Woman on the phone was polite and to the point. very fast service and delivery. food was fresh and delicious plus very cheap for the quality. accepts card via telephone. great establishment and i would definitely order from here again!

Good quick Chinese. Kung PO chicken is heaped with carrots and celery and very little chicken though. Tasted good just not enough meat.

The food had no flavor. I opened up my chicken fried rice to see that it was yellow and had what looked like pieces of boiled chicken just mixed together. Horrible. If you want a Chinese restaurant with flavor....skip this one.

We ordered General's Chicken w/white rice, Chicken w/vegetables, vegetable fried rice, crab rangoons, and a spring roll. The General's chicken was dry, the white rice was fine, the chicken w/vegetables was completely flavorless, the vegetable fried rice had no vegetables in it...just some white noodles, the crab rangoons were tough and chewy, the spring roll was the same way, and even the fortune cookies were stale. I'm not exaggerating...just a very disappointing experience and I think I will stick with Wang Cai or Ching Garden. There is just no comparison.

Terrible food, person behind the counter obviously did not care for any customers. The sweet and sour chicken was soagy and the breading slipped off the cold chicken.

My family has ordered from here multiple times. Everytime we get rude service and the food comes in small portions in comparison to the competition. The flavors are lackluster. The order of sesame seed chicken was soggy with a sauce that had more sugar than anything else in it. I would not recommend this place. Go elsewhere.

My family and I really like this place. The egg drop wonton soup is outstanding and my daughters really like the sweet and sour and general tsos. Highly recommend. Good food, good price, good service.

My husband and I ordered from this location for the past year, February 2015 to January 2016, before we moved, and simply loved the food and family that works there. Great service and food! Chicken Lo Mien and Chicken with Broccoli were our fav's. We both highly recommend this location if you are looking for great Chinese take-out. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did :)

Service was quick, but the food was terrible! The General Tso's chicken had literally no sause and was incredibly dry! The egg roll was chewy and under cooked. Throwing the order away and not eating a bite more. Very disappointing and will never buy from here again!

Ordered orange quicken w/ broccoli and white rice and 1 spring roll My orange chicken was spicy, the chicken was clearly lower quality leaving a very weird after taste in your mouth, broccoli is cold, almost making it seem fresh out of the fridge, my spring roll tasted off and while I wish I could give a description I cant, it was just bad! The only two things that were good about this order was the can of pepsi and the white rice, only because I dont want to say it was an absolute disaster (even though it was)

This place is definitely not the worst. Decent curry chicken, mai fun, and lots of other items. We get this place every once in awhile when I don't feel like cooking. Prices are pretty decent as well.

Waited 5 minutes at counter with no greeting. Could hear staff in back so I called out. 3 minutes no response. Call out louder asking if they are open, hear an annoyed sigh then kitchen noises again. I will not be going back.

Food quality was terrible, took nearly an hour and a half to arrive, and it was cold. West Place(???): not even once. PS- SEEMS family owned and operated? I think that guy was racist.

Food is ok. My main problem with them is that lunch specials are served in melted Styrofoam containers. The food is put in containers while still hot enough to melt the bottom of the container, ummm melted Styrofoam flavor.

I've been eating here since 2009... maybe? 2010? Back when I lived at home and was still in high school. We use to live right down the road and we would order probably twice a month, and man oh man this place is amazing! I have tried places all around Indy, but none compare. I always get the orange chicken, I can't seem to try something new because it's too tasty to pass up! I will forever be a loyal customer to West Place!
