To this day the business has a score of 4.5 stars over 5 and that score was based on 601 reviews.
You must have seen that it has an average rating is almost the top, and it is founded on a large number of opinions, so we may think that the rating is very faithful. If people have bothered to leave their feddback when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to set opinions when they are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Restaurant belongs to the category of Chinese restaurant.
The food is excellent. I highly recommend the spicy honey shrimp. Four stars because the wait for my food was long and they got my order wrong. But it was quickly replaced with the correct order and the meal was lovely.
Upscale oriental restaurant, with excellent food and customer service. The dining area is beautifully decorated and quite intimate. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back. I would recommend you give them a visit!
Best tasting Asian-fusion food in Fort Wayne, but a little on the pricey side too. I loved it and would eat here so much more often if their prices were just a smidge more competitive with similar restaurants!
Great food, great service and great prices. Sad I didn't find this place earlier - only acceptable Chinese food in all of Ft. Wayne. I chose to spend my b day there and upon arriving encountered a horrible woman yelling profanities at the proprietor. He apologized for the disturbance and handled it all very well. Nasty, nasty woman. I hope he bans her.
I really like Wu's. Appreciate having tablecloths when most places just have paper placemats. Food always good
On a business trip, i found this place from Google. Excellent customer service, great tasting food. Very clean and updated place. Definitely a family get together or business lunch and dinner to go to spot. Will be back soon !
Excellent Food & customer service. Will definitely be going back.
By far the best Chinese food in Ft Wayne. The hot orange chicken in amazing!
great service. our server was friendly and very attentive without being bothersome. Prices are average and the food is delicious! conveniently located right off of coliseum so it's close to everything. I would definitely love to go back to Wu's
The service and food is great.
Like to go here for lunch. Good food, pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff
Food and service was excellent, sent one appetizer back because of too much spice for one patron with no negative comments from the management. Very quiet atmosphere. Warm decor for an Asian restaurant.
Really it would be 4.5 stars however not an option. Food and service great just too pricey.
Quality of ingredients and food taste was amazing. Website menu and ordering experience through mobile phone can be improved. I would definitely go here often.
Great food at good prices. Fine dining with a wonderful atmosphere. Service is great.
Nice atmosphere. Good waitress. 2 out 3 meals were warm not hot.
Great service. Great tasting food. Nice environment!
Skip all others including PF Chang. Attentive, personal service, wide variety of choices cooked fresh and delicious.
Good food and fast service.
I love the food here. We've been twice now...once for lunch and again at dinner. The sweet and sour chicken is fantastic...very different from most Chinese restaurants. Staff speak English very well
Delicious food and amazing service as usual. Definitely recommend the Hot Burnt Pork! The Calamari was so flavorful and nothing like I've ever had anywhere else
High prices, nice atmosphere, but just plain old Chinese food
The best Chinese food offering in all of fort Wayne. Their staff is very attentive and the food is amazing. Would absolutely recommend this location over the PF Changs across the street. Definitely try the crab rangoon and the lettuce wraps with duck sauce. Perfect.
Their orange chicken is a must & they have our favorite crab rangoon.
Great lunch specials and the food came out fast. I felt for the price it was a good portion of food. We were in and out in under 30 minutes and the place was fairly full. Egg rolls were tasty. I could not tell if they were house made or not.
Great food and great service. Best Chinese in Fort Wayne.
The best Chinese I've tasted in Fort Wayne so far. The service was exceptional! I had the orange chicken, fried rice and vegetable egg roll. The manager (owner?) made us feel welcome when we got there, and made sure everything was satisfactory, but was not overbearing. I highly recommend Wu's!
Undoubtedly my favorite Chinese place in Fort Wayne. ALWAYS clean and a well polished staff. Love this place!
The food was amazing! The whole restaurant is really nice. Loved the ambience. Fine dining but the pricing didn't set me back more than anywhere else I'd regularly dine. Really enjoyed it, we will definitely be back. New favorite date spot.
The food was amazing!! Filled with flavor. The fish was tender and cooked perfectly. The chicken was juicy and packed with flavor. The food was fresh not frozen and made to order. The staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is clean and modern. We were there during lunch and they were getting ready to change over for dinner. The atmosphere changes for dinner and it becomes even more modern. Our compliments to the chef for an amazing menu and food. This place needs more publicity.
Love their food and service!
Let me start by saying I don't like Chinese food. That being said, my food was not great for me, but my husbands dish was delicious. The service was great. The menu was extensive. I would recommend this to someone who likes Chinese
If you like Chinese food, this is a must go to. Food is authentic and delicious. Service is also great.
Excellent meal and service
3 stars only because it is over priced for the amount of food. But they do take care of freshness. Lunch is a great value. You may walk away hungry. Very delicious food and worthy of 4 star for food.
Good, but too pricey
This is a great place to eat Chinese when you are not in the mood for a buffet.
Great place for a date night. The food is delicious. Highly recommend Wu's.
Good Food. Quiet atmosphere.
I found the food quality and service to be excellent.
I love this place!! You're a long standing Christmas Eve tradition!
Great place first visit 5/5. Unfortunately on my last visit our waiter seemed a bit... moody? She was pretty hard to understand and had this weird short temper with my family. I thought bringing my family here was a great idea since my first visit was awesome. Still, the food is good and the store is nice. Avoid this place if you're not white. Sucks that I have to write that because one person sucked.
Fine food, service, and atmosphere
The food was awesome. The place is beautifully decorated.
I read the reviews and thought I would give Wu’s a try. My girlfriend ordered from the lunch special menu and I thought I’d give the Dim Sum a try. The Dim Sum menu raised an eyebrow for the prices and portion sizes but I ordered the chicken feet and shrimp noodle soup. My girlfriend repeated that she wanted beef chow mein twice and the server repeated it after her. However, she received the chop suey instead. When we asked our server about it, he seemed a bit peeved, and insisted chop suey and chow mein is the same. In my experience, that is not the case at all. When he brought out the correct order, we found out that the chop suey had mushrooms in it and the chow mein did not. The chow mein had bean sprouts and wood ear added to it and also had a side of crispy egg noodles that tasted of nothing. Our server failed to mention the wood ear and unfortunately, my girlfriend doesn’t like wood ear. She picked out the wood ear and ate her meal. I received my order of chicken feet with special black bean sauce. The chicken feet was overcooked and tasted sweet, but otherwise bland. The black bean sauce did not taste like black bean sauce at all, and the bell pepper they added to the dish had absolutely no flavor or texture to speak of. I then received my shrimp noodle soup. The noodles were good and had a good chew. The broth itself was mediocre. The veggies they added to the dish had me scratching my head, however. I have never seen carrots, string beans, and mushrooms added to a chinese noodle dish in my life. The carrots with the broth was a bit hard to eat, as I received an abundance of carrots with my noodles. I had quite a bit left over at the end of my meal. Overall, I was not impressed. The food had a lot to improve on, and for a place that proudly advertises itself as authentic, it was very westernized. On another note, the service wasn’t great. We had frequent refills for our drinks, but our waiter disappeared for long periods of time. We did not mind until he dropped off the check, and never came back to pick it up. Another waiter had to cover for him and pick up our checks. All in all, the service wasn’t great and our server made the others look bad as he didn’t seem like he really knew what he was talking about. The food is subpar at best and definitely not worth the price. I will not be returning; I have learnt my lesson.
Absolutely delicious food! The orange chicken is incredible!
It had been a while since I had been there and I had forgotten how great their food is. We had lunch and with a salad, soup, an appetizer and entree for under $9 each. Great service and atmosphere too.
Party of three all agree very good food, great service, clean restroom, real cloth tablecloths and cloth napkins. No paper or plastic!
My family really love eating Chinese food, it actually became our comfort food. This place has a lot to offer, it is authentic Chinese food and quiet place for dining. The staff are friendly and very attentive and the price is just average.
Overall good experience and recommend.
I always get the same lunch special...and it is always very good.. today it was awful..dried up chicken..sauce was way over cooked... I hope this does mean new help in the kitchen because if this is the way food comes out...I will have to look for a new lunch spot.
Very good food. Excellent customer service.
Food is awesome. Price's a bit high. Service was slow.
The best Fried Rice I have ever had and the service is always great.
Best. Try the soup. All authentic
Great lunch specials include a delicious entree, salad, soup and appetizer! Nice relaxed formal atmosphere. I would be comfortable in both jeans and a nice top or dressing up here.
Awesome Awesome dinner!!!! Great menu choices!!! Love the atmosphere
Good food. Not the best in Fort Wayne but I will go back!
Crab ragoons were awesome... and the shrimp lomein was good too. Atmosphere is nice the service is good too
An appreciated served fast lunch experience. Nice choices for lunch specials. Serious staff but precise.
This is the best Chinese Restaurant in Fort Wayne! Food is delicious and serivice is outstanding!
For some reason, when you go in for dinner you pay almost double and you actually get less food. I will stick with lunch because food is good. Never dinner again.
Great service, very attentive. They come around to fill your beverage every few minutes. I highly reccomend their mandarin chicken.
Very nice atmosphere. Kind staff and delicious food.
They have good food. The portions are about half as big as most Chinese places I have been to. The restuarant is nice if you are dining in.
Great food, great service!
A sort of fine dining Chinese place with a great menu of traditional and more westernized chinese fare. Our appetizers were great (some of the best tasting crab Rangoon I've ever had) and we all enjoyed our main dishes, though the requested spice levels seemed to have been mixed up on two of them. No big deal though. Would definitely recommend, and we will be going back again for certain.
Great place with great presentation. Had an amazing time and amazing food. First time i tried warm sake. It was great!
Great place for Chinese food even authentic Chinese food. I enjoy spicy food and had Human beef because of the vegetables in it. My wife always enjoys the almond chicken. We added spring roll and crab rangoon. Hot and sour soup very good. Little expensive I think but that's my opinion. Definitely will return.
Let me preface this by saying that the food here is delicious. BUT they mess up your order constantly, so you never get to enjoy the food you want and ordered. We always get carry out here. The same person takes our order over the phone every time. Every time, it gets messed up. From the wrong appetizer, to the wrong rice selection, to the wrong heat level. Today, we tried once again to order carryout, after our order being messed up twice before. The food is so good, we gave it another shot. When I was ordering, the man taking my order asked how hot we wanted our food. I told him medium and mild. He said “hot, okay”. I replied “No no no, not hot, mild. Sorry, I need it mild.” He said okay and moved on. I also confirmed fried rice for both entrees. We got the food, and it was white rice instead of fried for one entree. More importantly, both of our entrees were HOT. So hot, that I ate 2 bites and had to throw mine away and order pizza. If this were cheap Chinese food, I wouldn’t care. I would even expect this. But Wu’s is EXPENSIVE. We paid $42 dollars for 2 entrees and some soup, only for them to be inedibly hot (even after correcting the employee on the phone) and missing our fried rice. Let me say again, this is the THIRD time this has happened. I gave them three shots, and here we are. $60 later (the cost of the inedible Wu’s and then the pizza I had to order after) I’m FINALLY getting to eat some dinner (pizza) at 10:30 at night. We won’t order Wu’s again. No matter how good the food is, it’s not worth never being able to actually eat the food, and flushing $40-$50 down the drain every time we try to order.
Always good, never disappointed.
Service good, food hot and okay but have had better.
I've never dined in, so I can't speak to the service or atmosphere. I find the food to be quite average in taste and portion, while being a bit pricey.
Very nice. Food was great. Everyone so nice
Cucumber, garlic salad is excellent. Pepper beef dish is Delish and tender!
Excellent service and the food was delightful
Worst Chinese food I have ever had for the price.
It is a fine Chinese restaurant. I enjoyed what I ate. I had the hot and sour soup, also the chicken with vegetables. Go have a pleasant experience.
Place is a little too pricey for the type and quality of food served. Pieces of chicken sliced too thin. Tasted as if I was eating skin rather than meat. Been to other friendlier places that serve same type of food that is better tasting, and less expensive.
Never disappoints! Come here as often as I visit Fort Wayne! Spring rolls and Crab Rangoon are delicious! For the price I pay, it’s well worth it!
What can I say? DELICIOUS! Also all the waiters and owners were very KIND and HELPFUL. I had to back for more, RIGHT AWAY! ENJOY!!!
The food and service are good. They do not like guests to stay long after eat. My friends and I go out to eat and visit awhile. The staff make it very uncomfortable by pacing by table and giving us ugly looks. This has happened several times to us.
It's honestly the best Chinese in Fort Wayne. Wait staff is very helpful. Food comes out fast and fresh. They offer a wide range of spice level for most dishes. Sundays they offer an extended afternoon menu that includes soup dumplings
Great food, excellent service. Reasonably priced. Cloth napkins and a nice tablecloth. Very highly recommend
Wu's has a very nice dining room and is classy. My daughter wanted to come because it was "fine dining". We ordered the kids Honey Chicken ($8.50) that comes with fried rice and a small spring roll. I got a vegetarian dish of Szechwan braised string beans and fried rice. I was surprised that my entree didn't come with soup. It was $12.50.
Lunch menu is generous with dish, side salad, appetizer, and soup for $10-12! Fast and courteous wait staff! Small parking lot off busy Coldwater Rd.
Exquisite Asian inspired food with a cozy upscale vibe that being said I came for a date night meal and loved the atmosphere and she loved the plethora of sea food menu items. However I'm not a sea food person and the options were limited for me but I found an option. I did like the egg rolls here
Delicious, very good service, and open on Christmas Eve and day.
Distinguished atmosphere, excellent service. Entree was very tasty with generous portion size. Overall high quality dining experience.
Awesome General tsao chicken, would recommend.
The food is outstanding, prices reasonable, staff is friendly, and the manager always walks through the dining area asking us if we are pleased with our food.
The food and service here are always impeccable. You won't be hungry and you won't be disappointed if you go here. The one thing you will be is lighter in the wallet. Your paying for a higher quality of Americanized Chinese food here. They also have genuine Chinese food here. Not the usual run of the mill overly sweet stuff we eat. I love the spiced organ meat dishes, Cuttlefish, and more. It try something from the genuine menu almost every time I go.
The food and service was excellent
Excellent food. A bit pricey but everything is made in house. They do carryout as well.
Best Chinese restaurant in town and I love Chinese food
The orange chicken was delicious!
Really high quality food for a great price!
FOOD COMES OUT WAY TOO FAST . LET ME EXPLAIN !! I am really dissappointed . Last year I went to China on vacation and had many local and authentic chinese cuisine . Went here expecting delicious freshly made food . 15 dollar average dishes . With 1 to two courses . And it feels like they had a buffet line in the back and serve you food thats been on a warmer for hours . We order and within 3 minutes our food was infront of us . It was warm for like 2 minutes then went cold and not hot . ALSO food does not taste authentic and is not good . For cheaper or the same price you can have a meal at a buffet and expect the same quality .
I love me some Wu
Consistently good service and good food. Never noisy so it makes for a pleasant lunch stop.
This is our go to place for Chinese. Best in town. One very annoying thing about this place and I wouldn't go back if the food wasn't so damn good: when ordering a ToGo order, make them repeat the order back and check it before you leave the parking lot. 4th time in a row that order was messed up. I'm assuming English is their second language so they probably don't understand everything which is understandable.
The finest Chinese restaurant in the area. Excellent service, delicious food and a enjoyable atmosphere
Very good General Tso's, friendly service, very nice dining atmosphere!!
Love this place. Food is good, people are good, atmosphere is good, always have a great experience every time we have been here.
Very good food and the service is very good
We ordered take out and our order wasn't right. The food was also mediocre for the price. Not sure if we will return.
Always great Food! Always Friendly service! Thank You for an amazing Christmas Dinner!
Pricey but the food and service are outstanding.
Really good food. It's nice to have a sit down and cooked to order Chinese restaurant in town, because most are buffets now.
A little unsuspecting with its location but the atmosphere is very nice. Service was prompt and friendly, even on a slow night. Food was well done and portions were healthy. Worth the stop.
When Wu's first opened it was my favorite. But they have consistently been going down hill. The dishes I feel in love with aren't the same . The orange chicken was crispy and delicious....now it's mushy and unappetizing. Kung Pao chicken also was super flavorful now it's a tasteless brown sauce. Then my shrimp lo mein noodles although the taste was still on point there were 4 SHRIMP in the entire dinner portion. 3 strikes I'm D O N E!!!
Great crab Rangoon, hot and sour soup, salad and the wu’s crispy chicken was great. Beautiful atmosphere in this place and great attention to detail by the wait staff. Also, they have deep fried ice cream. Reasonable prices.
Good but price was for great.
Terrible... Not real Chinese food. And everybody was there like it is good. Me and wife agreed it is to expensive based on the quality of food. Wu must know these people are buying because they are clueless...SMH we will never go back. We spend half the price for food that is 10times better in Michigan.
I've had my fair share of General Tso's chicken, fried rice, lo mein, crab rangoon & pot stickers around Fort Wayne...Wu's is the best for all of these by far. The portions are large for a reasonable price. My family and I usually order a few entrees to share & still have some to take home. The wait staff is always attentive & kind; you can tell they are there to make sure your experience is a great one.
The food is so delicious and the ambience is sophisticated and elegant.
Great food! Good prices. Excellent service.
Nice atmosphere. Good food that came quickly. Decent service. Large menu with lots of options. A little pricey for qualoty of food I think.
