizer’ coupon on a Saturday because she said we have to use it during dinner time, Monday-Friday, even after explaining the conflicting work schedule. Sad to be a regular customer and spend up to $100. per week at the restaurant and the manager couldn’t make a small exception under circumstances.

This is no run of the mill eatery. Everything is "Home" cooked. Nothing out of a can here. Absolutely delicious! A bit of a dinery feel to the vintage place. The last time my husband had Key Lime pie this good was in Savannah Georgia.

The dining room was clean,and the facilities kept up! If your in town you need to try it. The service is excellent and above what you normally see at a small restaurant.

That part makes me miss Sam's. Again, the food is good. *If you are non-dairy and want coffee, you'll need to take your own creamer.

Went there for lunch today and had the lunch special, grilled chicken sandwich with pesto, pepper jack cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato slice and advocado slices. Sounded good and was pretty tasty but it was unexpectedly spicy, and not because of the cheese. I just want to know what to expect since I cannot handle spicy foods.

Went on a Saturday morning with little wait. Waitress was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was casual with food menu having plenty of options. Only reason I rated a four was the foods my party had were all a little different it terms of what you normally would expect. Example: sausage gravy was flavored with garlic. Pancakes had cornmeal in them etc. Food was good but flavored differently than excepted. I will go again.

Went in got seated at the bar the same time another couple did. They got thier food and finished other people after us got thier food and was eating. The machine ran out of paper in the kitchen when our order was put in so they did not get it but no one ever daid anything. Sat there at least an hour. Our server didn't even check to see what was going on. Needless to say we left and went to cracker barrel. Dont know if i will be back to josies or not...

Good food Try the, Goetta is a meat-and-grain sausage or mush of German inspiration that is popular in the greater Cincinnati area. It is primarily composed of ground meat (pork, or pork and beef), pin-head oats and spices.

Great place for breakfast. Loved their strawberry pancakes. Super nice staff. Liked that my friend and I weren't rushed to leave or vacate the table and we could sit and visit. They have a special fundraiser where you can add a pancake to your breakfast and the proceeds benefit a local police officer that was recently injured on the job. What a great way to give back to the local community and one of our heros.

We even noticed the herbs in the front deck. Not a easy place to find but worth. Look for the A Restaurant sign next to the Tire place.

First time visit. Basically a breakfast/sandwich place. Pancakes looked awesome. The chicken/waffle would be better without American cheese. Iced tea was mediocre. Lots of Gluten Free options. The Hot Brown was so-so. Definitely not a true hot brown sandwich. One in our party has had a Cordon Bleu chicken sandwich in the past and said it was excellent.

First couple of times I went I was not so impressed. We went for lunch once, dinner the next. Both very unimpressive. But since they shortened their hours, they really seemed to have stepped up their game. Their breakfast was excellent, and good sized for the price. Gigantic pancakes. wonderful homemade whipped cream. I have not tried their lunch menu again lately, but I want to give it another try soon.

Jose's is a wonderful place for breakfast, lunch or dinner but we go for breakfast more often than the other meals. For breakfast we recommend the pancake with a big dollop of whipped cream and syrup. Their sausage links are outstanding as is their country ham, very tender and tasty. For lunch we recommend their salad with 1/2 sandwich. For dinner try the Kentucky hot brown. It is a traditional Kentucky dish but once you have tried it we feel it would become your favorite as it is ours.

Lovely little place. Great breakfast food. Waiting staff is very friendly. I do wish their signs were a bit more visible and actually existed. The sign outside is the sign from the previous restaurant that's partially painted over so it says "a restaurant" which makes it a very easy place to drive past. Nonetheless, if you can find it you should definitely pay a visit.

The food is fantastic. The prices are fair. Not a huge fan of the semi cramped atmosphere however. I also have an issue with the wait staff talking and breathing over plated food that is waiting to be brought out. An entire 5 minute conversation was being held between the waitress and cook over the tops of our dinner. Although this was an isolated incident it was still rather uncomfortable to watch.

Awesome little roadside restaurant. Took my daughter there for lunch on my last day in town for vacation. We both had the Reuben sandwich, she had tater tots with hers, I had the sweet potato fries. The Reuben was the best I've ever had anywhere. The sweet potato fries were a bit over cooked for my taste. Overall Josie's is a great place, the service was fast and friendly, and the food is fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back someday.

You know it's a good place when there's a wait. We got in pretty quick and had a great breakfast. The coffee is really good and definitely worth ordering. We were in town for Breyerfest and whenever we travel we always try to find the best local places. We looked up this gem and went there for lunch Saturday and it was SO good went back for breakfast Sunday. Everything is homemade and amazing! HUGE PROPS to my waitress (beautiful Latina gal) she was friendly, kind and didn't miss a beat! Great job guys and this will go down as a must go whenever we are close! Stopped in for an early dinner while on a road trip on I-75. I had fried shrimp and my companions had pot roast. Food was hot and excellent and the service was warm and friendly. The only thing that was cold was the air conditioning... wear a sweater! I would definitely stop here again and recommend to friends.

Ordered the quiche with potatoes and eggs over meduim w/ bacon and biscuits be/ gravy. Food served fast like within 10 minutes after we ordered!! Friendly atmosphere! Comfortable settings. Food was good. Be warned gravy and biscuits good, but a little on the spicey / peppery side, biscuits amazingly almost melt in your mouth. Definitely coming back for lunch!! Oh and they do have TVs to watch the game or news as well. Very clean restrooms!! A++
