The food is fantastic! I had the spicy Thai red curry with shrimp. Outstanding!!! One caution... it's BYOB. That's perfectly fine for us but didn't know at the time. Very friendly staff. We will definitely put this restaurant in our regular rotation.

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. We just ordered today. It took over and 1+ to get it delivered. I ordered the Pad Thai. It was dry and full chunky tofu etc.. The shrimp were over cooked. For the portion I received. It should've only cost 5 dollars. I will stick to Asparagus. They taste so much BETTER. I don't recommend this place at all!!! I'm sure they will be out of business soon. I wouldn't give any stars if I could.

Hostess was very nice and gave great tips. Went in around 5 and were the only people there for a while. The spring rolls were very flavorful. The pad thai was on the sweeter side but the garlic stir fry was excellent. Quaint atmosphere and unique decor.

Amazing food and service. We love Spice. Pad Thai is not dry like so many other restaurants in the area. Vegetables are fresh and prepared perfectly to order. Curries are amazing! This is the best Thai we've found in the area, easily rivaling anything in Chicago. We really hope the location isn't working against them because people we know seem to think Spice is hard to get to. It really isn't! Give it a try!

Laid back atmosphere with jazz whisperings in the background and super hero art covering the back wall. It's cozy but a bit shy of romantic. I had the pot stickers and veggie Pad Siew and both were delicious. You know the chef knows their business when the noodles are a bit darker, more caramelized here and there to create the intense flavor desired in this dish. I had to order one to go!

Spice Thai is my husband and I favorite place to eat! We are either carrying out, delivery, or dining in. We are ALWAYS so impressed with their menu. The chef special menus is the best! Try the sweet and sour talipia and I promise you will not regret it! After a great dinner try the honey toast for dessert! It's so beautiful you may not want to ruining the presentation! Fabulous pad Thai with an adorable interior. Definitely somewhere that you want to sit and have a nice lunch but location isn’t necessarily ideal. We often carry out at work and always enjoy our meals from here. A little overpriced for what it is but in general I would say they are just a little above average for a good quality Thai food in the area.

Spice was good but not the best I've ever had. Decent Thai food for NWI. Would I go back? Sure bc it's much closer than my favorite Thai places and it is good. The negative side is that they charge $2 for substitutes. That's a bit steep, but whatever. They can charge what they charge. If I really wanted it, I would pay the charge. Friendly staff and fast service.

Hands down, the best Thai food in the area. Love the Paht Thai and the pot stickers. The prices are excellent, especially for the quality of food you get. Entrees start at about $11, starters at $7.

Spice is a awesome little hidden gem in the Southlake mall area. The quality of the food is amazing. Probably the best orange chicken I have ever had. The decor of the restaurant is fun with marvel and dc comic posters throughout. I’ve also had the crab Rangoon and Thai chicken wings which were delicious as well. The only problem I’ve ever had is sometimes it can get busy and the wait times can be very long. But I’m pretty patient when I know I’m going to get quality food.

I went after seeing some good yelp reviews. I was a bit disappointed for the value for the price. The prices are high enough that I was expecting something magical. The summer rolls were awesome, and I was really excited for the entree. The curry ended up being too thick and rich for my taste. It was expensive for lunch getting two entrees and an app.

I tried SPICE (Thai Cuisine) on a whim today and I wasn't disappointed. I had the Potstickers and they were great especially the dipping sauce! I also had the (Spicey) Drunken Noodles topped with Tofu (they also have chicken, shrimp, and beef) and I loved it. I got my order to go but next time i'll definitely sit inside and enjoy my meal. It's a very nice little spot I highly recommend it. Fyi they do have a small selection of beer and wine-BONUS!

Best Thai food in NWI. Tried the red curry and the glass noodles and both were delicious. Very friendly staff, as well. My only complaint is that it was a little chilly for a January evening. But I'll certainly be back. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

Spice is a hidden gem, and the best Thai food in Northwest Indiana. The location is packed away from where you would expect to look for it. I didn't know it existed until my friend urged me to try it. The restaurant is quaint, inviting, and decorated with modern pop culture touches. The food is out of this world. The Tom Kha is creamy and sweet, and has the perfect amount of lemon grass and spice. The Drunken Noodles are my favorite dish, the sauce is spicy and delicious. Although every time I go I can hardly eat another bite I have to indulge in the mango sticky rice. I can't recommend this place enough.

Cute little eatery, pleasant atmosphere , the server and chef are good workers. I ordered the veggie egg rolls, the order is 3 whole rolls very crispy and the wrap is the kind I prefer. I also ordered chicken cashew my only complaint were the baby corn, I don't like them. I will certainly come back and try some other dishes. My experience was definitely 4 stars!!!

I've yet to find a dish I didn't like. I highly recommend the Tiger Cry. Some days it's really really spicy, some days it's not. Their dessert is odd, but absolutely delicious! We love it here and the waitstaff are so amazing and kind!

This place is very cool inside with some comic book artwork but that’s only the tip of the iceberg. The real treat is the delicious Very authentic Thai food. The staff are so friendly as well they make you feel like family.. the only problem is choosing what to eat.

Been to a lot of Thai food restaurants, and this one is not bad. Lesser than asparagus, but also cheaper. Tried the red curry and it was good, and so was the rice. Only complaint is the soda is just one can for $2, q bit of a rip, but the rest of our meal was good.

Although we love the food at this restaurant, we had a bad experience today. We ordered 4 meals and an appetizer. Almost an hour of waiting for our meals and seeing people that came in after us receiving their food, we checked on our order only to be told that they forgot to turn our order in. We were told ‘sorry’ but no one tried to stop us leaving. Beware when they are busy, they don’t have enough personnel to accommodate.

I came here with a coworker and I got the drunken noodles with chicken. My coworker got some curry. I was not a huge fan of my meal (I tried something new) but my coworker said his a very tasty. The atmosphere was very neat and the comic books on the walls were very unique.

Had lunch here with my son (11yo) yesterday and his quote “This is the best meal ever.” I have to say it was pretty good. We love Crab Rangoon, so we had to start with that, it was some of the best I have ever had.. and we have tried many different restaurants versions. I had the Panang Noodles which was the right amount of creamy and Spicy. My son had the Broccolie and Beef, he ate almost every bite of it and there was a lot on his plate. The ambiance was is really cool. The decor is not stuffy, yet it isn’t casual.. something in between that makes you realize that this is a meal to enjoy but yet you don’t feel like you can’t relax. Our server was also VERY kind and offered several wonderful suggestions for food. We will DEFINITELY be back!

First time ever having Thai food. I had the Drunken Noodle with beef. It was like a spicy and sweet sauce with long flat noodles, bell pepprs, mini corn, and onions. Very good. Also their pot stickers were delicious.

I absolutely enjoyed the meal from here. I took my meal to go this time, but if you have the chance to dine in it is a cute place to dine in at, the service was great. I gave ordered the panang curry noodles, paht siew noodle, tom kar gai soup & potstickers. I really hope more people find this little shop, so I can enjoy it more often.

This dining place is unique because it’s a mixed of rustic decors with a touch of DC and marvel comic wall decors. My husband ordered massaman curry and I ordered tom yum soup. The food was really good and the staff are nice too. The outside of the restaurant may look outdated but you’ll fall in love with the interior. Will definitely go back if we visit Indiana dunes.

I love the curry fried chicken, drunken noodles, orange chicken (taste is way different from other places) and plenty others. The place has a casual fun feel and their servers are friendly. And by the way, it's BYOB if you want to bring a nice bottle of wine or beer (they supply refrigeration). Try there chefs special, so delicious.

OK, I know, 5 star Thai in Merrillville, does not compute right? Nope, this place is legit. And awesome. I'm in the area a lot for work and this has become a go-to. I've gone several times in a week and had zero complaints. Everything I've had has been fresh and delicious and made with care. You can tell there's a lot of pride in this food. Don't assume that because of the unassuming location or funky super-hero theme decor that this place is anything less than great. I particularly love the garlic wings and the woon sen paht thai. I look forward to coming here each and every time. I've turned a few people on to this place and nobody has complained. Good portions too. Very friendly service.

This place actually deserves 5 stars for the taste of the food. However, my complaint is towards the amount of white rice they provide with orders that are delivered. The orders in the containers is a good amount. But, there is NEVER a full amount of rice filled in the rice containers. I had to make white rice to eat with the order. Why use the big, white rice containers if you aren't going to fill it? I order almost once a week and it is always the same thing. Other than that, the food is fabulous. I really enjoy the Red Curry Coconut Milk w/Shrimp, Spicy Thai Rice w/Beef, Paht Thai w/Beef, and Broccoli w/Beef.

Best Thai food in the entire Region/Chicagoland area! Fresh ingredients with large portions. Cool environment with the sweetest most genuine owners. They knew I was leaving back to Germany the next day and surprised us with a Thai desert that was out of this world! I recommend Spice to everyone! You’d seriously regret not going!

I wish I could give more stars. I love the food and this place is ALOT nicer on the inside than on the outside. But it kills me because I work across the street and they close everyday at lunchtime? Being closed from 2-4:30 everyday is awful. That's literally prime time for eating and going on break for work. Because of this I can only give 3 stars. I can only ever catch them once in a blue moon because every time I try to order they are closed, which means I have to order elsewhere. It's like they WANT to lose money.

Today was our second visit, and so far we've been very pleased. We are by no means connoisseurs when it comes to Thai food, but what we've eaten has been delicious. The gui chai, crab rangoon, curries (massamun and red) , and noodle dishes (pad Thai and drunken noodles) we've tried have all been really flavorful. We also appreciated the selection of Asian beers. This will definitely become a regular spot for my husband and I.
