This was my first experience of Chinese food in Indianapolis. The restaurant was not anything special. You could definitely tell that there probably is more take out orders than done in. When I got to the restaurant there were like five people at the counter but no one was in a hurry to take my order. When I gave thought to leaving, an African American gentleman greeted me and made me feel at ease. After someone took my order he provided my daughter and I with pleasant conversation. When I got the food home, it was still very hot! It was very tasty but the sauce was a lot thicker than what I am used to. I will say that I will return to Wonder Wu. Hopefully I will have a better experience with the srtaff.

Was kind of disappointed. Don't know if they have new owners or what, but it used to be a lot better. Now it's your basic Chinese takeout. Not bad. Four stars for being quick and helpful. Just nothing too special anymore.

First, and LAST time. Waited over an hour for average, maybe even less than average food. I called in an order for pick up at 6:50 pm on a Friday night. I was told it would be ready in 15. When I arrived, there were about 4 people were in line ahead of me, the phone was ringing off the hook. As the rain POURED so the people also poured in, one after another. I paid for my food and proceeded to wait for 45 minutes while everyone who came in after me (about 12 people, I counted) received their order and left. Finally, I approached the counter and asked about my order only to find that it had been sitting on their back table overlooked the entire time. 7:57 pm...an hour an 7 minutes after I ordered. When I got home, my food was almost room temperature; I had to warm it up! And it wasn't even good...just standard Americanized Chinese takeout. I am less than pleased. 2 things were good: 1. I stayed long enough for the rain to let up, and 2. I chatted with an other man the whole time I waited who was rather interesting. He ordered just after me and received his food only moments prior to me. My only hope is his food was better than mine. I will not be back, ever.

The lady on the phone was rude when I stated I had an order for delivery. The delivery driver was rude and opened my back gate, to try and deliver food to my back door instead of thr front door. I asked her to close my fence back and she left it open anyway. I will not be giving them my busines again.

This food is not the best, but you will not starve off of it either. Prices are pretty reasonable, and the act of cooking it great, but the quality of the ingredients is only okay in my opinion.

I order from here constantly. There are some coupons but I can never find them. They're nice on the first order but will advise you to print the coupons first. I always get orange chicken combo with fried extra crispy!

I've been going here for months, it's right down the road from my new apartment and it's always been exceptional, however, this afternoon I found a bug in my chicken lo main. Not a cockroach, a green tree bug. I know it was probably an over site, still attached to the vegetables after they washed them, but this lack of attention to detail and the fact that I almost ate it will result in me never going back. I'm not that brave.

Shrimp in my large order of shrimp fried rice was not cleaned. I could see the black vein in most of the shrimp, and I had to throw them away. Disgusting. Never ordering from here again!

We had an amazing experience! It was some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had (the pork fried rice in particular was *incredible*), and everyone was so nice and helpful!!! (There was this one woman in particular, with her hair cut short—I didn’t catch her name but she was such a sweetheart, always smiling and made everything super easy!) We’re from out of state and I would drive the 4 and a half hour drive again just to eat here again.

Poor Customer Service when making a delivery order,I ordered Shrimp Fried rice & a order of Crab Rangoon when I received my order after the Delivery Driver had left I opened my food & it had looked as if someone had put their fingers in my food now remind you I was a loyal every week customer & never seen a Large Tray of Shrimp fried rice not even in the tray across the top when I called the rude ass lady back to let her know what my food looks like she hung up on me while explaining what my food looks like then when I drove back up there for a refund she act like she didnt want to give me my money back This place due to Customer Service over the phone when placing a delivery is rude & horrible

Do not eat at this place! The place was recommended for lunch to me so I called in an order and went to pick it up. When I arrived, there was a older man working there who was coughing all over what he was preparing without even covering his mouth. I told the woman at the register I hoped he had nothing to do with the food I had ordered since he should not have even been working. She acted like I was out of my mind for even suggesting he was doing anything wrong. I have blacklisted this restaurant from my choices of Chinese food which is sad because of how it was so highly recommended to me.

I ordered General T'So, light sauce as I dont like it drowning in sauce. Got it home, all I tasted was FISH. I called to complain, the person who I talked to first had no explanation and I asked to speak to a manager. A new woman gets on the phone, I explained the situation and she says light sauce diff from sauce.. I said how would a person know that when we are talking quantity. She said made diff. I said so u use more fish sauce, she said i dont know. What do want me to do, I asked what are u willing to do. She said what time did u eat it, everybody knows food changes after time if u dont eat soon. I said no matter what time I choose to eat it, it shouldn't taste like fish because I ordered a chicken dish. I said I have been a faithful customer and I want to know how to order this right if it changes and u should want to please the customer. She said we dont care, we dont care about ur order. I said you as the manager should care. She said Im.not the manager, she out of town. I will not order from them again, convenience or not when someone says they dont care about the customer who is buying into their business. So rude and I told her that too. You are just RUDE. she would NOT give her name.

Customer service is very important and they lack it in every way. During our discussion about their mistakes in my order, the term "you people" was used. I took it as derogatory and racial. After they seen that I was not leaving they threatened to call the police on me and made a fake phone call to the police. I never left because I am not a criminal and have no reason to fear the police. I actually told them to call the police as I entered the store because I knew from the phone call that they had no respect for their customers. Needless to say I left with a refund and will NEVER spend a dime in that rat-hole ever again!

The service is great and It seems like the meat based good here is good but since I'm vegetarian I can tell you the vegetarian options are not so good. I ordered the vegetable fried rice which was ok, the vegetable noodles which were ok, the egg drop soup which was way too heavy, and the only tofu option they have which was a disappointment. If you're vegetarian I do not recommend this place.
