As a Wichita native living in the Seattle area, I've been away from good BBQ for 22 years. My old favorites are gone, but I heard good things about this place. I have to say, it was great and even open until 10pm on a Sunday. It looks great, had very good service and my grouchy mother in law left with a big smile on her face. Heck, that was worth 5 stars on it's own. Looking forward to visiting again.

Wow. Had not been to B&C in over a year and what a change. The new remodel is very cool, I was very impressed. Buffet was excellent, I tried a number of different meats and all were moist and tender. Will not wait so long to return and with the excellent selection of craft beers on tap now and the fact they are open late may have to begin doing more then just lunch. Also have nice tv's everywhere.

It's good not great waiting in line like I'm in middle school again to get my food sucks but I have my favs over here so I deal with it. No lids for your drinks and I wish they had a sweet slaw or offered pie for dessert instead of chocolate pudding.

I've been going here for almost 10 years and it has always been great tasting food that does not run out. The hot links are real hotlinks, not some wishy washy sausages. I like it because you can get all the ribs you want plus everything else. I always bring guests here.

I had the brisket dinner with baked beans and fries. The portions were very generous. The fries were cooked well and seasoned with salt and pepper. My friend got the pulled pork dinner with the spicy beans and fries. The spicy beans had a bit of jalepeno in every bite to kick it up a notch. It has an open floor plan with TVs all around on sports. Best BBQ I have had in Wichita. Great smoke flavor. Amazing variety of meats all were very good. If you like garlic, coleslaw pretty amazing. Great food and the line moves pretty quick. My toddler loved eating here because of the salad bar! They've got any meat you can imagine that's typically thrown on the grill. Worth the money.

Another hidden gem of Wichita with odd parking. Not a huge buffet but what they have is fantastic and as much as you want!!! Mouth watering brisket, ribs, beans. Its pricey but with good reason. Inconvienant times to eat.

First off... I worked for 3 and a half years as a pit master at a barbecue. I know smoked meats... I know prepping sides. They Seriously the best barbecue in Wichita. Their buffet is something to behold... it has every meat you could want to eat... maybe not burnt ends, don't remember seeing those. I eat my Q sauceless and this place is the best in town for it. It's all plenty juicy and flavorful. I would totally go back more often if i could justify the price of the buffet.

This place is so awesome the set up the buffet is super delicious my kids absolutely loved it and I was so happy we went here. The meat all of it was tender the salad bar was super fresh and the baked beans super delicious. If you go to wichita you have to go here. The meat doesn't have sauce on it and truth be told it don't need it the buffet is from 11-2 you need to go there. ENJOY

Stopped here for the lunch buffet during a work trip. Didn't quite know what to expect after hearing a recommendation from a colleague, but it turned out to be great. Very airy atmosphere, BBQ was scrumptious (spicy beans were solid) and great service. If I find myself in Wichita again in the future and have a craving for barbeque I'll stop here.

This is a cool spot!! We came here later in the evening, so they were out of ALOT of menu items. I ended up with the ribs, they were so tender and flavorful, and fell off the bone. The baked potato bar was eh, but they made up for it with the Mac and cheese. It was excellent, very rich and creamy.

I took my office team there for lunch. It is buffet style so if that turns you off, don't go. However you will be missing some VERY good and wide ranging BBQ. They serve up ribs, chicken, pork, sausage and sometimes a few other surprises. Very nice salad bar as well with a garlic infused cole slaw with bite that you must try. By the looks of the building, you just drive by and not give it a second thought. You should give lunch a try here. They also make their own regular and spicy BBQ sauce which hits the spot.

First thing I wanna say about this place is that it is VERY reasonable when it comes to price. Open for lunch only and get there early! I pulled into the parking lot at 10:50 and there was already a line forming so you know the food is good! Everything you can think of when it comes to BBQ: beans, coleslaw, potato salad, ribs, brisket, hot links, even chicken, ham, and turkey and that’s not even everything! The staff is super friendly and I recommend everyone check out this great restaurant.

Just got into town from Texas, for a family members graduation dinner. Got her with 15 other family and friends. Got in and was seated right away. Waitress took our drink orders, disappeared for about ten minutes, came back with water and a few other fountain drinks, but had to go back And disappeared again. When she did return, we got our food ordered. About 5 minutes later, she comes back and says they are out of Brisket and pork??? Really! I go the BBQ places all over Texas and they never ran out. I hope my replacement order arrived soon. Been here an hour and half with nothing but a so so salad. Running out of food would make since, if the place was packed for dinner, but there isn’t that many customers here. Really the WORSE BBQ place. Would never recommend this place. Come to Texas and get delicious Brisket that doesn’t will not run out of.

Wonderful food! Our new favorite BBQ place. Love that it is locally owned. The buffet is well stocked with tasty meats and sides. It is also priced right. The only thing on it we didn't care for was the Cole slaw. We are excited about their upcoming expanding all day hours, menu ordering and liquor (beer) sales.

Would be five stars for the buffet is but they lose a star for the new dinner service as the menu items are limited, portions are small and prices are high. Potato bar is a joke. Sour cream and bacon bits. Had to ask for butter. If you want other toppings you are limited to what is on the salad bar. For the price forget it. And the drink is extra. The buffet is the only way to go. They really need to rethink the dinner service.

Had a late lunch on Sunday during the Jacksonville Kansas City Chiefs game. Was seated in the bar section and had to stop at waitress to get some water. Really good BBQ! We arrived on Thursday for the buffet. There were only two meat options left for the BBQ. We were told we would be charged full buffet price for though the full buffet would not be available. Really though? At most, there should be a discount(10-15%) if there are less than 3 meat options. We opted and paid for menu items. This unfortunately took 40 minutes. I know good BBQ takes a long time but 40 minutes is entirely too long! Since it is a BBQ restaurant, may be have a cornbread plate start while waiting for food could be helpful (sweet cornbread, jalapenos cornbread, cheesy cornbread, corny cornbread,...you get the point) Just for the wait alone! Overall, I would go again and recommend.

Top quality all-you-can-eat BBQ for $13.50 out the door. The ribs are very good and are worth coming for just for those. They've got it all. Brisket, Pulled Pork, Turkey, Chicken, Pork Loin and all the fixings. Nice interior, good service, well kept and run. I would absolutely come back.

This place was terrific! It is a buffet style, all you can eat, BBQ joint. Atmosphere was very cool and industrial. The only drawback..... We had to wait in line to eat as it was very busy! While I say it was worth the wait, it would have been nice to be able to have a couple lines to cut down the wait. Check it out. You won't be disappointed!

Great BBQ (and that’s coming from a Texan!) Ordered the rib plate with the spicy baked beans and garlic slaw. WOW! Portions were generous. Everything was very good. Their house BBQ sauces are nice too...the spicy, a little too for my taste, and the regular, a little too sweet. BUT Life Pro Tip: mix them 50/50...BAM! Restaurant was very clean and wait staff very attentive. Will definitely return.

Wait staff are kind, but very slow. Food is good. Got busier as we were leaving an hour later. The younger staff aren't very astute, but the more seasoned do seem to keep things going. *My friend wanted to go there, she wanted me to try their food. It was not busy at around 4pm but the wait staff are just not very mindful of checking on customers. The stand around a lot, but when you have to ask others for take home boxes or the check. That's bad right. This happened twice in 5 days. This visit... She order a White Russian, then sent it back because it was made wrong. Was surprised by the portions on Sunday. Ribs, baked beans, potatoe salad, mac & cheese. But didn't like the mac & cheese, either.

Excellent meats & service. The 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. food Bar is the best for me. When you are on menu only through the dinner time they offer only 1 meat and no combinations that I can find on the menu. So what I ordered a plate and ask for one rib I guess corporate does not allow food to be served in that form.So in my case it's just best to come in at the 11 to 2 to get what I want and how much I want.

This is the first time I've been here since the big remodel. The place looks great and I'm relieved that the food is just as good as I remember it. Love the garlic slaw, the chicken is great, ribs, brisket, all good stuff. I've always eaten the "all you can eat" buffet, haven't had the regular table service, but all considered, it was a great experience.

Have done the buffet at $13:50 which is great. Can't eat two plus plates anymore, so the night time plate with two sides for $12.00 is saving me money and still can't eat it all. Rate the night time better for one can have a beer/drink and not worrying about getting back to work. Five stars on both aspects.

What a great place for lunch. I have never been to a BBQ buffet before and I was a little worried the quality wouldn't be so good. I was pleased to find that not only was good but it was delicious! I tried everything from ribs to hot link sausage. Not a single thing wasn't awesome. I think my favorite was the sirloin. We brought all of our kids and there was enough seating and food choices for everyone.

The service is TRASH . The servers are so unapologetic. The bbq nothing special. I prefer hog wild .... After waiting for an hour for my mediocre bbq, the food was room temperature... Ewww , they also refilled my sprite with water

Very affordable. No booths. Open floor plan with big doors open in summer. Super delicious. Friendly service

Service was a little slow but I don't think it was our waitresses fault. I think there was an issue in the kitchen. Food was great though. Ribs were amazing and the spicey beans did not disappoint.

The food is really good. The restaurant looks great. The noise level is at the typical industrial space volume. It is not likely to get through the line a second time in an average lunch schedule.

Wow. Renovations make this place practically unrecognizable since my last visit. Very good food. Ribs are great. Brisket is great. Only thing not great is the price. But hey, it's AYCE BBQ, so you should expect to spend a little.
