Food was okay. Service was bad, the girl at the counter had no personality and seemed to not want to be there. She brought out our food once and than yelled for us to get our drinks. I ordered food to go, after I was done eating, and again she yelled for me to come get it. The table was dirty, floors were dirty, and service was bad. You won't get my business again.

This is the 4th time these guys have messed up my order, I spend a lot of money at this place and just want to get my order correct. This is the final time I use this location I would rather drive the extra distance to another location instead of driving back and having to explain myself to the retards behind the counter.

I typically eal at the Albelardo's Mexican Restaurant on North 90'th Street, and i think I'll try to stick with that particular location. This location still offers the same hot food on the same menu as other locations; but for some reason the food just tastes more bland here. I usually get the bacon and egg or steak and egg breakfast burrito (no matter what time of day) and it always is just so... "Blah" here. I've given this location three different tries now in a two month period of time and just get the same-ol same-ol "bahzay" tasting burrito. If trying Abelardo's Mexican Restaurant for the first time please give the North 90'th Street location a try so you don't miss out on a worthwhile dining experience. Did I mention that the DRIVE THROUGH IS OPEN 24 HOURS!?

Stop here to get some rolled tacos with cheese and guacamole. aside from the fact that the parking lot almost swallowed the car, it's one of the few places that's open later at night now. It's drive-thru only service but takeout was okay with me. It took quite a long time to get our food and though I understand is done to order, 15 or 20 minutes sitting in the Drive-Thru line was a bit excessive. Getting out onto the street was another challenge as that night the snow was piled over our line of vision and there is a huge pothole Ryder cup entryway to the main road. The world was okay cheese and guacamole apparently are a commodity because there wasn't very much of either. And the tacos were just a tad on the overdone side. I would have to try it one more time to totally take it off my list of places to go

We usually order then go pick up. The foods good but costly. We've been able to order late, but seems the quality isn't as good late night. The nachos are good but if you want items on the side such as jalapenos make sure you stress on the side. I like the bean tostadas because that's the way I make them. It's nice to be able to order then have ready.

I went to get a chicken quesadilla,,, and I got a bonus ingredient,, inside the quesadilla I had a freaking long hair!! how did I find out? well I pulled it out of my mouth when I thought is was a cheese string,, disgusting!! never going to this unsanitary restaruant,, theres two ladies that work the drive thru,, one is super nice and friendly and the other one seems to hate people that go there,, no "hi" no "Thank you!" ,,,, not a single word just asks for the amount to pay..If you like to eat hair and feel like youre asking for a favor or food give out go here.

I love Abelardos but this location is so lazy when it comes to cooking chile rellones and taking orders with special instructions such as no guacamole since my wife is allergic to it... Its my fault i keep coming back but i always get my plate fully uncooked... and special orders are completely ignored . NOT JUST ONCE BUT EVERY TIME THE LAST 3 TIMES LOL.....

Way more expensive compared to other places around. The size of the portions are good but the quality is poor. Pretty sure it stays open for the lazy people who can't get out of their cars so they like a drive-thru. 5 tacos and 2 sodas= $23!!! Left feeling ripped off and disgusted. Just a block up there's another 24hr place open, go there!

It's been a long time since we ate here. We saw they were on Doordash so we ordered. 1chili relleno, a carnitas plate, a smothered asada burrito, and 3 rolled tacos with cheese and guacamole. We did not receive the chili relleno at all. When I called the person on the phone didn't understand what I was saying so that was a waste of time. The burrito was pretty good according to my husband. My carnitas meal was awful. It just tasted horrible, like they put some kind of weird seasoning on it. I took 2 bites and threw it away. Too bad I did not get my chili relleno. I had to make a sandwich for dinner, even though we spent a good amount of money here. Hubbys rolled tacos were decent. I seriously doubt we'll go here again in the future.

Every single time I go to this location Im disappointed. Last night, they charged me for a water bottle when I’d asked for a water, without telling me. A heads up would have been nice. My burrito was 75% tortilla, cold, and Im not even sure that they put rice in it. Go to the location off Center. Quality is 100x better.

They're Not open 24/7, they lie... better change the signs before some snowflake sues for false ad. Ive expereinced going to the one on 84th and park and the men in the kitchen arent answering drive window. Pulled around and saw a woman tell us to go through again and asked why they didnt answer... Nor do ANY locations answer phones past 2 am. very unsatified as i am an avid user of tacos....

I normally go to Sam's Leon Tacos or Netties for my fried tacos. But because my daughter likes going to this place late at night for super fries, I decided to give them a try. Worst decision in life. I ordered a #2. Which contains two tacos w/rice and beans. I added a mango jarritos and a side of sour cream. Total came to $10.23. No problem. There's competitive pricing everywhere. But what was the problem, was the tortilla shell was under cooked. Was not crispy at all. Was like warm robbery dough. The rice was cold. After brushing off the crust from my beans, they were cold also. I asked for no shredded cheese on my plate. Instead I wanted queso. They gave me queso on my tacos with no tomatoes. Only unseasoned beef and lettuce. But they put shredded cheese on my beans and on my cold rice. Wth! Did not receive my sour cream at all. Who am I to complain? A person that wants spit in their food? No thank you. This chain will never see my money again.

We got there ordered next thing you know we see a Roch crawling on the wall nasty the tables were dirty the service was horrible homeless guy walks in comes out of the bathroom with smoke coming out probably smoking drugs and when we we're leaving we ask for our money back because we didn't want to eat there anymore he told us that there was no refund I suggest nobody go to that place and I'm going to be calling the Health Inspector that place is nasty it's the Alvarado's on Q Street the other ones are good just that one was not

I have eaten at this location several times I asked for fried tacos not hard tacos they gave me hard tacos I cannot eat without teeth. The next visit there was hardly any beef on my tacos. I would not recommend this place anymore.

We eat here quite often as it's one of the only fast food / drive-thru restaurants in the area. They have good food for the price. My kids love the cheesecake chimichanga. I tried to get a picture but my son stuck his finger in it. They have pretty good nachos and burritos and will change what is on them if you ask such as 'no pico' for picky kids and adults.

If your looking for really good Mexican food and don't have time to spare, this is where you need to go! I have never had anything from there menu that wasn't absolutely wonderful. My favourite thing to get is the chile verde, hand down the best I've had in the Omaha area. I highly recommend you find one of there locations and go.

At first I didn’t see the point of leaving a review for local 24x7 Mexican chain as they are typically what they are. However, I’ve had my share of 3am burritos and Albelardos does a excellent job with anything and everything on their menu. First and foremost, portion control. It doesn’t exist here. Order a burrito and they’ll hand you something that resembles a football. Order the nachos and you need 5 friends to finish it. And the super fries? I think it had at least 2lbs of beef on it. I’m not joking. They free hand all the ingredients, very generous with portions. Ive stood there, in utter amazement and watched them prep food. It’s a site to behold. I’ve yet to meet anyone who left here hungry. From street carne asada tacos to chicken quesadillas and huevos rancheros, this place is damn great! Add a coke in the glass bottle and don’t forget the salsa bar and churros!

I'm glad to at the Abelardo's I came to know and love when I lived in Des Moines is also in Omaha! You might not get your food in a hurry like you would at some fast food chain, but you can get authentic Mexican food any time, any day, and the food is amazing. I recommend the adobada plate and/or the carnitas, though the carne asada is excellent too. I've never had a bad meal from any of their locations I've visited in Iowa or Nebraska. My only wish is that they'd come to Kansas City so I could eat there more often.

The food tastes so fresh and delicious! I had the carne asada quesadilla and not only was it really tasty but the portion sizes were more than adequate. The best part is that they have two convenient locations, (one near Village Inn off Ft Crook road and the other on Q-Street) both with a drive-through for a quick lunch or breakfast.
