Wonderful experience! We had a party of 13 altogether and had one server named Ashley. Not only was she very prompt and friendly, not a single person went more than 30 seconds without something to drink, our orders were taken and checks separated correctly/quickly. After we ordered it may have taken 5 minutes for everyone to get their food and it was all delicious. Definitely suggest everyone stop here when they get a chance and request Ashley as your server. Thanks for the great dining experience!

The food and staff are wonderful. They have the best pancakes of anywhere. Their tenderloin are as big as the plate and great taste. Have never had anything I didn't like there. It's our relaxing meal out comfort food place.

Full Menu and Best Service and Atmosphere on East Side. Owner is usually there and anything I ever order is great. I have went to Sero's for years and hope many years to come. Good for individual or groups. Plenty of seating and always plenty of staff willing to work. Bathrooms are always better than decent too.

The service was horrible. It took way too long to place our drink orders. The waitress was not responsive or attentive. We had to ask another waitress to hunt down our server. My daughters food was not good. She took one bite and sent it back. We were told ots her fault she didn't like it and we still had to pay for it. The owner was the one who told us this. She herself was BEYOND RUDE. She came across as racist. Would never recommend nor return to this place.

I’ve got a service dog and usually worry about going out to eat with her because people can be apprehensive. They were super welcoming and accommodating, gave us a table in the corner so no one would bother us, and all around treated us like normal. Would definitely go back.

Super friendly. Just got back from the Eye doctors and had my eyes dilatedand was really cranky and super hungry for some breakfast. Our server was super sweet , attentive and was very informative about their 6.95 deals with coffee included. The Mexican Skillet and Italian Skillet were amazing. The whole place reminded me I'm when I lived in Chicago. You really couldn't ask for more. I'm absolutely in love with the place!

This restaurant is one of the hidden gems of the east side. Food is always consistent. Servers there have been there a long time, know the product, and take care of you. Restaurant always have daily specials to try out. One of my fav restaurants for breakfast!! Only gripe I have is entrance area can get a little “discombobulated” with people cashing out, leaving and other patrons coming in. Small area where things get crowded. Minor detail.

My most recent visit was terribly disturbing. I was asked not to come back to this restaurant after not wanting to pay for a catfish dinner I believed to be Swai. The management insisted I pay for the meal even though I had asked the waitress prior to make sure I was getting catfish fillet and not Swai as many restaurants serve as catfish fillet. The waitress stated she did not know the difference between the 2 fish but stated it was good and she believes that they do serve real catfish fillet. Once my order came, I saw that it indeed was Swai and changed my order to a cheeseburger deluxe. While eating the management came to my booth with the fish to tell me I was wrong and the fish indeed was catfish. I politely told her that the fish she was serving was Swai and attempted to show a photo of Swai as she stated she didn't even know what Swai was. She then went on to say they order quality fish and walked away. Later during my meal, the waitress brought the fish back stating , I was told to give you this fish. So I thought they were just giving me the fish for free instead of just disposing. Once I checked the bill, I noticed the catfish dinner on the bill. I then asked the waitress, do the management think I'm going to pay for something I don't want. She stated they run a tight ship, she was sorry but the manager wants me to pay. I then proceeded to the check out and asked for the manager. She then came out insisting the fish was catfish and I have to pay. I refused to pay and asked if she could show me the box the fish came out as she continued to point out that the fish was catfish and the box it come from states catfish. I asked to see the box and she refused. She then adjusted the bill removing the catfish and told me not to ever return to the restaurant. I didn't get upset as I was accompanied by my mother and brother for a mother's day meal. After paying I tipped the waitress and assured her I was not angry at her.

Good set of folks over there providing great service at a fair price and generous portions to boot. I always check out the specials board because you never know what is going to be posted. Very accommodating to several bible study groups depending on the morning as well. I should get there more often.

It was a Sr Church Group lucheon. I can not complain about the quality of food, except it was plain, simple American food w/o much flair. If it has a Greek name, make the recipe real Greek. The same thing with the Chinese name, make the flavor real Chinese flavors with ingredients used by the Asian.

The cajun pork chop was very well seasoned though a bit dry and hard to cut. The gyro was good. Service was excellent, friendly and timely. I'm looking forward to trying this place for breakfast. It always looks busy.

Walked into the restaurant the waitres was nice we ordered our drinks. We all were wet but were not muddy before they came and took our order they brought us blue shoe covers the waitress boss told her to bring them over and for us to put them on before we left. We didn’t leave any mud tracks and the waitress was nice and said she was sorry for what her boss had us do. So we didn’t get to eat there. We put our shoe covers on and left. Not construction worker friendly.

Drive by Sero's and you will notice the parking lot is always full. Reason why? Fantastic food, great service and good prices. Skillet breakfast, waffles, and everything is good! My waitress kept my coffee cup full and was always checking in on us.

The Sero's establishment is a Cornerstone in the Cumberland community. The owner Luke, and his wife, are always very friendly. The food is always fast, fresh, and delicious. And this restaurant is the only one that I know of that gives you a discount if you pay with cash! Definitely give this place a try!
