What makes go there is the salty peppered shrimp that is sooo delicious! But there Lo Mein is NOT THE BEST NO FLAVOR! Same with the RICE! I basically have to drive to Dodge City to eat super good Chinese Food like I LOVE LOTUS GARDEN AND KINGS in Dodge City the Lo Mein is AWESOME!!! And the RICE WOW! Jade Buffet needs to make there food better tasting sorry.

This place sucks. I’m not sure if i came in the wrong time or what it is but there was no food left it wasn’t even warm. The only thing that was good was the water. Like honestly what happened to all the chefs?? There were more people than there is food. The cream cheese in the crab won tong was spoiled, the soup was pretty bad. I don’t even know anymore, the food was just bad.

I was afraid to go because of the mixed reviews but we finally tried it because I was craving Chinese badly. The food was hot and fresh, we were seated quickly, the bar was stocked, they kept up on refills and dirty dishes, and it fulfilled my craving. Only giving 4 stars because a couple things we ate weren't great, mostly texture wise. And because the bathroom trashcans were overflowing, but they were also very busy (Friday night). But I think once we figure out what we like we will have a better experience next time we visit. Because we will be going back again.

I have been here multiple times before but the quality trends slowly doenwards as time progresses. The food is okay but there is some issues this place has that are not directly related to the food but the service. Cost here is about 11.99 per person if you go past 4 i think it is more because they serv mussels. You are not likely to get anythough because they only fill the containers once an our so if there is a single mussel, shrimp or strand of noodle they will bang around and stir the pot never filling it but once an hour. If uou go as soon as they open though becarful because sometimes they dump in the leftovers from the night before. You can tell because the food will either be dry and hard or hard and stale. Something I dont like about yhe place is the drinks the soda and the water here has a bit of an off taste. Soda machine probably hasnt been washed. To wrap up though I eat here because it is the only chinese buffet in town. Sometimes the waitresses and the manager get into arguments pretty fun to watch.

I eat at Jade Buffet at least once per month. I use to eat there more often when I lived in Garden City. I like the food and the service and atmosphere has gotten better. The remodel is nice. I would have rated it higher except for the fact the last 6 times I have gone there, half the items were out/empty on the buffet and the other half were at room temperature. I have found that they put out all fresh food items every two hours. 12 - 2 - 4 - 6 - 8 pm. That one hour window after those hours are the best times to go. The food when fresh and hot, is delicious. It is the only Chinese food place in Garden that we eat at.

They went to seat me and I asked for a seat so I could watch my truck and for some reason I felt like they were talking trash in Korean I got a glass of water and never seen a waiter or waitress again and went to pay it was huddle breaking at a football game they didn't have ticket and nobody knew anything last time there was an older waitress I am guessing was an owner but she kept saying something again in Korean and I asked her what she said and she became really defensive and I asked the guy at the counter what she said he said o nothing and to be honest they scream across the restaurant where everybody can hear it they bring kids to work and they run around like it's a play ground but the service to me is just ridiculous here never have I ate a place where the wait staff screams Korean across the place

Gross...just gross. Its baffling why anyone would go to eat here. The service is disrespectful, the cooks have foul manners and gross habits (picking nose at the buffet and wiping on their apron, then handling food). More than one time I have left without eating more than 1 bite because of some disgusting act a worker commited right in front of me. Never going back and would advise against this place. I hate leaving reviews like this but wow!!!

Horrible servers! I went with 2 of my friends one wasn’t going to eat and the waiters took the fork he wasn’t using and the napkin that he was using. When we asked for the napkin back they said it needed to be reused or else they wouldn’t have enough napkins. The food is so so honestly I’ve tried better Chinese places in Garden than this one.

Waiter charge me 5 drinks because i told him diet coke was nasty and i change to tea i told waiter about it and he brought the manager and he told me that's what i had to pay!! Told nicely that he needs to take care of customer to check the pop himself and he said he don't worry about it cause he had alot of poeple!! Over all food is not bad though!!!

Have not been here for many years and was so glad we decided to stop. They get pretty busy around 12:30. No wait to be seated. Staff is extremely good. Well stocked buffet and they keep it that way. Think we will stop more often when we are in town and have the time.

One of the better/only asian buffet restaurant in greater GC area. They offer a variety of different foods, the Salmon, and Hong Kong beef I respect, and depending on the day you'll get a clean buffet with great service, or a little dirty dining experience like a rice grain on a clean plate, though it hasn't happend recently you might get a waitress complaining to you about tip, if you want to feel some guilt and pay her a little more you can, or smile ear to ear as you take your whole tip back, all in all your going to feel like a greasy bloat after dinner here. Pro tip: do take out, avoid the tip, sometimes cheaper, and might as well be comfortable at home on your bed/floor while you fight off a food coma from eating 3lbs of meat on stick and general's chicken.
