I eat here about twice a week and have never been disappointed a single time. Prices are awesome and quality and amount of food that you get are great. Kansai was my go to place until I moved right next to this place and now every time I eat Kansai I feel like I wasted money and find that it is lacking taste now that I have had this place. Delivery drivers are so friendly and orders come super fast for being made fresh. I highly recommend this place!

Edit: my second order gave much better results as the owner contacted me personally to amend the mistakes. I don't know many people unwilling to give a second chance for Chinese food and inwas plesantly satisfied the second to around. HIGLY recommend the American Dream Roll!!! I had high hopes for a seemingly awesome new place especially that delivers. The pork wontons were just balled up wontons with no filling except grease. The delivery driver did not receive my instructions to call me when he was here because my second story apartment bell doesn't work. My neighbor ended up calling my cell phone for him. He also did not carry any change with him so as I was trying to give a fair tip he took my extra change instead of giving me the difference I asked for. On the positive side the sushi was pretty delicious but I can't help being disappointed. Thumbs down. Don't waste your time or money.

Disappointed that we didn’t even get to try the food. We wanted to dine in and were told to order at the counter. We stood at the counter, waiting to order, for over 10 minutes while being ignored. Finally, we were addressed and told to take a seat and someone would come get our order. We again waited for over 10 minutes, being ignored, before finally leaving. I understand that they were busy but at least acknowledge us :(

Found a steel bristle in my food, took it to them and showed them discreetly, they confirmed my order and then asked what I wanted them to do about it. Never offered a refund or apology, AVOID THIS PLACE.

This is a very good local Chinese restaurant. It’s great for a quick bite, especial for you are in the mood for some take out Chinese food. They are very nice, friendly and considerate. They offer lunch specials, sushi and bubble tea. I would recommend their Chicken Curry.

Good cheap Chinese food for the area. Went during lunch and it wasn't crowded at all. Would recommend if you work downtown and are looking to get away and have some piece and quiet 9n Frankfort Avenue.

I had sweet and sour chicken luncheon. It was hard and too much breading on the chicken. . Tough to eat. I had late luck so probably leftover and reheated from earlier in the day. Couldn't eat because it was "doughy" and tiugh. Doubt I will go back. Oriental House is much better.

Super fast delivery!! We got the steamed dumplings, Chicken fried rice, veggie Lo Mein and General Tso Chicken. It was all delicious!! Each item comes with a packet containing plastic wear and soy, cookie etc. We will definitely order from here again.

Solid little Chinese place in a great are. Their sushi is good and fresh, and comparable to higher end sushi restaurants. My only complaint is that the actual restaurant needs to be cleaned more, as in someone needs to regularly be wiping down the tables. Besides that though, it was good food, good prices, and quick Chinese food! The bento boxes are very generous.

They give u the least amount of food in lunch specials. They got my order wrong the only time I dined in. Twice I have placed a carryout and they didn't start cooking the food til I got there with no record of my carryout order I called. I arrived 15 minutes after I called in my order and the other time 20 minutes after. Only 3 times I have been there and it gets worse each time. Nobody wants to wait an extra 10 minutes after calling in a carryout order and I never have had this problem at any other chinese restuarants with bigger orders than the service I have received.

The best place for Chinese food in the area. I live close by and have been visiting for months and never had a bad experience with the staff and the food has always been top quality. It's also nice to have a place on Frankfort Ave. that's open on Sunday and doesn't break the bank.

*looks* like a hole in the wall from the outside, but that's deceiving. Very clean, clean bathrooms as well. Great food. Have only had issues on orders when getting more than 4 entrees on to-go during peak hours and i think there was a new guy taking my order. In over 20 visits I've never gotten an order i was unhappy with, but they have accidentally substituted orders. If you're driving a long way home it'll still be boiling hot when you get there, but maybe double check the receipt to see that the person who rang you up didn't hit the wrong thing.

I have order from them thousands of time and now when I call they say the will NOT DELIVER to my place of work, even tho they have before . They Just lost my business. That is just horrible customer service, like how are you just going to stop delivering to a place where thousands of people work at. You just lost a Big business

I placed an online order at 6:16 PM, they said it will take 35 minutes, after 50 minutes i called them and asked if everything was ok with my order, they said: it’s all good, your food will be there in 20 minutes, after 35 more minutes i called again and asked why it take that long, they said the delivery guy left the restaurant with my food and will be at my door at any moment, again finally after 20 more minutes called them one more time and this time was another person who answered the phone, i obviously was upset and disappointed and they just say that it was an issue with the credit card for the payment, REALLY? After almost 2 hrs and so many calls between the customer and the person who answered the phone to take orders, they didn’t realize that it was a mistake on the order, more than that, they lied to me when the say the food was on the way and still the last person i talked to instead of solve the problem, was trying to convince me that the other person never lied to me, ok, too many chances to this place, the loose a good customer, now we’re hungry after 2 hours waiting for someone who didn’t a good job, it’s a chance that they are not doctors saving lives.
