So we’re on a road trip and need to stop for a bite and decided Quiznos. I walked in and it didn’t even seem like anybody even cared or acknowledged that we were there. No “Welcome in” or even a glance. We had started scanning the menu and felt rushed by their staff. I have a big family and most of them had no clue what to order. As we were moving through the line we received ugly looks from the staff. As I was checking out I asked for a combo and the cashier seemed very confused. I get to my seat and start eating only to taste that instead of mayo on my French dip, he put horseradish sauce... tasted horrible. Thank you, Jackson Hole Quiznos, for the terrible customer service and food. If you’re road tripping I recommend you go to subway up the road.

Best sandwich show in the trip cities area! I love their bread and the sandwiches are loaded with fresh sliced ingredients and toasted to a perfect temperature to release the amazing aromas from the ingredients and sauces on which ever sandwich you chose. Eating here makes my heart dance.

A male manger was working the cash register and he was incredibly rude to me. I also heard him criticizing his employees in front of all the customers, which I thought was very unprofessional. Definitely the micro-management type. The gyro was good, which is why I'm giving this two stars, but I will not be returning to this location.

I didn't so much love the food as much as I loved seeing a Quiznos. For some reason I thought they all shut down. The tater tots are not good. They would benefit from some form of seasoning or something. I have a pretty low bar for tater tots as they are kind of a perfect food. So minus one star for that.

I asked repeatedly for no onions only to find onions on the sandwich and on top of that i ordered loaded tots that were under cooked and had a slice of burnt cheese on top but was charged for jalapeños and bacon (of which were not on there). Let alone the fact that whoever was making the food looked very under experienced, while the other looked extremely sick and should not have been around any food. Very disappointed in my experience and definitely will not be going back.

Horrible customer service and attendance from the 2 ladies at the counter. I've been on the road for 4 days and decided to ask if it was ok to bring my pet and sit him by the table with me. I definitely understood their denial, but they didn't have to treat me or my family with disrespect. Needless to say, I left the place and went across the street to Applebee's, where they actually allowed myself, family and pet come inside and sit all together at their table.

Subs were good and for $5, they were a great deal. Rewards program is a plus as well. Floors and tables were dirty and we were the only customers the entire time we ate. Outside Quizno's sign was not lit up so we had to look for the restaurant since we drove past without seeing it rhe first time.

Quiznos in my opinion is the only respectable commercial Sub chain around here. The rest do not compare. Their ingredients are delicious and are of a far higher quality. Never had a bad experience at any Quiznos, my Sub is always delicious.

We will not be going to this location again. We are local and have been regular customers. The owner is rude and condescending. My wife ordered the same sandwich that she always does. She asked for no tomatos and onions and the owner pointed at the menu and said in a rude tone of voice, “we make the sandwich exactly how it is written on the menu”. He then turns to me and sarcastically asked, “do you want tomatos and onions on your sandwich?” There is nothing wrong with what he said except his demeanor and tone of voice. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Unfortunately this is not the first bad interaction that I have had with him. I thought the first couple of times I just caught him on a bad day but it has become a regular occurance. I don’t care if he wants to be rude to me if I still get a good sandwich! But it’s uncalled for and will not be tolerated when he is rude to my wife and kids in front of me. Hopefully he reads this and figures something out because there are other negative reviews about him and some of his employees.

Food was good and quick, however, the bathroom door lock is easily unlocked from the outside. I was using the restroom and another person opened it while it was locked. If this issue is addressed, I'd easily rate this a 5 star.

I used to love Quiznos. But the one in Gillette is TERRIBLE. The old lady was very rude. The blond one was mouthy I’m pretty sure it was the owner. No tables were clean seats were dirty, the trashes were full, overflowing full and the price was outrageous. Definitely do NOT recommend going there!!!!

Taste is good but the value isn't. Ordered a full chicken ranch salad for about 7.50 and was not full. The amount of salad and substance (chicken and bacon) was lacking. Ordered the daily special which on Sunday was an 8 inch honey ham club for $5. That was a better deal. Also ordered a steak 8 inch and was disappointed in the amount of steak for 8.50 or so. $2 for a drink. The jalapeno and pepper with sauces bar is still there and the unique highlight of the visit, but the containers were small (i took 6 pepperoncinis and felt bad bc it seemed to deplete available resources). Togo containers at the bar are nice. The toppings are preset per sandwich and there doesn't seem to be a charge for asking for extras. But they usually won't ask you how you like it like they don't want you to make it your way. The gyro special looked awesome on the poster.

Walked in to have lunch after a doctor's appointment and the entire place was disgusting. Not a single table was clean. We decided to go somewhere else. I understand that lunch rush happens and things get busy but when an employee sees someone leave a table, it should be sanitized immediately. Very disappointed with how the place looked. Definitely won't return either.

One of the very few Quiznos left in the area. I have always been a fan of their sandwiches. This particular restaurant I feel could use an overhaul. It always feels dirty, and a little cramped. Most of this is due to it's age. It has been here for a long time.
