The restaurant is beautiful and rustic, just perfect and modern and fun for the whole family or a night out! Their food truck service is amazing. It's new, a couple of blocks off Armour in NKC. It's small, for the time being. Everyone was friendly. We missed trying them last Saturday because they were not open for lunch. We went back for lunch on Tuesday. We had empanadas (good with the chimi sauce) and the sandwich Pamperes (I think that's the spelling). It's sliced tenderloin with cheese and greenery. It comes with fries. Very good. It would be exceptional if the meat had been more tender. We'll be going back! This may be a new hidden gem.

I had my meal made fresh and to me within minutes, the fries were perfect, the PO Boy Shrimp Sandwich was delicate and light, the shrimp were perfect and the tea was fantastic. Great service.

I love Chef Tito's food and now he has options for gluten free and lo carb dieters. The Cafe hours are 10:30am - 1:30pm M-F. They offer catering and a food truck. Check this place out!

So, tonight I ended up in North Kansas City where I stopped in at a very nice little restaurant known as American Fusion Cafe. Sitting in a brick building along Swift Street this is a full-service Cafe along with a food truck. To be honest with you I really went in there looking for a Cuban sandwich, I had seen a picture of one on both Yelp and Google Maps. But when I got there, I was told they serve those only at lunch, somewhat of a disappointment, but not a deal killer. So, sitting down at the bar I order up a beer and start looking the menu over. It didn't take me long to find something that looked quite interesting. They have a dish they call it Fish Al Ajillo. This is a Caribbean style dish of tender grilled Corvina fish in a flavorful olive oil, garlic, ajillo pepper and white wine sauce. Served with rice and vegetables. This was a beautiful piece of white, flaky, delicious, perfectly prepared fish on a plate with that delicious white wine and olive oil sauce, with just the right amount of garlic so as not to overpower the wine and oil. The veggies were left slightly crunchy, just the way I like them. Although I'm not too much of a fan of rice, it came in pretty handy towards the end of the meal, I smashed it down into that sauce and soaked it all up, it made the rice taste really good! This turned out to be a very tasty meal! Well Done American Fusion Cafe! Well Done Indeed!

This place has incredible food. Had a chicken tender sandwich that blew my hair back. The breading was delicious, flavorful, soft, and, so far as I can imagine and describe, perfect. Their fries were crisp and tasty, too. This place is well worth the trip.
