They allow smoking inside, but the very back room wasn't bad. The dinner selection on the buffet was ok. The fried chicken was made in the same oil they fry fish in, you could taste it. Nothing to write home about. The food was just OK.

We walked in the restaurant this morning. Three employees looked at us, not one of them greeted us, seated us, or told us to choose a seat. We stood there for a couple minutes and decided to check out the breakfast buffet. A roach literally crawled across the bar. We walked out and went to cracker barrel.

Went here to try the all you can eat fish on Friday being a fan of fish and all that. If you like dried out fish and hush puppies the this is the place for you. 2 adults and 2 children visited for Friday night dinner and for $50.00 we learned a lesson. Buffet offered very little selection. Both of the children with us tried the spaghetti and could not eat it as the noodles were way to soggy and the sauce was way over cooked from where it had been sitting. Service left a lot to be desired as well. We will not be back and we will tell everyone about how bad it was. Try cleaning it up and get some people in there who know how to cook and maybe just maybe we will come back.

I'd compare this place to the diner in Mayberry. Everyone knows everyone here. Service is very friendly with twangy talking waitresses. Definitely a good atmosphere for eating local. The food on the buffet is hit and miss. Some days are better than others. The sweet tea is too sweet on many days so we order an extra glass of ice and mix it in as we drink to get a better balance of sweet. The menu is limited but very good. Breakfast is offered all day. The grill is always busy but they keep up with orders. The western omelet is one of my favorites off the menu. Eat here and your wallet will thank me. It's a little bit of a drive off the interstate but worth it. No alcohol is served here (reason for 3 stars).

Great food! Home cooked buffet! Fried chicken. 2 types of fish which was really delicious, mashed potatoes, green beans, soup beans, spaghetti, rolls, corn bread plus more! We would go back! We were visiting.

I work in Cadiz often for the past 9 years and didn’t try this until today. Had the buffet which included the salad bar. I absolutely love a good salad bar and made in house ranch is a must. Their salad bar Did not disappoint. So good. The buffet was pretty simple and what I expect from a small family owned long standing business. The homemade chocolate pie with two good sized scoops of vanilla ice cream was AMAZING! Our waitress was very nice and attentive.

It was just "okay". We stayed in the area for a mini-vacation and there were limited restaurants open on a Tuesday evening. They do allow smoking inside which is a draw back. We opted for the buffet, but we didn't realize how limited the selection was. They had okay fried chicken, but the mashed potatoes were bland. Overall, I wasn't impressed and probably wouldn't go back again. Our poor waitress was running around like crazy trying to cover all her tables. They needed more servers.

The food isn't too bad. What makes this a 2 star is the smoking. Even thou they have a no smoking area the smoke gets into the area and you can breathe smoke at the cash register. It would be a nice place if they went No Smoking!

After eating here for the first time I highly recommend it for all. The food is top notch the service is great. There is wheelchair accessibility. There is are smoking and non smoking sections. The bathrooms are easily accessible. There are proper emergency exits. Great for gatherings off all typs within reason.

Looks like a complete dump. The sign hasn't been painted since the Roosevelt Administration. The Teddy Roosevelt Administration. My wife asks, "Are you sure?" I say, " It's got pretty decent ratings." Then we get seated, walking past the breakfast buffet, which actually looks okay. There are 9 of us from a special needs 5 year old to me, the 60+ old guy. Breakfast menu looks pretty standard. I order French toast with bacon. Son orders pancakes with bacon. The waitress is very friendly and suggests some items. A couple of omelettes and other egg items are ordered. By the way, the place is very crowded. Then the food comes. The french toast is perfect, with a little crusty edge but not dry, as are son's pancakes, flaky and airy.. The bacon is perfect as well. The eggs are great. Everybody is sharing tastes. The waitress was attentive but not hovering and as sweet as can be. We are going back for a lunch.
