Nice soft atmosphere. Staff was great. Pomegranate Moscow mule was yummy! Refreshing! They were out of meatloaf and brisket. Ended up getting a Wisconsin burger. It was just ok. Not bad but nothing special.

So disappointed.... used to have many good burgers on the menu. Now there are only 2. Menu is only two sides, one side of the menu is filled with drinks the other is used for appetizers, main dishes, sides, etc.... will not be coming back

Beautiful restaurant. When you walk in you are greeted by a grand staircase and wood details throughout. The dining area is ringed with a railing containing embedded grill grates. Clever and effective way to remind you that as classy as the interior looks, they are there to grill. It is hard to forget that fact. The charcoal smoke hits your nostrils across the street and the flames from the great kettle grills dance up as you walk past the kitchen telling you this will be everything you expect. The food is like a wonderful cookout but if all your family was composed of chefs. I had the pork chops which were thick and glazed, cooked to a perfect medium. Paired with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach, it was delicious and filling. Others in my group had the meatloaf, steak, and brisket. Everyone agreed their meals were excellent with the table consensus landing on the brisket as the best. (Though I don't know.. It was delicious and had an amazing smoke ring, great flavor, and a really good sauce but the chops were so good.) The portion sizes satisfied even the big eaters of the group and while we departed without leftovers, there was no way we would have been able to get dessert... We were all just too full. The food here is the star and it bears out what you already know in your heart... Everything is better when grilled over charcoal.

Had a bit of a wait because we didn’t make reservations, should have. We started with a flight of their beers and some crispy Brussels sprouts- they were really good, and there was way too many for the 2 of us to eat (but we tried!) got a chopped chicken salad, was good after I removed about half of the tortilla strips. Hubs got the meatloaf dinner- was smoked (I think) and very flavorful. Server was good and efficient and we never needed anything. Great place- we will be back!

Absolutely horrible service. I will never return. They gave my friend onion on his burger when he asked for there not to be due to a deathly allergy. When he brought it up to them, they brought him the same burger with the onion removed. He still couldn’t eat that due to his allergy. Not only was this terrible service, but the host and waiter consistently talked down to us and were rude. We will never return.

Visited this place for GenCon and used it as the location for our team dinner. As such they were very accommodating as we had a rather large party of 16 for the dinner. The food was excellent and the staff was on top of their game and very prompt and observant without being intrusive. The atmosphere was also rather pleasant despite the very busy time of year.

We looked over the menus and weren't impressed by the choices. We also were very turned off by the prices so we left and ate somewhere else. I expected backyard style cooking, like you'd make with a grill. I felt $45 for a steak was absolutely ridiculous. I like my Weber grill but we won't eat at the restaurant.

For the most part everything was pretty good. The Strip steak ordered Med Rare arrived somewhere between med and well done so the steak was on the dry side. The flavor was descent even though it wasn't a prime cut. Shrimp cocktail, crab cake, and roasted beats were pretty good. Add some bourbon, dessert and tip and your $100 bill is all but gone. Overall the food quality was good. The service was good and I'd probably try their burger next time I visit.

So disappointed as I had high expectations. Ordered my food to go. The lady at the counter had to look at the menu as she didn’t appear to be familiar with it when I asked what the steaks came with. She also couldn’t tell me what dressings they had for salads. I ordered the ribeye, medium. It was way over cooked and was tough and did not have much flavor. The house made ranch dressing was very watery/runny. Didn’t get the garlic mashed potatoes that came with the steak. I had to tell them they forgot it. I have a Weber cookbook and the recipes in there are fantastic! That’s what I was expecting. What a bummer.

Staying at Embassy Suites right next door. Called at 8 to find out when kitchen closes. Was told that if we were seated at 9:55 they’d serve us. Tried to get in at 9:20...doors locked. “Upper management told us to close.” Went across the street to Giordano’s. They were happy to serve us. Never going back to Weber grill.

We had a business lunch this past Wednesday and had an amazing time. The hostess was so nice and our waiter James was awesome! The food was great too, none of us knew they had such an extensive menu. This place is very upscale in its design but the prices are so reasonable you really get the best of both worlds. Thanks for a great lunch!

It was a Sunday & not many people were there but service was slightly slow and the food was a touch under seasoned, although the meats were cooked perfectly. I'll chalk this up to this visit as all my previous visits haven't had issues. But I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some good food for a date, grub with the guys, after work drinks or business dinner... char grilled meats are a plus in my opinion. Decent cocktail menu & bar as well.

I went to the Weber Grill in Chicago about 10 years ago and it was one of my favorite dining experiences. I was not disappointed on Indy. The service was great and the steak cooked to perfection. The crab cake appetizer was excellent.

The restaurant is crowded and busy. Its a casual but classy place so jeans are fine. Food more like a backyard bbq with friends. If your in a hurry, you might think of some place else. Full bar. Expect to spend about $30 to $35 per person excluding alcohol. Wait time is about 30 minutes when they are busy for a table. No sweet tea.

Try the Angus Meatloaf.... You will not be sorry. One of the best meals I've eaten in a while. The wife had the Lemon Garlic Shrimp and was quite impressed, but she wished she would have ordered the meatloaf by the first sample taste she had of mine. The garlic mashed potatoes and the green beans were perfect. You won't be disappointed.

I didn't say anything, and either did anyone in the group. As we walked out the door, about 5 of us said at the same time, my steak was not good. Next time I'm going across the street to Ruth Chris.

One of the best old fashioned's I've ever had. The food is amazing as well. I come here every year during PRI, and came again for the Indy 500. Never disappoints. If I had to come up with a negative, it's that the wait can be long sometimes. But its completely worth it.

This was during peak dinner hours. 6pm on a Sunday. I mentioned to the hostess on my way out the bar may need some more help, and she seemed clueless.

My boyfriend and I went for lunch and had a pretty good time, although there was some delay tonour orders being taken. However, this did not dampen the time, and our food was delicious. I had the Beer Can Chicken (its half a chicken btw!) and my boyfriend had the House Burger. We both had cocktails, he had a Pomegranate Mule and I had the Citrus Sangria. I definitely prefered his, mine was a bit funkier than I expected. Overall great lunch on Comic Con weekend!

I wish I could give this 0 stars but since I’m required to give it anything, a 1 star will have to do. I ordered the impossible burger ( plant based). The waitress asked if I wanted cheese and I told her to add pepper jack cheese. While waiting for the cheese burger, she brought these pretzel buns. They looked promising but were not warm and a little hard. Then the burger came without cheese. She took the burger back to add cheese but the cook also sprinkled pepper on the cheese. Not very good. The burger was not warm and had a funny after taste. In fact, all of our food was lukewarm. If I never go to a Weber Grill again, I wouldn’t be mad at all.

I've been coming here once a year for five or six years now. Until tonight, I had always been served amazing food. Everything was off tonight. They were out of a bunch of menu items, which was fine because I always have a filet mignon. ( They weren't out of that. ) It came to me inedible. I returned it, and the second one was a tough, chewy cut of meat. I ended up eating off of other people's plates. ( And my mashed potatoes were outstanding. ) When it came time to order desserts, the waitress just skipped right past me. I was talking to my friend, seated next to me, and she just flat out ignored us. I don't think I'll be returning next year. I mean, I was just gushing about how well Indianapolis does steak. I've had way better steak this year at other restaurants in the area.

I would say this place deserves 5 stars. It definitely hits the minimum. It doesn't go above and beyond. When I was there the food was good and the waiter made the whole experience better. For the price of the food, I would say it was a good experience. Definitely was expecting it. I will say that for their fish entrees, they are pretty horrible in terms of portion size as other reviewers have mentioned. Other than that, nice place. Great ambience and atmosphere.

Their grilled meatloaf is delicious. Be sure to sit far away from the kitchen. Their grill has a Weber style grill cover which sounds like a hammer smacking metal sheet each time it's opened and closed. A few times my burgers came out raw and tasting like burnt hair. The grill cooks are not the top of their class.

The day we went, they were out of tuna and added more chicken (a cheaper meat, but we were still charged $26). The chicken has a different sauce on it now. They were also out of rolls and burger buns. I come here for lunch quite often, but will not be going back.

We went to Weber Grill for dinner on a Friday evening and it was a pleasant experience. I booked us a table just in case though I'm not positive it was necessary - but better safe than sorry! The service was good, the food was good, the ambiance of the restaurant was very nice. There were several families also dining and while that's not an issue for us (we have a small daughter) I'm sure it could be for some. They have a bar area and other dining areas so I'm sure if you asked for seating further away from small children they could accommodate that. They have a nice selection on their gluten-free menu so my wife really enjoys coming here. I'd definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone.

Webber grill is a great restaurant. Their food is good, if you enjoy butter. Everything was good, but I do not find this restaurant to be rated up with the other steakhouses in Indianapolis like Tony’s or St. Elmo’s. Would recommend for a lower level dinner, but their prices aren’t very different.

I've been coming here once a year for five or six years now. Until tonight, I had always been served amazing food. Everything was off tonight. They were out of a bunch of menu items, which was fine because I always have a filet mignon. ( They weren't out of that. ) It came to me inedible. I returned it, and the second one was a tough, chewy cut of meat. I ended up eating off of other people's plates. ( And my mashed potatoes were outstanding. ) When it came time to order desserts, the waitress just skipped right past me. I was talking to my friend, seated next to me, and she just flat out ignored us. I don't think I'll be returning next year. I mean, I was just gushing about how well Indianapolis does steak. I've had way better steak this year at other restaurants in the area.

My burger was all cheese. The patty had no flavor. We were asked if we wanted the patty well done or medium rare and there was no in between. When we go the burger they were both medium and tasted unseasoned. For a place that was all about grilling, they did not do a very good job.

Great choices. I was with a group of people and each had something different, each was very tasty. Service was very good. (it was just slightly busy) Most items, including sandwiches were $$$. Dinner plates were about the same price as the sandwiches. Brisket dinner and/or sandwich are both very tasty and the dinner is the most favorite. Drunken chicken, ribs, prime rib, mac-n-cheese are some of the items. Portions were more than enough for the average person.

Seating was most comfortable for our group of 6. Staff seemed friendly. The pretzel rolls are excellent fillers! Meatloaf was a tad too spicy for me. I switched with my husband. He said he couldn't taste half the meal by the time the hot juices commanded his taste buds. I'm thinking the meatloaf was drenched in jalapeno juice. Two others ordered Beer can Chicken and devoured it! Burger was okay for my adult daughter (she didn't finish it.) I had the brisket soup and, again, for me it was too spicy.

I visited with a group of work associates. We all had meals earlier in the day and we weren't overly hungry, but we didn't want to miss the opportunity of eating at The Weber Grill while in town. They are known for having good cuts of meat, but we just weren't that hungry. So, we ordered burgers. Jessie was our server and he was fantastic! He was very detailed in asking us on how we wanted our burgers cooked. You would think we had ordered the ribeye steak by the way he was describing the various temperatures of doneness. Even though we were just having burgers, he wanted our meal to be an experience...they succeeded!

We were seated outside in order to be seated right away. Which was nice. Our waiter Nathan was very accommodating to our needs and friendly. He checked us out fast so we could leave upon finishing dinner. If you want one of the best steaks ever you need to visit. Some will say its pricey but you won't be disappointed. Well worth the money. The Prime Rib and New York Steaks were cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. 2 of us ordered the brussel sprout appetizer for a veggie side due to steaks are ala carte. Those were amazing as well. Ask for Nathan if you want a great server. Thanks so much for a great dinner. We were looking for something nice like this. You met our expectations!!!

Disappointing.. Visited Weber during NRA Convention, so it was busy. However felt the 2 hour wait was excessive . Drinks were so-so but expensive, bartenders could have been friendlier. Waiters and staff were just shy of perfect . My Salmon was good, but a little more flavor would have been nice . My friend had the ribs, he said they were good, but I have never seen a smaller half-rack.

Disappointing.. Visited Weber during NRA Convention, so it was busy. However felt the 2 hour wait was excessive . Drinks were so-so but expensive, bartenders could have been friendlier. Waiters and staff were just shy of perfect . My Salmon was good, but a little more flavor would have been nice . My friend had the ribs, he said they were good, but I have never seen a smaller half-rack.

Salad had rot and sent it back. Waitress asked if I wanted another, told her no for obvious reasons. Fish and chips weren't that good.

Shrimp cocktail was different and incredible at the same time. Steak was perfect. Two thumbs up for sure.
