Enjoyed a stop here for lunch on Saturday. Good choices and a nice taco bar of toppings. I tried a trio og soft shelled tacos with 3 types of meat and all flavors were good. Chips were good and main salsa good. Decent service and prices. Thanks!

It's a relaxed casual place so it's great for any occasion.. dinner with your other person, unwind after a long day, catch up with friends, or a work meeting.. good food, great drink selection (restaurant and bar) I recommend their margaritas (many flavors) Mon & Tuesday are their 99¢ days. Don't forget to try the best cheese dip with your chips. Hint: it goes great with the margaritas lol

If I could give 0 stars that would be my rating. There was one waiter who didn't attend to my table. We sat for 20 minutes waiting to get our ticket. I need a box and the waiter ignored us. And the restaurant wasn't busy. There was only 4 tables in the place.

This place was amazing. Stopped in on a road trip for the 4th time now and the place was packed. Ordered food for 6 people and had it all in less than 5 minutes. Everything was tasty and the staff was very friendly. We always leave extremely satisfied. Recommend

A little out of the way off I-70, but well worth it in my opinion. The staff was very friendly, we came in right as they were closing and the happily accommodated us. The food was very good, and the prices were fair. Would definitely eat here again!

Excellent Mexican food located close to Fort Hays State University. Great for the college crowd. Has an excellent food menu, bar menu, and daily specials. There is rarely a wait, and the food is exactly as advertised--filling and delicious.

Was in Hays for the evening and my cousin recommend Cancun. Was not disappointed. Great and quick service, like super quick. Our food was out in no time. I loved their salsa bar because I don't have to wait for the waiter/waitress just to ask for limes. And their Sangia was delicious. Will definitely be coming back, thanks to my Cousin for the recommendation.

Just went there last night 7/26/19 I had a party of 4, and got seated promptly. When our waiter finally decided to get to our table, he got our drinks and didn't return for almost 20 mins. We ordered an appetizer as well which came out with our food. Everyone in our party had received their food except for one, which took an additional 23 mins to come out. The waiter never came to check up on us, we had to flag him down for napkins, and refills. After we paid and got home I ended up getting food poisoning for the rest of the evening. I use to enjoy coming to Cancun for date nights with my husband, but after the way our waiter treated (ignored) us and the food poisoning I will not be returning. I agree with the other reviews the customer service has gone down dramatically.

I stopped in on a weeknight. I was alone and I usually get put in a bad seat when I am by myself. I actually call myself the invisible customer. I went in and was seated right in front of the kitchen door. Not my favorite place to be but I figured at least I wouldn't be ignored. The waiter came and brought my drink and chips right away. My order was taken shortly after that. I decided I wanted a margarita and When the waiter returned I would order one. That is another way I rate service, whether or not they stop by my table to see how things are going Halfway through my meal(which was delicious by the way) The waiter checked on me and he brought me a margarita immediately and told me it was on the house. I was so impressed and pleased with this restaurant. I told my husband we would go back together soon.

Steady quick service and a consistent product. Best mexican food in hays. For me the salsa bar really sets it apart. Options for those who like it spicy and those who dont. Great keto freindly options with a little creativity. We have often brought large groups in with no advanced warning and been able to get seated immediately and served quickly.

Excellent place! This is my second time at Cancun Mexican Grill and I only have good things to talk about it. The environment is relaxed and elegant at the same time, well decorated, well taken care, and clean! Bathroom was clean, too! The food: first time I went I ordered a burrito and it was much better than the average burrito in other places. That was a good sign! Today I ordered Steak Ranchero - a 12oz T-bone made to perfection! The steak came sizzling, it was juicy and tender. Just divine! The ranchero sauce is spicy and delicious, with a light taste of tamarindo, if my palate was right. Great flavor! The sides were a mix of veggies - not the regular frozen broccoli and carrots we see around - but made-from-scratch: sauted red potatoes, fresh mushrooms, zuchinni, onions... And delicious refried beans. All in all, it was (again) a great pleasure to eat at Cancun. :)

I might even drive 1.5 hrs to eat there if I feel like Mexican food. Awesome place. Some of the best salsa I've had in a Mexican restaurant, it was more than just flavored tomato sauce
