We came here for the happy hour specials with our two children. After ordering our food, we were then informed that the happy hour prices are only available at the bar. Which we can't sit at, because we have children. The service was slow, and the hostess was rude. We will NEVER come back. This place just lost a customer.

This was our first time going to Quaker Steak & Lube. It was unlimited wing night, so the place was busy, but we went after the dinner rush, so it was later in the evening. We had to wait to be seated, but not long. However, when it came to getting our food it took quite a while to come to us (almost an hour). We didn't order much, just some wings and mac n cheese. The fried pickles were great, but you don't get much for the price. The food was good, service was trying her best, but we'll have to give it another go to really get a good feel for the place.

I won't be going back as the prices are too high for the amount of food you receive. The host who seated us was very courteous and knew what she was doing. I believe her name was Taly or something close to that. I believe the owner should take more pride in his employees and check more on his all over managers.

There was a while there where QS&L really had poor staff in the kitchen and waiting tables. They have really turned it around the last few times I have gone. I will happily be back.

This was a first visit for my family and we really enjoyed it! My husband is very into hot sauce and did the hot wing challenge. He completed it in just over 6 minutes (though they don't time you) and recieved a t-shirt. He said the sauce is definitely HOT! I ordered the fish and chips and it was hands down one of the best I've ever had. Our table also ordered the loaded magna fries for an appetizer and they were yummy.(really regret not capturing pictures of our food!) The atmosphere of the whole place is really great and our waitress (Abby) was the best! Definitely hope to return there again when back in the area!

This place is great! They have classic motorcycles and cars hanging from the walls and ceiling, with TVs showing a variety of sports. My favorite appetizer is the Bavarian pretzel sticks (loaves really) with their signature cheese dipping sauce. You can't go wrong with the nachos, burgers, or anything else I've tried. Their wings are also fantastic. On our most recent visit, the service manager (William?) stopped by our table. He was truly interested in striking up conversation and seeing if we needed anything, which went above and beyond the table visits I'm accustomed to receiving from managers at other places.

I just wanted to leave a compliment for your waitress Abby at the Council Bluffs Quaker Steak & Lube this wednesday. She is a top notch employee. We rarely go out as a family and when we have, service is always eh at restaurants nowadays. But Abby was on her game when we visited. She was quick with refills, we never had to ask. She brought what we needed for our children without having to request it. Overall polite, friendly, and a great work ethic. Thank you Abby & chefs for the great night out!

It's ok. I went there because the boss was treating all the drivers. I had prime rib. Well done. Tasted great. Personally I'd probably not go on my own if I wasn't being treated. Just a wee bit too loud. And a bit pricey. But don't let that stop you. If you're in a large group or family, it might be right down your alley!

The service was very good. The food was terrible. I had the pulled pork sandwich. No amount of sauce could help it. I'm not even sure it was pork! I took 3 bites, hoping with each one that it was just me. If the lack of flavor hadn't put me off, the color of the meat would have. It was an unappetizing gray. I would recommend this restaurant to no one.

Nice restaurant, service was good. Ordered the Asian chicken salad and was disappointed. This was my meal and the portion received was very small. I would not even consider it a half portion. Felt for what they charged for it it should have been bigger.

I love this place. Every time I go I try something new but the lube burger is my favorite! The chairs are flimsy and makes me a little nervous to sit in them but so far I’ve never seen anyone fall out of them.

This was our first time going and I have always wanted to try it. The place is very cute and unique! It is crazy to see a Corvette on the side of the wall!! And also all the bikes hanging from the ceiling!! Super cool! We went on a Thursday where they had 20 boneless wings and side for $10!!! That is an amazing deal! They have a variety of sauces to choose from!! They were very big and meaty!! Super yummy!! Also their fried pickles....DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

Being seated was annoying was told there was no booths when there was one. We were not directed to a table to sit at; the hostess just stared at us until I asked her what's happening. I then point at the empty booth and say hey there is a booth here and she says I have to wait 5 minutes for an open one because she just seated someone there. But it was empty with no sign of people and nobody showed up there. Then the waitress was okay until we got the check she ignored serving us completely. I had to stop her in order to get the entire table refills. We we're still eating for the most part too. I was sorely disappointed with my visit

Very reasonable pricing. Great sauce selection and fast service with a packed house means minimal wait times. Was quoted an hour for 14 people but the fast service got us a table in 15 minutes i love it and will be back many times with my family. Oh and get a lube tube, its a huge pitcher!

Our waiter Johny was hands down the best waiter I've ever had. He took responsibility right away for a mess up on the order. Glass was never empty. Treated our kids like people and not just a nuisance. I would go back there any time just to get his service. Place was busy as could be, he still took the time to check on us. We came in about 30 minutes to close, he never rushed us at all. Johny you my friend are humble and hospitable. Thank you

Would give this place a 5 star but you only get 1 refill for the orange cream soda, loved it. Food was great. Server was really nice. The atmosphere was different which made it fun. Cars hanging on the wall, from the ceiling along with motor cycles. Plenty of leftovers. Enough for another meal

I've driven past this place for years but decided to stop through and see what the fuss was all about. First time here and we were greeted immediately and seated right away. Very friendly staff. Wow the inside of the place is cool! There are motorcycles hanging from the ceiling, different car parts attached to the walls, everything looks like a motor shop. Very family friendly! Ordered the large onion ring and let me tell you BEST ONION RINGS we have ever had!!! The batter was so light and cripsy... it was hard to stop eating lol. Ordered the Lubeburger which had smoky bacon, signature sauce and American cheese with a side of blue cheese and a side of fries! Food was very flavorful! I'm excited to go back try something different. Just look at that burger YUM!!

The boneless tenders were more like deep fried chicken chunks. For a second I thought it was deli chicken from our local grocer. To top it all off, 2 enters, sides and non-alcoholic beverages for my wife and I= $36.00. OH NO!!

I had a chicken wrap with hot sauce & mayo. Absolutely delicious! Although, for a party of about 25, they had one waitress. She did awesome, however more than one waitstaff would have been appreciated. Clean place for having so many children. Informal. Noisy. Fun place. Prices for a cheap person but wants to eat healthy --> get the chicken wrap. Jesus loves you no matter what you eat. #stayblessed

Very good stop. I was there on unlimited bone in wings night. The wings came hot and ready to eat. The server was very nice and kept my drink full. The interior is awesome there is some on every wall to look at or watch. Highly recommend stopping if you are in the area.

Was not a fan of the boneless wings. They either weren't cooked thoroughly or the meat just had a weird texture. I was drinking a regular Pepsi with my dinner but for the refills the server brought diet Pepsi not once but twice. The table and menu's felt dirty like there was dried food on them. Definitely will not be going back.
