It’s really a 4 (for madisonville as there is not a lot of selections) but a 3 for the “type” of establishment. The 2 is given for their ability to accept criticism. Case and point, I called specifically to give feedback of my experience and when I mentioned that their burger could be better the owner stated “Thanks, but I like our burgers”. I’m not a food critic, but I am a customer. I have also sat down to eat in 47 different states and 6 different countries. Thought my feedback would help.

We went to celebrate a birthday our party ranged in ages of 9 months to 62 there was around fourteen of us we had an excellent time together the service was amazing we only had one server we got what we needed when we needed it she kept our drinks filled and pre bussed our tables the food was excellent this is not the first time we have been to Center Street Bar and Grill and I would highly recommend trying it out

This is the coolest place in Madisonville for a comfortable bar scene with trendy crowds that is quickly becoming “the spot” for a local night out. The drink selection is great and the owners go above and beyond in assuring everyone is taking care of. They have seasonal parties, karaoke, trivia nights and many other weekly activities to choose fun that’s suits everyone’s needs. The food is unlike typical bar food, and although a little more pricier than your normal bar foods - is worth the extra money. Overall this place is fun, exciting and a comfortable place to make new friends while having a cold beer!

Chargrilled salad was amazing!! My hubby had the sirloin and loved it as well. It was a great cut of hereford beef, so tender with no fat. Reasonably priced. Great ranch too! Can't wait to come back!!

Burger was ok, but the fries were awful and I'm pretty sure they lied. They said they were homemade, but I'm 99% sure they weren't and they were half raw and gross. Service was meh. Might go again to drink, but probably not for the food

The owners, staff and patrons were all phenomenally great people. I enjoyed Marci, Shea, Zack and Hailey. Salt of the earth type people. Trivia night, last night, with Niki and the other people playing was a blast. Great food, good alcohol selection and amazing service. Playing pool was another highlight of the night. I highly recommend stopping by and checking this place out if you’re in or close to Madisonville.

Warm, eclectic and just a bit eccentric would describe this gem tucked beside the train tracks of Madisonville, Ky. From the decor to the staff, its focus is on what makes Madisonville unique; its people. I was treated like a regular on my first visit and each time thereafter. Center Street B&G takes pride on turning out blue blooded food at a blue collar price. First dates, birthdays & graduation celebrations all take place here. Its the type of place you feel good about giving your business. Weekend events & weeknight specials. The 'Sinful Dip' is so good, St. Peter let it past the pearly gates. lol. Wings are delicious. Steaks are tender and juicy. One of Mad City's best!

Worst dining experience I’ve ever experienced. First off, our chicken was undercooked and the manager had the audacity to tell me that it was acceptable to eat undercooked chicken! Eww! Then, because I had the audacity to complain about the chicken, the rest of our dining experience was terrible. The servers were rude, unprofessional, and uncleanly. Put bluntly, they could all use a fresh shower. Lastly, it’s obvious they’re buying their food from some low class food distributor paying pennies on the dollar for low quality products. I recommend staying far far away from this establishment.
