I ordered the catfish dinner with the baked potato, corn and a salad. The catfish had a bad smell and taste. I informed the waiter and he took my plate and brought me the bill with the catfish dinner still on it. When I went to pay I informed the cashier and she said did you tell the waiter and then still charged me for the dinner. So I spent 10.95 on a meal I did not get to eat.

This isn't a gourmet place. What it is, a nice well run restaurant, clean, excellent service, serving good basic fare at very reasonable prices. We visit now and again when we're in the area and are never disappointed.

The food was good and everything. My mom (Jessica Collins) got a complaint for paying attention to our table more. It was a birthday table and it was her grandson. She wasn’t talking to us barley, except for when we needed something or the two children just wanted to say thank you or something. I understand she has a job, but she’s trying to have a good time doing it. Also didn’t get happy birthday song for the birthday child. That’s all. -restaurant has good food, good service, and great chicken strips

Usually i have good service and food but the last two Saturdays i have called in my to go order and it has been incorrect, i made sure this Saturday that i went over the details of the order and the lady repeated them back , i ordered a Southwestern omlet and hold the green peppers when i got it home i received a Denver omlet, i tried talking with a manager but of course they was all to busy to speak to me....thanks again for my disappointing breakfast.

After walking to two other places that turned out to be close Sundays, i found this place. Quickly seated and served cold sweet tea. Ordered the Sunday special (steak and shrimp). The shrimp was good, deep fried. Roll was pretty bad, like 2 days old. Baked potato was good but they use a thin, cheap, aluminum foil which got mixed into the potato. The steak....the steak was bad. Tasted like they boiled it and seared it. No flavor, no texture. Choice, i doubt it. I ordered Med rare, it was well done. But it was so thin i doubt it would matter. Wont be back here.

We really enjoyed Pullman's. We took our 2 boys on a random weekday afternoon and there was maybe one other customer there. We were treated VERY nicely and got to sit at the train table. It has a miniature train set inside the table. The food was good! Pretty much what you would expect from a family Cafe. Very well kept with nice train related decor around the entire resutrant. Men's restroom was clean overall. The spinach and artichoke dip was great! Enjoyed the chocolate cake and coconut pie for dessert. Would definitely visit again.

Always a true delight to order any delicious entree on their menu that presents good variety at a very reasonable cost for the hearty portion of homemade food you will never forget. I also love the historic railroad designed and oriented theme the building presents, because my grandfather and father both retired from Sante Fe Railroad, Kansas.

Pretty simple ingredients, and an uncomplicated menu. HOWEVER what makes this place stand apart is they make many of their menu items from scratch. Their syrup is out of this world. And their pancake batter is the same.

Very good service was seated and brought drink right away. I had the Liver and onions which is a Pullman specialty and it was excellent. Also had soup baked potato with butter and sour cream and a roll at a very reasonable price.

A reliable, but unremarkable restaurant with the usual collection of uninspired fare. Maybe it's your thing, and you say, "Yes, all my food should come with potatoes in some form and always with a gravy." But there's a lot of places to eat like this, and even with the potential to have some sort of interesting train theme, you have to move beyond dirty carpets and crooked pictures on the wall.

Nice little family restaurant close to the river in Leavenworth KS. Moderate pricing. Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, corn, and roll, $10. Friendly staff. Didnt rate higher because my chicken fried steak was overcooked and a bit bland. My wife's Reuben was outstanding.

Honestly, this was a nice little gem with great scenery as we ate our food. Has music that plays sounds like jazz which is interesting. I timed how long service would be after placing an order and we waited only 11 minutes and 30 mins! Talk about service in a timely manner! Anyways, we got seated right away when we arrived and got our drinks, the staff was very friendly! I do recommend for family, and friends!

This place literally has almost every meal you could possibly crave. Extremely friendly staff, and a nice down home atmosphere. It feels like you're sitting down for dinner with family in your home. Highly recommend any of their burgers, but to be honest I haven't seen a single thing on this menu that wasn't delicious and large portions. One of our favorite lunch date spots.

A wonderful ma & pa find, located just outside KC! The drive was absolutely beautiful coming from the Northland to Leavenworth. Hands down BEST Hamburger & fries! The menu was all very reasonably priced. The train decor was super cute & kept my 3 year old entertained.

Service was very good, I had issues with the quality of the KC strip breakfast. The steak was chewy and of poor quality. I don't know about the rest of the food there, the rest of my meal was good. I will not return because I really love to have steak when I go out. I have yet to find any good steak places in Leavenworth.

My girlfriend and I were in town for a couple of days and asked Google for area restaurants. We decided to try Pullman Place and were so glad we did. Since it was listed as a family restaurant we thought it would probably be more agreeable to our taste and was. Everyone there were VERY helpful and friendly. The salmon, pork chops, vegetables and chilli were delicious. The salad was fresh. We plan to go back if in the area again. One plus is it's only about two blocks from the Missouri River with a nice river front park to walk in.
