I've been eating here for 15 years, have had literally everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. But my go to is the chicken club always done up to perfection with a mound of fries. My family enjoys our weekly visits and bring greeted by Eddie every time. All around one of the best diners out there. Friendly and prompt service without fail.

Excellent food and friendly service!! Staff was all very pleasant and responsive. The food was great diner style food! The portions were a little on the small side, but probably better that way. The wait was about 30 minutes with the place about 1/2 full and only 2 staff waiting tables.

SNACK TIME is absolutely by far the best place to go for breakfast lunch and dinner. Eddie and Lil Eddie have a way of making your bad day better and your good day the best. The atomespher is so warm and welcoming and the food is fantastic and very reasonable and you will never leave Snack time hungry that's for sure. Everybody should give it a try. You'll be happy you did

Small Town restaurant with exceptional food. It's small and quiet. Family owned. Fresh food that's all made to order. The prices are great compared to portion sizes. Will be visiting again to try some lunch/ dinner menu options.

Of course I wish that they were open more hours, as we're from Ames and don't make it up that often..but the food is always absolutely delicious. Small diner charm that feels like home. I'm a ranch fanatic and I absolutely adore their ranch!! Service is always fast and friendly.

I'm sure this place has been a staple of Nevada for quite some time and I apologize if anyone feels I'm being needlessly disrespectful or inflammatory for posting this review. That said, I wanted to share my recent experience at this restaurant. Staff was friendly enough, the place looked a bit sketchy though, weird layout, dated, and a pungent greasey smell hung in the air. So pungent in fact, it clung to my clothes long after leaving. I first ordered a water, and was surprised to discover that water was already provided ON the table, contained in a dirty plastic pitcher against the wall, it was room temperature. The food was... terrible, I'd describe the quality in taste and appearance as something identical to school cafeteria lunch. Bland, salty, and obviously comprised of cheap, frozen, pre-processed garbage. I'm aware these small town places have a very passionate and dedicated clientele, and again, it's not my intention to personally offend anyone. I'd like to imagine that this place was once a fantastic hole in the wall, but I would not recommend anyone eat here if they're looking for a diner in town.

we were greeted promptly by at least 3 friendly people. Service was super fast and friendly. Food was very good with generous helpings and the chef was able to cook my elderly mother's breakfast to meet her special dietary needs!! I will definitely be returning!
