Everything was very good. The food was out quick and tasted great for a small place. Our waitress was hilarious and super friendly. She wasnt afraid to talk with us and joke with us and we had a lot of fun. Went there with a group of 6 and was sat immediately even though they were busy. Only complaint is that they dont do biscuits and grave after 11 and that the carpet could use a good shampooing. Other then that hands down great place.

My family and I came in from out of town, a five hour drive and needed a restaurant for dinner that night. We chose the Creston Family restaurant. The service was poor, the carpet was FILTHY and upon checking out to pay, the young lady never asked how was our meal, took forever to acknowledge we were standing there. Instead she looked at the receipt, looked at me and put her hand out for the money! So VERY rude! Never been treated so poorly!

Never have a had a bad experience at this establishment until tonight. We both order the double bacon super burger deluxe which included fries and soup. Didn't realize till we were done eating that we didn't receive our soup. When we mentioned it the waitress wanted to give it to us then which we declined because we were finished eating and ready to leave. Figured maybe I'd get the price of soup taken off my bill. Go to pay and mention again and about not receiving our soup she apologized said there was nothing they could do and tolde the total. Not pleased and probably won't be returning for awhile!

The staff at the Creston Family Restaurant are always friendly and accommodating. All the breakfast menu items are good with the exception of the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits and gravy are made with cut up sausage links, instead of crumbled sausage which I find to be completely disgusting and repulsive. Outside of breakfast menu items, I would recommend other dining options in the area, as I have not had good luck with lunch and dinner items at this restaurant.

Just no. I wish I hadn’t been starving or dealing with a two year old that was just as hungry. Otherwise I would’ve bailed the moment we walked in. First and foremost THERES CARPET. In the entire establishment, not only is it carpet it’s filthy. The food tasted as bad as the carpet looked.

Not so good this time. Waitress was rather unattentive. Had to wait quite awhile for drink refills and extra napkins. Meatloaf was less than appetizing. I should have had the ham steak others had. It was good. Salad was nothing more than lettuce with a couple of cucumber slices. I've been there and had better.

The service was the best thing about this place, very friendly and accommodating server. Food was as expected. Unfortunately, I got very ill after eating there.. not sure if they used unboiled water (there was a boil order for the county at the time) or washed the dishes/cutlery in it, but it took me a couple days to recover. Probably will not go back.

Wife's steak (medium) was overcooked the first time. Was sent back and got another one that was way undercooked. Finally, the third one was close enough. We could hear the cook and server arguing over it. Not a good experience.

Advertised being open until 2 pm on Thanksgiving. Being an out of town railroader, I looked forward to a Thanksgiving meal. Upon arrival at 12:30 pm, I was told they were out of Turkey and dressing. I was extremely bummed. Why not prepare better? I missed out this Thanksgiving, I guess.

Where do I start, first of all I been a waitress for 17 years. Our table had sugar all over it, our seat was wet, my order our drinks first, then order 15 minutes later, finally got our drinks out, then our waitress left use with NO Straws then when asked for them, she asked for how many. Seriously, theirs 4 drinks, 4 people so we need 4 straws. The bathroom floor in the women's restroom was sticky. We have No silverware at out table and yet we order our food. No Napkins, we only ate there one time and it was during the daytime. Seems to me that they need New Manger. I wont be leaving a tip at all, I'm sorry but the poor service when their not busy at all. Maybe it's cause these high school kids don't really have to work. Being a waiter or waitress is hard work. I know I worked at Cracker Barrel as a waitress and many other places. If your new to town like we are just Keep driving pass this place or go to McDonald's, some where else. Not coming back.

It’s ok but not worth the price. One: who serves soup with a burger and makes you pay extra for fries (which usually come with it). Two: the burger wasn’t seasoned at all. I will say they give good serving sizes though. That’s the only thing that sort of justifies the price.
